Friendly, faster, and the new parking lot is much easier to get in and out from. Location is great for people or tourists coming from Sedona. Daily deals and manager specials are awesome. Personally, I can't use the high high grade stuff so I typically get the $75/oz that ranges between 18-23%. Buds will be smaller but still packs a punch.

I was waiting half a week to go in and get my disposable because I saw they were having a deal that was coming up in a few days that was bogo but then I went to go order online and it was gone I called in and the person whoever I spoke to had a horrible attitude couldn’t answer my questions at all, if she only she would have answered me question I would not be upset. I have been going there for years now and never had issue idk what is going on, I won’t be going back anymore.

I went to Harvest for the first time with my medical card, and they were so helpful. My Neurologist recommended that I get my card since my insurance wasn't covering the medication anymore. The folks at Harvest listened carefully to why I was taking the med and what I needed to achieve for day use and night. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The gentleman that takes IDs and buzzes you in was friendly.. The young lady with the short, white, blonde hair and big smile (wish I remembered her name ) was more than friendly. She was real and personable. She made me feel like I was an old friend. I really appreciate it when people treat me like a real person and not just like another dollar bill walking by. I recommend this place to anybody, the value is good and the service is excellent.

Easily the worst dispensary in the area. Poor customer service matched with now loyalty point system and get this you only get a medical discount one day a week. Other options I would recommend would be Nirvana or Curaleaf. Avoid Harvest unless you have no other choice.

I bet the product will be good. This review is about the service. I couldn't go in to pick up with my fiancé because I have an ID from another country. An ID is issued by the government!Anyway, the dude looked at my ID, took it to the back and showed it to someone else only to deny me entry.I guess next time we could go back to Nirvana. When we went there, they checked out my ID and we were able to pick up together.The product is all for me, anyway.

When I started looking for a dispensary I searched the web & found the most positive reviews coming from Harvest HOC of Cottonwood. I gave them a call & talked with a very nice, knowledgeable, & just an all around friendly voice named Claire. She answered all my questions & I was able to purchase over the phone 2 flavored 50/50 CBD/THC combo. She also sent me a rechargable pen to use. She didn't overwhelm me with her opinion & allowed me to make the choice of what I wanted to try out. I really thanks her for that as some sales people can be very pushy & she was just the opposite. She told me of the products, the deals going on with certain products, the cost, & what the most popular items were. She has an easy going attitude & was very patient with me. I have Neuropathy in my feet & this has helped me sleep so much better. Thank you Claire, I will definitely be back & asking for you. This place only exists because there is no competition allowed. Worse than the overly long wait times and multiple lines is the fact the selection is weak. Never ever buy pre rolls from here. They come HALF FILLED with the waste product collected during trimming. They never smoke successfully and fall apart exposing the fact they were only 1/4 filled. Go to Prescott or Sedona and just skip this place!

Real management is desperately needed. Came here last week and witnessed the manager kick out a woman who had waited 15 minutes in line, all because she spoke up about another woman cutting in front of several of us in line. Rather than solving the problem by managing the uncontrolled line, manager took the lady who cut in line inside and served her immediately, then proceeded to kick out the woman who spoke up about it. Very reactive and poor management. On top of that this place is consistently understaffed so be ready for a long wait. I live five minutes away but won't be back.

If recreational patients aren’t allowed to buy certain products, don’t put them on the recreational menu. If a recreational patient orders products they aren’t allowed to have online because your website isn’t set up properly, don’t notify them that their order is complete and ready for pick up. Y’all cancel an order instead of make a replacement if you’re out of a strain, but you will replace two 1000 mg candy bars with one 100 mg candy bar and call the order complete? Drove 45 minutes for edibles for surgery, left with none. Employees are always wonderful though.What Harvest’s response should have been: Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will update our website so it doesn’t allow products to be ordered that aren’t for sale. -1

DISCRMINIATION AT IT"S BEST! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Today I went into HARVEST, as I have for the past eight years. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in any other dispensary.....The dispensary wasn't too busy and their were only two members behind the counter helping patients. I had an online order and their was a sign to pick up my order at another register. I went to that register. I waited about a minute and called out to the guy to ask what was happening because there was no one at my register. He said he would be with me when he was finished, so I waited. The next thing I new he was calling out for the next Medical patient. Which was not me, because I was waiting for a online order. I was confused but kept waiting where I was told to. Then I hear that guy call to another co-worker and to the ENTIRE STORE that I had an attitude because I did not respond to him when he called on me. I HAVE A HEARING DISABILITY! I normally wear hearing aids but today, I did not. The guy took offense to me because I did not hear him and he announced it publicly. I was humiliated!!To make matters worse, the other guy who tried to help was not much better. I was obviously upset after what happened, he witnessed it....he knew how damaging that statement was because he opened another register to help move me through the line. That exchange was very unpleasant as he not very understanding or apologetic. He actually offered me a discount and then decided to rescind it in the end.The Customer Service is the worst and they do not care about helping people. I am so upset about how poorly I was treated simply because I could not hear!!!!

Excellent dispensary. Its set up nice for first time customers. I would recommend ordering online and then going to pick it up. This seemed to be the most efficient way to get your stuff. We tried some of the local flower that was available at the time. Very nice product. We also purchased some vape cartridges. Overall best price and selection at this dispensary. Recommend.

It's easy to access and everyone wears a big smile. They are very patient in helping you and very knowledgeable.

Put in an express order and arrived in a timely manner. Only to run into a budtender who thought it was social hour and was unable to talk and work at the same time. I ended up waiting for over twenty minutes in the online order line while he chatted with another customer about personal matters. Annoying visibly to the customer in front of me. Of whose order also ran into issues. The budtender gave him an apology for the wait something I didn't receive at first till I confronted him about socializing and not functioning at work. He got a supervisor to finish the transaction. It is nice to chat with budtenders as long as they can do the other part of the job as well. Not just freeze while you talk, which is what happened and became aggravating. UPDATE. I received a request as to what might they do to correct the problems. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. They don't seem to care about it.

Since new ownership yet again, they are a recreational only dispensary even though they have a medical menu. They do not carry strong medical grade products anymore. I can't get my pain and sleep aid medicine there anymore so I drive to PV Nirvana & Prescott SWC. Medical patients need medicine not just a high! And from what I see of their reviews they only respond to the positive reviews not the negative reviews. Bummer....

My wife and I stayed in cottonwood for our anniversary weekend over the 4th of July. It was an incredible experience. Great food, amazing sight seeing, and the people were very welcoming.We stopped in here in our last day of the trip and Lysi helped us out at the counter. Disappointed to walk into a medical facility and see a bud tender serving patients without a mask during a pandemic. Many of your patients have compromised immune systems and all measures should be taken to ensure they can have safe access in medical facilities. If a bud tender is unable to wear a mask to safely serve all patients, due their own "medical reasons", they should not be working in patient serving position. I will never return to a Harvest dispensary because of this complete lack of consideration to those patients that depend on you to offer safe access to their medicine. There are no other options in Cottonwood, but I suggest anyone with compromised immune systems make the drive to Sedona. Bloom is serious about their measures for patients health and safety, unlike Harvest.

Friendliest staff ever! Bought a CBD oil here that has helped my dad who has been in tremendous pain and now he's doing much much better thanks to their products. I highly recommend this place. It's easy to access and everyone wears a big smile. They are very patient in helping you and very knowledgeable.

The clerk that helped me was dismissive and seemed unable to answer a question regarding price. The manager stepped in and was obviously annoyed that I questioned a discrepancy in pricing. All in all a terrible experience that left me feeling terrible!

Put in an express order and arrived in a timely manner. Only to run into a budtender who thought it was social hour and was unable to talk and work at the same time. I ended up waiting for over twenty minutes in the online order line while he chatted with another customer about personal matters. Annoying visibly to the customer in front of me. Of whose order also ran into issues. The budtender gave him an apology for the wait something I didn't receive at first till I confronted him about socializing and not functioning at work. He got a supervisor to finish the transaction. It is nice to chat with budtenders as long as they can do the other part of the job as well. Not just freeze while you talk, which is what happened and became aggravating. UPDATE. I received a request as to what might they do to correct the problems. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. They don't seem to care about it.

Since new ownership yet again, they are a recreational only dispensary even though they have a medical menu. They do not carry strong medical grade products anymore. I can't get my pain and sleep aid medicine there anymore so I drive to PV Nirvana & Prescott SWC. Medical patients need medicine not just a high! And from what I see of their reviews they only respond to the positive reviews not the negative reviews. Bummer....

My wife and I stayed in cottonwood for our anniversary weekend over the 4th of July. It was an incredible experience. Great food, amazing sight seeing, and the people were very welcoming.We stopped in here in our last day of the trip and Lysi helped us out at the counter. Lysi went above and beyond to make sure that we could attain the best deal the store could offer, while taking her time and doing it right.I want management to know that I believe she deserves a bonus/raise based on her customer service alone.Thanks so much for your help and making our trip even brighter!- Space Princess

Disappointed to walk into a medical facility and see a bud tender serving patients without a mask during a pandemic. Many of your patients have compromised immune systems and all measures should be taken to ensure they can have safe access in medical facilities. If a bud tender is unable to wear a mask to safely serve all patients, due their own "medical reasons", they should not be working in patient serving position. I will never return to a Harvest dispensary because of this complete lack of consideration to those patients that depend on you to offer safe access to their medicine. There are no other options in Cottonwood, but I suggest anyone with compromised immune systems make the drive to Sedona. Bloom is serious about their measures for patients health and safety, unlike Harvest.
