I have emailed this company over a purchase made back in April. I purchased RSO and went straight home to open my bag and see the package of the RSO was opened and unsealed with damage and the syringe had been used. They said they would look into this purchase. That was the last message received on April 19th. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase anything without having them show you the product your purchasing. I will not be returning especially since no one is taking this matter seriously. NO I am not trying to get free product. I don't want someone to go through what I went through. If I could put zero stars I would especially for the customer service and the fact I was ignored and not one update.
Very nice and welcoming staff, it was my first time in a dispensary and they made it a great experience, and I came in right before 4/20 so I got a free t-shirt, let them know I will definitely be back.
Great staff! Only thing that bothers me is they raised their prices on alot of products! Won't be getting much business from me until we get those prices right! I got a half of flower for $75 B4 tax last week now there is nothing comparable to that value and quality on the menu. Not to mention 420 is in 2 days! I recommend going to ascend as of right now but who knows maybe someone that works there can use there brain and come up with some good deals! 😄
Prices are decent, but todays, as in this exact day, (not in the screaming at the sky way) staff just needs basic service training. Didn’t know any answers to the question I asked or care to find out, and the manager just met me a slack jaw look. Pretty disappointing service by the staff so I could see others getting annoyed by them, but that’s pretty standard with Illinois dispensaries, and her face was funny so it’s all good. Wish they could give us more basic information on the buds like harvest date and not just THC percentages, but that’s seems beyond this current staff capabilities lol
I have messaged them several times with ZERO RESPONSE. That shows me they don’t care. I called to see if they had a particular product and the guy on the phone was unwilling to check or transfer me to someone who would know.I have also noticed their product is dwindling so they are not doing so well as far as I’m concerned.I will give it one last shot but I’m guessing nothing will change and they will loose my business.Stop ignoring your customers!!!!FINALLY!!!!!!They have finally added some product one that I’m extremely happy they have is “tales and travel” it is definitely one of my favorites for sure.
I placed an order on the website on Sunday when they are closed. I received confirmation via text and email the next day confirming my order. Went to pick it up and was told I didn’t have an order. Explained what I did on Sunday and was told 1. Oh you can’t put in an online order on Sunday. Then 2. Oh yeah we have back end processing problems so you are out of luck. Not once did anyone offer me the chance to input my order or apologize. Ascend does not treat their customers like this. Won’t be back.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. The prices are the best in town… product is very good!
I just went there for the first time the customer service is awesome I’ve never noticed the place because their sign in front just kind of blends with the other businesses unfortunately. The prices are phenomenal I got the Cresco 1 g cartridge for $56 and the other place across town is charging 110.I will definitely be going back here and if you’ve never been here you should probably check it out it’s definitely worth it.
I definitely recommend. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable,and thorough. Gentlemen who did my purchase even asked me to check my receipt,just to make sure everything was right. Prices are extremely reasonable.
