GIVE NELSON HIS BONUS PLUS MOREE! 👏 Nelson is what great customer service looks like. Honestly we need more Nelson's in this world. I went there during busy hours! There was a long line and even so he took his time with me. I was having issues with my Zen account not accumulating my points at all. He heard me, was patience with me and very caring, he helped me to the best of his ability to fix the issue. While he was helping me 2 gentlemen ignorantly try to cut line. Another employee next to Nelson was trying to assess the situation but the 2 gentleman were being ignorant trying to talk over her . Nelson stepped in to difuse the situation very respectful yet firm. He then apologized to me for taking a few seconds away from me because he had to step in and I'm glad he stepped in! He controlled a situation that was escalating quickly. Nelson legit made Me feel like I was talking to a loving caring friend ❤️ can we please clone him and give out Nelson's to every store / restaurant to make this world a better place !!!

This was my second time visiting Zen Leaf. Aret was awesome in helping me find new items to try. The selection is quite amazing. The entire staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
Greg, Dylan, and Aret were amazing. I’ve been going to the Rodger’s Park location for about 3 years now and the customer service has always been outstanding. The first time that a problem presented itself, these guys were there to fix it. I really appreciate that they were there to hear me out and at the end of the day made sure that I was completely satisfied. Those guys are what every company wants in their employees. Due to their service you guys have earned a loyal customer. Give them a promotion or raise ASAP!
They sell cheap faulty products and then refuse to give you any truly of store credit. Don’t bother calling, you’ll speak to someone in FLorida whose job is literally to do nothing. Oh look! They respond to my review faster than they reply to my emails! I’ve been getting the runaround from the replacements team for two days now.
Great experience overall. For dispensaries can be intimidating. Everyone was friendly, patient and helpful to me. Nelson T. is knowledgeable about their product and very helpful in assisting me with making my selections!!
Dispensaries in this state are going downhill. While the operations of this particular dispensary are fine, their products are lacking for anyone who is looking for good product at an equitable price. On top of that, it seems the likelihood of one purchasing product that is over or under cured is very high. It's a shame to see how the industry is turning.
I frequent this location and have met a lot of the staff. Aret is always super nice and friendly and is very knowledgeable about the product. I absolutely love the help and customer service provided by them.
I really love that this place is so close. They have such a fantastic staff! That’s everything, to me. Everyone is so nice, including the security guy! The security guy always wants to make sure everyone is doing ok, and will talk to people who need the convo. And they have great bud tenders! Gregory was so nice to me tonight, when they were closing and I definitely did not have it together. Great and patient people here! I don’t come here a lot, but when I do I’m super impressed!
I always love visiting Zen Leaf Rogers Park. The staff there is the nicest, and is always helpful with questions and product recommendations. I also recently changed my name, and Samantha helped change over my medical customer account to match my new name and new medical ID. Prefer going here to any other dispensary nearby!
This was my first time shopping for adult use. The entire process was easy and enjoyable. The front desk was nice and helpful. Nikki at the counter was an absolute delight to work with, they even helped me save a few dollars. This is definitely my go to store now.
Mark the super nice guy was so fast he checked out like 6 people from medical and recreational and answered questions! He was in the middle today and he was able to check out so many more people than the other super nice people! They all deserve a bonus they are so busy! 20/10
Rogers park was a simple high quality product & environment all business at daily lowest prices in chicago downtown- northeast border. Staff knowledgeable kind friendly easy thorough. Recommend and glad I found you b/c we’re neighbors. Remember healthy snacks. 😉

Brian was amazing. It was my first time going to the dispensary; I’ve been working up to go for over a year 😅 but he made my experience super chill. I was awkward and quiet, and didn’t know what to do with my hands but he was super nice and chill and I appreciate that he didn’t force conversation because 100000% I would’ve had an anxiety attack lmao now that I’ve familiarized myself I’ll be back for sure 🙂 thanks Brian
Michael was very friendly knowledgeable about the products! I appreciate him taking care of me today! I would also say i haven’t been in a while because of staffing shortages but today was fully staffed and got me in and out no line very efficient!
