I went into the store with an empty container of what I wanted so I could buy another one. They told me I couldn't come in with the empty container so they ordered something for me they thought was the same. Once I left I realized it was different and when I went back with the unopened container to see if I could exchange it they said no. I asked if they would give me a discount for a new order and they offered me $3. They can keep it.

Rachel and the whole team was extremely helpful. Made the whole process very swift and easy. They have iPad Kiosks for walk-in orders but also an employee to help answer questions, which is my ideal for a dispensary experience. Will definitely be back.

Now this is amazing customer service! From the time I walked in and the security guard held the door open for me I was already hooked! I was greeted with kindness and warmth! The bud tender I had was an amazingly sweet man with such an honest and helpful attitude! I can’t ever go back to ascend after the way they treated me and I am definitely giving this place my money 100%!

Tried calling and they didn't pick up, sent me to "were not open" voicemail. Was trying to call and see if they would take digital IDs so I didn't waste my time going over there.Doorman was a rude, seems to be common here in IL. Then I was told they can't take my digital ID. So took my business elsewhere to the dispensary that takes my digital ID.
