The manager, Matthew, was very nice. They had plenty of stock, and my order was fulfilled within 15 minutes of opening (I placed a pre-order). I was in and out in about 7-10 minutes. Pricing is reasonable and there’s hardly ever any patients/customers waiting, so you can get in and out quickly. I like that they actually send you a text when your order is ready. Thanks again, will be back!

Today, I visited Kanacare after receiving an email confirming that my online order was ready for pickup.Upon arrival, I was surprised to find the place bustling and was subsequently turned away due to system issues. After running errands nearby, I returned, only to be turned away again for the same reason.About 15 minutes later, I received a second notification that my order was ready.Given that I live in South Charleston and the travel takes about 15 minutes, I decided to call the store first to verify the situation.The assistant manager, who remained unnamed, informed me that although the systems were operational, they were running slowly.Confused, I mentioned my recent visit and questioned the consistency of the system's status. His response was dismissive and rude, questioning why I was speaking to him as if he were unintelligent.This interaction was highly unprofessional and not what I expected from a business where I spent a significant amount each month for my treatments.Regrettably, due to this experience, I will no longer patronize Kanacare, and I will advise my family and friends to do the same. It is reasonable for customers to inquire about service disruptions, especially when it affects their plans. A professional and courteous response is the least that should be offered.

I gave them a 2 because some of the Flowers are dry and crumble up like dust. This is the ONLY dispensary that I have been to that doesn't do returns. I know they mentioned something about the policy in WV, but that's not true. I go to ALL the dispensary and they do returns. I PROMISE. Check out the OTHER dispensary in So. Charleston and Kanawha City.

The people are very nice. But they're not allowed or WHATEVER to do anything about a product that don't weigh. Or if it's not a good choice they won't exchange it. I just can't believe a place that sells medicine AND DONT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT!!! So not that it hurts them any, but I would suggest shopping ELSEWHERE. Like I said, people are nice but just sad they really don't care is the feeling I got...

Friendly staff and great selection of flower, carts and concentrate keeps me coming back. I was diagnosed with Lupus 3 yrs ago so I'm in constant pain. It is so nice to be able to place a order online show up, pickup and be out in less time then going through Walgreens for an rx.
