Went to this location for the first time since Hampton was closed. Everybody was great. Adam was my pharmacist and was very nice at explaining how the pre order line worked because the Asian woman behind the counter was extremely rude when it came to the lines and got snappy with me when I asked about pre orders and I will be reporting her to corporate.

I used to love this place and literally go once a week but after today‘s experience I won’t be coming back. The staff used to be really friendly and knowledgeable however within a few months most of them left and have been replaced with new people. A few months ago I bought the Pulsar 2.0 and had an issue with the cart leaking in it making it inoperable. Adam and the manager told me they would give me a replacement free of charge and I was so relieved even though I had to wait weeks for them to arrive again. Imagine my disappointment when within a week of getting the replacement the cart starts leaking again, this time I had tried a cart from another company to see if maybe it was the cart in the last one that had leaked. Today I bring it in to return and not get a replacement as this is now a faulty product not cart issue and was immediately told it’s cause I didn’t clean it or it had a faulty cart, cause it wasn’t their brand and when I explained it happened with their cart previously the new manager quite literally shrugged and said “looks like that’s not the battery for you” and “it still works doesn’t it” like I’m going to sit there everyday praying it doesn’t stop working in the middle of my next hit. I’ve now order Ooze’s version as I’ve never had an issue with any of their products, will be contacting Pulsar for a refund and hopefully the Hampton staff is friendlier

This place is beautiful BUT! I find the medical offering to be bit limited for a place of this size especially when it comes to flower varieties. The prices are also considerably higher than most out of state recreational retailers for similar offerings but this is understandable given the overhead in Virginia. Overall the staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable, this is a professional operation that I will visit again out of pure convenience but don’t lose you “guys” number as you will need it if you want the newest stains or more bang for your buck.

I initially did not recommend this business when it opened last year, but I have noted improvements to its sales offerings, variety of products, and overall quality since it opened. I have visited once a week since they opened and every time it had been dry as a bone and stemmy at times, but over the past 6 months I've noticed more affordable options being introduced as well as a larger variety of weights. The quality/freshness has improved as well.The people are wonderful. Absolutely a pleasure to work with their staff. The location is a major convenience. They usually have a pretty nice deal on good quality shake.

Can't say I recommend this place anymore. It feels like it was a waste of money to get my cert, when this dispensary, and really all of VA, has had the exact same 10 strains for like a year now. That's pathetic. People build tolerances.It got to the point where I literally tried everything they had to offer, months ago. They continue to get exact same strains, just different sizes. Now we just go right next door to MD where they have literally TEN TIMES the selection, BY SOME OF THE SAME COMPANIES (gLeaf, Good Green, &shine). I've brought it up every time at this place, but they continue to not care. You're better off growing on your own than dealing with a business who only cares about money, and not customer satisfaction. Might as well just rename this the "carts" dispensary cause that's all they get. Goodbye and good riddance.

Don't even need a grinder weed is like dust and yall charge 340 an ounce yall should be in jail. I'm done. I love this place. Prices can be a little "high" but it's a dispensary, what do you expect? They are all expensive. However, Cannabist does have fantastic sales, and a loyalty program. The staff is friendly (even the security guard, Wanda) and honest about their products, which is much appreciated.

I do not recommend. I only go here for convenience. I have visited once a week since they opened and every time it is dry as a bone and stemmy. I had hoped better prices would come over time but that hasnt really been the case. Virginia shops aren't worth it if you can get to DC. I want to like this place but at these prices and so often receiving crunchy dry bud... it is hard.The people are wonderful and so I still enjoy going and asking questions. The location is a major convenience.
