The three stars come from their service , but these prices are just plain mean- do cancer patients have to trick out for a joint? This seems like a business that has monopolized and money grabbed. Crazy enough because this is a customer service based business and you are also dealing with individuals with ailments. Anyone in power at this location, looking at the review, PLEASE TALK TO YOUR PEOPLE. It’s not that hard to find decent people. Of all the dispensaries I’ve visited in VA, and in other states, THIS IS THE WORST. Not only is the customer service poor, the selection is few. The line was out of the door when I visited, prompting me to believe something good was happening. Upon entering I found “new arrivals”, that I had seen across the Hampton Roads months ago!! This was a wasted trip, I’m so disappointed ☹️ 👎🏾 but I will say that security here is on point! They won’t tolerate any nonsense, but still have a way of pleasantly welcoming in guest. I hate to be that person but, I’m never coming back here 🤣🤣🤣. I advise everyone else not to either. If you’re looking for a good selection and would like to be treated with respect and dignity, then DON’T COME HERE. There are better locations within the vicinity.

Power was out when I tried to enter about 11am, can’t blame them for that. But a hour later power came back about 12pm and I waited 15minutes at the door tried knocking and ringing they wouldn’t answer, clearly trying to stretch it out while they get paid, they could of said our powers back but we need time to setup(they were already open before power went out,but ok) instead people were just coming up and walking away because of the sign they put and no answer, which I guess was their goal, to do less business while they are paid. todays 12/6/2025 here’s a photo of their lights on but the makeshift closed sign I could hear the dude inside start laughing when I took the photo. Just lazy. Can’t say much against the place, it is what it is. The people though, lazy. They close at 1pm for break anyway right? They had a lot of people waiting or just straight up leaving which I should of from the beginning because they clearly aren’t professionals

It was 12:58 not 1:00, also she said it would take too long to get me in and out to let me in. Very rude and unprofessional, just coming up with excuses. I know it don’t matter if i dont come back but watch out for the 1-1;30 lunch time. They leave early and come back late.

It is disheartening to observe that individuals at the Portsmouth location continue to be employed, despite their treatment of vulnerable individuals in need of their medication, which constitutes mental abuse. This situation is truly regrettable. However, the benefits of this location justify the extended drive and potential traffic congestion of an hour. Also at this location in Hampton no one acts robotic real vibes and people that can truly show they care nothing fake!

For the first time in my life I have relief. The only thing in the past that has worked for my migraines is prescription pills(which I dont get perscribed enough for the amount of migraines I do get, plus it has side effects of dizziness), nothing over the counter works even when mixed or in excess. I ironically was developing a migraine as I made my first purchase and immediately went home to take my new medicine. It stopped my migraine in its tracks! 20 years of suffering has ended. Im in tears of happiness. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and educated. I thank you all for helping me to life a normal life.

I wish you could see and smell samples of flower before buying them cause it’s hit or miss. Sometimes they are not fully cured yet when it was the same kind you had got weeks prior. Only concentrate that’s ever been a good constancy is the cold cured ones otherwise they are very chalky and hard to smoke! Oh, BUT the people here are all super awesome and helpful peeps

I only get vapes from this store and they’re good. The location is easy to access and I’ve never waited that long in line so that’s convenient. However, the staff here are just okay. Their attitudes aren’t great and they can be condescending at times. A couple visits ago, I overheard them making fun of other customers after servicing them. Hopefully we can see a turnaround soon.

It's very sad how expensive these products cost! This does not allow people to have the medicine they need when needed. I also find it difficult to understand why the staff seems to be unprofessional and judgemental towards you if you have any issues that others can see. I have extremely difficult amounts of anxiety that I deal with on a daily and sometimes it's noticable to others. It's in those times that the staff starts treating me like I'm a drug addict or something. It's also very disappointing that they can't and don't keep the products I depend on in the store. I lived in Colorado for many years....and I can say from experience that the medical dispensary here is a flat out joke and smoke and mirrors. This place doesn't even provide the consistency or quality that the recreational dispensaries provide elsewhere. This should not be a medical dispensary. It's at best a sad attempt at a recreational dispensary.

Prices keep going up....better off going to the streets, the prices are by far better! Disposable vape pen used to be under $30, (like $27-$29) now they $30.75....Greedy companies, not like the supply and demand isn't there. But with these prices increases, their deman will drop and eventually, lose money/business. Few dollars isn't a big deal until it's consistent and consistently increases.However, if it's not that, they would change the point system then. So either way, this company is going to try to pocket more where as it's not needed except through greed.Also, the people here are not as great with customer service as Portsmouth or Richmond areas. These people act and appear very cold, tired, and unsympathetic. Maybe not so ironic for it being Hampton area. You can tell these people live in the area.
