This is the top notch Cannabis dispensary,I’ve been going there for a while and I’m glad that they keep the same people around and got rid of the 2 bad seeds that was filling in ,not only that this place is the top notch and number one dispensary,the employees are great ,Ms.Vivica helped me today and she always kind and helpful with full knowledge of everything on the menu ,she always greets people with a smile and takes her time to explain if a brand if right or wrong for you .This Hampton dispensary is an A+ all the way around as long as they keep the same employees it will always be great 🤗I have a big selection of almost most things on the menu and everything I am 120%Satisfied with.I Love this place and everyone else should too😁

Latoya is “MY GIRL” always very helpful, makes me smile every time I go in. But the entire staff at the Hampton Dispensary are great! They always have what I want- even if they don’t they always have a huge variety unlike the one in Va. Beach. I rush & fight through that HRBT traffic to come to Hampton. But again ‘TOY’ is uh-mazing! Give her a BIG SHOUTOUT next time you go ❤️

She reminded me about my loyalty points, and that the product I was buying was on sale. I've never had a bad experience at the Hampton location.

I only get vapes from this store and they’re good. The location is easy to access and I’ve never waited that long in line so that’s convenient. However, the staff here are just okay. Their attitudes aren’t great and they can be condescending at times. A couple visits ago, I overheard them making fun of other customers after servicing them. Hopefully we can see a turnaround soon.

It's very sad how expensive these products cost! This does not allow people to have the medicine they need when needed. I also find it difficult to understand why the staff seems to be unprofessional and judgemental towards you if you have any issues that others can see. I have extremely difficult amounts of anxiety that I deal with on a daily and sometimes it's noticable to others. It's in those times that the staff starts treating me like I'm a drug addict or something. It's also very disappointing that they can't and don't keep the products I depend on in the store. I lived in Colorado for many years....and I can say from experience that the medical dispensary here is a flat out joke and smoke and mirrors. This place doesn't even provide the consistency or quality that the recreational dispensaries provide elsewhere. This should not be a medical dispensary. It's at best a sad attempt at a recreational dispensary.

Then she insulted me telling me I’m not in Cali anymore and they’re the only store in this area so I may as well buy from them instead of driving to another store. B…please!!! The products are a RIP OFF and the tenders are unprofessional!!!

Have your paperwork and ID ready to go in. After you register, you are buzzed through to the counter with employees who know the products well. Flower, vapes, pre rolled and such. It"s made a huge difference in my sleep, arthritis and migraine headaches.

Prices keep going up....better off going to the streets, the prices are by far better! Disposable vape pen used to be under $30, (like $27-$29) now they $30.75....Greedy companies, not like the supply and demand isn't there. But with these prices increases, their deman will drop and eventually, lose money/business. Few dollars isn't a big deal until it's consistent and consistently increases.However, if it's not that, they would change the point system then. So either way, this company is going to try to pocket more where as it's not needed except through greed.Also, the people here are not as great with customer service as Portsmouth or Richmond areas. These people act and appear very cold, tired, and unsympathetic. Maybe not so ironic for it being Hampton area. You can tell these people live in the area.

Prices are higher due to taxes, but aren't so overpriced that it makes care impossible.

This place is very helpful to pain patients who have been left in the dirt by their Dr's! Wide variety of products in flower, vapes, tinctures and body rubs. Getting a dispensary card is easy now. You can do it right there, it just takes a little time and the price of the face time Dr. I highly (pun intended) recommend going here!!!

Day 1... so I'm not going to judge too harshly. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Only 'suggestion' is for the staff to be more aware of a long line of customers waiting to be served... maybe keep the small talk to a minimum during the busy times. Otherwise, great experience!
