Drive thru guy (longish hair with headband or bandana?) was great today. Friendly and offered my dog a doggy treat which she loved and made me happy! Transaction was fast, I got to use my Stash Cash which saved me money and I was in and out of drive thru in no time! My only regret is I ALWAYS pay in cash and give $5 tip every time— however since I was using stash cash for whole order, I forgot to bring cash for a tip so I felt terrible! I will make it up next time I promise!!! I love this location just wish prices weren’t so high— no pun intended 😜

I've been coming here for a couple months and the staff is great, the quality of the herb is awesome, the only issue I have is the price. It's not priced where the average person could afford to come there I go about twice a month and I get the cheapest weed I can, for a half oz , and a .5 disposable vape pen it's roughly 150.00. so 300. a month.

I’m not sure why gLeaf hours are crazy around downtown so I drove to this location, very cozy and friendly. Tiffany helped me out right away. I was not sure what cartridge I wanted but she gave me some good options and reminded me of the flower sale at the moment. It was just nice to go in and out fairly quickly and with friendly staff, that’s what doing business is like.

The representative was very helpful. I did take a bit of time as there was not a lot of traffic in the store. The pharmacist seemed a bit impatient because I was taking a long time. I sensed his annoyance and saw the expression on his face (as if to say it was time for me to leave), so I decided to conclude my shopping.

Most if not all the cashiers are helpful and pleasant. Always enjoy seeing their smiling faces. I wish they had a bigger variety of Gleaf pre rolls but other than that I find most if not all of them to be helpful and friendly and the security guard is a very nice guy. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Everyone has always been really helpful with answering all of my questions. The only draw back is they are constantly running out of product that you may used and liked. Then you have to start all over again. My suggestion to anyone, if you find a product that works, buy extra so you don't run out.

I've been to this location twice while passing through Richmond. This most recent stop was A LOT.The Security guard is a bit TOO MUCH, to a Point of extreme rudeness. Someone please explain to him that he is basically a rent a cop!! He went outside and literally mad-dogged my husband who was waiting in the car for me- (A Lexus 🙂 ) No idea what his point was?The same young woman has been the person assigned to 'help' me both visits. She has ZERO customer service skills. Barely speaks, and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her for adding to your order! Definitely not much help whatsoever.The young woman who checked me in was very nice. I would like to clarify the woman at the front desk and the security guard are both very kind and patient. But I Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Unfortunately this is the closest and only dispensary within 30 minutes from me. Every time I have come there’s some kind of issue. They are always out of stock, the bud is extremely inconsistent, and the customer service is non existent. You would think people who work with medical marijuana might have a little patience or understanding but that’s not the case here. I’ve encountered at least 5 different employees and each one seems more miserable than the last. A bud tender AND the pharmacist rolled their eyes at me when I asked questions about terpenes. To be treated this way regularly by MEDICAL professionals… it’s very sad to say in the least. Do better.

Making people stand outside in the cold to get in is just absolutely ridiculous. Currently there are like 14 people outside waiting in the cold, mostly elderly people. It's absolutely wild they cannot open the lobby if for no other reason than to keep people warm and not sick. TookOnline pickup has been broken for a while, meaning the drive thru that was super convenient is never working. The hours are pretty bad, it's hard to get here by the time people get off work. The quality of the product is hit and miss and they don't let you see the product before leaving. This place was great but it's getting worse every week. The worst part is the absolute lack of response from management to any of these reviews.The hours are worse, the prices are higher, the Online ordering is broken, tons of wasted space inside. Why have 3+ cashiers if only two people can be inside at a time? This place makes no sense.And after all that, they gave me the wrong flavor. Pumpkin pie instead of apple pie. Smh.

If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. I stopped by the Colonial Heights location due to receiving an email for a Christmas promotion. The email says nothing about not having purchased from any of the GLeaf locations within the past 45 days. Not even in the fine print does it say anything about a timeline except that the promotion was from the 13th through the 20th and in store only. I had a delivery order about 30 days ago, so they told me I could not receive the promotion. If they had included this in the email, I would have never went to this store because I live over 2 hours away. They said no exceptions even though I was ready to spend over $300 in product. Horrible customer service! There are other dispensaries in VA that are happy to honor promotions and cheaper for better products.

Instead of following the lead of other dispensaries in the state. They raised their prices while everybody has been lowering theirs They also had not been offering discounts to any group. Just a glitchy rewards system online. (That does not seem to be tracking anything.)Edit: Recently G Leaf started offering 10% Discounts to over 65 years of age, Medicare, medicade, veteran, and possibly a few other groups. Reference the website to see who qualifies.The location is not too bad, right off of 95. It was a Burger King back in the day, and the parking reflects as such. This means you can even use the drive through.The people are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and do not feel robotic like many others in the workforce today.As far as the price and product are concerned...-As mentioned the prices were recently raised. Where everywhere else in the state they were lowered.-PRICE cont- There is ZERO reason why prices are what they are. The "Virginia Medical Grade" is garbage. I mention this more below, though the extra CBD spliced in their product ruins the taste, effect, and raises cost.-Their product is noticeably less potent and/or effective. There are inconsistencies with batches that are very noticeable. (Some seem to have far less potency than described. Northern strains are noticeably more consistent. "The Bank" would be one such brand.-They split in far too much CBD compounds into products.This may be industry standard, though the prepolls are weighed with wrap and filter, not product. Not a great deal.This location is growing well. The brand itself has a massive disconnect with the rest of the state. The Northern dispensaries are on a better track than the brand down in the RVA area.Location and people excel while the product is mid at best.

They never have any flower in stock except their over priced MID grade they want to push off to the public. Treat your customers with care and clean up the damn property. That place outside is gross. Aside from never being stocked, a lot of the staff at this location has no knowledge and 2 have expressed zero interests in THC products. I guess they better keep at it because next year they will for sure loose revenue when recreational is legal. Nobody will continue to pay 60$ for an 8th. I literally paid that in high school. Even at the time of this review, they have 2 strains of flowers. What nonsense.

Let me say I've not been at this address since it was Burger King. Today Jul 8 around 630ish. I went to go check out Gleaf. Whoever inside employee or manager threatened to get me escorted off the property by Police for looking at the schedule on the door. I feel like this happened because I'm African American male. I'm all around uncomfortable for even trying to shop at this location.

This is a very cozy little dispensary. It's not as big as the others owned by gLeaf, but I actually like that about it. Super friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff here. I was quite impressed. gLeaf Colonial Heights is now going to be my default store. Thank you so much for all your help, hard work and for just being so friendly. I was very impressed with this location, and I think you will be as well. Even if you are new to cannabis as medication, don't be afraid! The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and they will guide you to the exact product(s) you need. They are patient and answer your every question and concern. They explain things in detail. This was my first visit to a medical cannabis store. They worked with me and answered all my questions. They were very helpful and they are great at working with people that don’t know anything about cannabis products. You must have a medical marijuana card to enter the building. They are very helpful. I have not used the tincture that I purchased yet so I cannot give feedback for their products.
