Employees there are some of the worst. My experience…First delivery order time frame 4-7. Come to find out around 11 when I call saying something seems off with my order, they tell me it’s already out for delivery. I explain the problem and they apologize and give me tracking of the delivery in real time so I can gauge timing. Okay.Second delivery order time frame 4-7, I call at 4:29 checking on my order because I have received zero communication on it. Lady tells me it’s out for delivery. I say awesome and ask for tracking, she tells me it’s impossible to give tracking and my order will be there between 4-7. I didn’t want to argue with her and let it go. An hour and a half later I get a call from the store, the delivery driver never even showed up. I asked the guy about the previous woman I spoke to who misinformed me of my order. I was told customer care doesn’t actually have access to the stores info on what goes out. Okay.Third delivery order, time frame 4-7. I call at 4:26, I explain the previous days attempt and the girl says it is out for delivery and I am estimated to have my delivery around 6:30. 6:52 I call the store asking how long am I suppose to wait, the girl tells me another hour. I said forget this, asked what the point of the time frames is and asked to cancel my order. She says it will be voided and hangs up on me never actually getting my name. I have to call back and wait. Finally gets on the phone and takes my name, says it’s cancelled. I hop in my car to try make it to Sterling. 7:25 I get a text saying my order will be there in 16 minutes. I am 20 minutes away from home. On top of that, the people who would be there to answer the door, don’t speak English and would likely call 911 over a stranger knocking on the door saying they have a delivery and need id. I call the store again and the girl still just doesn’t quite grasp it until I bring up the cops could be called. She takes my number and says she’ll talk to her manager. As I am walking into the Sterling store (it’s a drive, but the only one I go to now) thankful I made it in time, Arlington calls me to say they can’t get a hold of the driver, they texted him and called him and nothing. What is wrong with you people?!?!?! Zero stars if I could
Just leaving a bad review for no reason other than there is lots of bad ones here. Just piling on. Cannot stand stoner-managers who fluctuate store hours because of “low staff” lol
I bought flower from g leaf and it tasted horrible.. can I get credit back on my account.. I wish y’all had better customer service and people that worked there who know how good cannabis is supposed to taste and feel.
The storefront is beautiful. The staff is AMAZING.The selection is subpar at best.I have never seen a store with so few options all of the time (except for when Delaware only had one medical store operational in the entire state!!!)I genuinely enjoy the vibe, the people, and the few products I do get.But there’s almost nothing with a 1:1 ratio available (which I need for the inflammation that comes from multiple autoimmune disorders- the whole reason I got my card here in Virginia!) and when 1:1 strains/carts *are* available, they’re always near the top end of the price range.Again, the store and the staff are wonderful- but its lack of product with anything less than massive amounts of thc and almost no other cannabinoids makes this Beyond Hello location appear to be a recreational store masquerading as a medicinal shop.
Not sure how much control they have but the flower is always pretty dry and crumbly and sometimes just doesn't hit. But the service and prices can't be beaten!
Friendly, compassionate and helpful. That's how I would sum up my experience with Beyond Hello Arlington. Also the consistently better stocked locations than their Alexandria location. Great sales and an awesome 25% senior discount on Sundays Worth the drive
- you must have a prescription to buy here.- staff were friendly and helpful.- place was clean and organized.- prices are normal for the items.- have a good selection of products.- have a good amount of free parking.- the location is not bad if you're used to driving in the area or busy areas, but I found for myself it was not the best location for me.- overall a good first experience here.
I'm with Cat Mo. I get plenty of propaganda texts. I got a confirmation of my pickup order text. I'll get "your order is ready" texts. I got no "we cancelled your order text". I checked my email for another reason and I thankfully saw the email before I drove over there. Order was cancelled. Why? No reason. I figured I did something wrong. I called and was told they were closing early for an emergency. Next day, I called in the afternoon to make sure they were open. Yes, "we are open until 8pm". I just drove all the way from Fairfax from work to home (Arlington) and arrived at 7:10pm. Closed. I had to drive all the way back to the Fairfax location only to beg them to let me in. It was the Saturday before Christmas Eve and I'm disabled vet in massive pain. That was an extra hour of driving I didn't need. Thank God they let me in. There were also 3 other people there waiting outside who drove from the Arlington location. I'll update my review when this location gets it a little more together.
Why does this keep happening3rd time in less than 30 days that this location has changed their hours. It would be super helpful if you guys would answer your phones are update your website to show consideration for your customers. I am very upset 3rd time I have left early. So disappointing sincerely pissed! Now fingers crossed hopefully Fairfax location has not done the same. This is unbelievable please update your customers
They closed at 3 today without calling me to tell my order wouldn't be able to be picked up :(. Had to drive to Beyond Hello Fairfax which was an absolute mess and was reminded why Arlington is by far the best location. Love the staff here and service!
Come for the people! Service is always so great. Everyone is kind and helpful. Compared to other dispensaries in WA, OR, CO, or even DC, the selection is small. However, the discounts and prices are competitive. They have discounts for seniors, first responders, teachers, and students. If you go to a dispensary in the DMV, don’t forget to tip your budtender, especially if they help you make selections. It took years of practice to gain the knowledge they have. 😉
Truly awful customer service (even from the regional manager today), good luck when you have to return their (many many) faulty cartridges... Better to try literally anywhere else; I’ve come here many times because it’s convenient but I’m going to drive another 45 min if it means I can return/exchange products when they dont work. Dont get their cartridges, batteries, or even honestly flower (very dry)
Awful location. They are never open on time, close early without any warning all the time, and the staff is rude. Waited outside for 15 minutes today until the manager came out and said they weren’t opening till 12 cause someone called out and that she wasn’t letting anyone in to pick up orders. I had driven 30 minutes out there. Talking to other employees at others locations they seem to all know this is happening and everyone is getting sick of the Arlington location. Save your time and go to a different location. Will never be coming back here again.
If you can help, don't use the delivery service unless you're like 2 miles away. Unless you want surprise delivery fees added to your bill. Tried calling and explaining but got the run away that I loved further away than what I know. Microsoft Maps (14 miles) and MapQuest (12.1 miles). Google gave me 8.8. It was clear it wasn't getting this resolved. And the flower I got delivered was pretty dry.Maybe a one-off experience.
This was a very secure and clean place.Staff were super helpful and friendly. Many products to help out with your needs. All ranging from great quality CBD products and everything in between. Highly recommend!
I’m a recently new customer. My first visit was great. The expert thoroughly explained the products to me as I am new to cannabis. My second visit wasn’t as pleasant. My online order kept getting declined without any explanation although I registered with the store and uploaded my Driver’s license (front and back) with my cannabis certification (which is only one page and already in the system). After several attempts at placing an order, a staff member called me to say that he declined my order because my first name was entered twice in the system. (Although I verified every time that my first and last name was on my order). Instead of it being a possible system glitch for the error, the associate spoke to me in an accusatory tone that I input the order incorrectly, and ultimately told me to just come to the store.Once I arrived to the store I did not feel welcomed. While another customer who came in shortly after me received a more welcoming greeting and was allowed to the back in a timely manner. I had to have my documentation scrutinized prior to being let back.Once back there, I asked if they needed to see my veteran ID card. So they took it to the front of the store to be processed. Once the associate came back she told me to make sure I don’t present my Veteran ID card when I purchase sale items (I did not know that one of my products was on sale so that was my oversight) however I was spoken to in a similar accusatory tone. Mind you…I make a conscious effort to be polite so I believe this treatment was unwarranted.Today, I placed another order and within minutes it was declined with no explanation. I called the store and the possible reasons for the decline was either something is wrong with my certificate or out of stock product but they couldn’t tell me for sure. I was going to just go the store to make my purchase but I just gave up and went to another dispensary.I struggle with PTSD, depression, and anxiety so it takes tremendous effort for me to even leave my home. So unfortunate events like these make mefeel defeated. It seems as though I am not welcome here, so sadly I will take the hint and not come back. Thanks again for a great first store visit and I wish I could provide the associate’s name who was so kind/patient with me (I want to say her name is Jessica). She is a true asset to the company and set a really high bar for amazing customer service. (I apologize for the lengthy review.)
Super awesome experience at beyond/hello. Staff was super welcoming and everything moved quick and easily. Prices were a touch high but overall very pleased.
Love this location and the staff is always friendly and happy to help! Today, Jessica helped me every step of the way. She greeted me at the front and helped me check out. She chatted me up and reminded me about my points which is super helpful because I often forget! This place is the best!
Decided to shop at Arlington since Sterling hasn’t had the same variety lately. Great location for the shop in the heart of Clarendon, easy to access from rt.66. The ladies at the front desk were upbeat and ready to help from the moment I walked in the door, escorted me to the dispensary, and had me checked out in about 10 minutes.
Had a very great experience shopping here for my very first time. Bought something and loved it. Definitely coming back!
James was fantastic to talk to and helped me choose what I needed!Beyond Hello is very promising with good and improving selections, great customer service, and very knowledgeable people. Only con I can think of is that prices for cartridges are slightly more on the expensive side but this place rocks overall!!
