Edit I gave them another chance and it was a better experience, just always a wait here and this place isn't really for new customersFirst time I came here waited in line for 20 mins for a consultation only for them to tell me I need to come back Monday because there were no pharmacist available, i was told walk ins were welcomed here. Guess that was a lie. I call Monday morning before they open to see if there will be a pharmacist available they told me yes to come between 1 and 3, the lady even checked to see if anyone would be available they said yes. I get there at 115 they told me no one is available the receptionist was very rude about it. I ended up calling some place else and was able to do consulting online with a pharmacist. I don't recommend this place.

When you walk into the waiting room there is a whole line of people in front of the door trying to check in and people stacked on top of eachother waiting to be called in. If you are going to be short staffed and slow and unable to provide good service you need to have a proper waiting room, not just two chairs. The man with the beard at the check in station is incredibly slow and is snappy when you ask questions, I understand that the slow lobby is not his fault but at least be corgual and welcoming. Drive through is ALWAYS closed so it’s almost never worth it to even make a pick up order. We had placed our pickup order and when we arrived it still hadn’t even been filled, we still are waiting after arriving at 6:20-6:30 and placing a pickup a hour or two before.Someone just said “bit of a wait” and the man at the desk says…“Obviously.”Get better service, I’ll be talking to the manager if they are here 🙂

Very awful experience, they had a deal today which of course meant that there were more people, but they were not staffed to accommodate the increased demand for today. I placed an order, never got a confirmation email, but went through the drive through anyways which took a while, they said they were behind, which I understood so I decided to come back later. 3 hours later, I still didn’t get an email confirmation, but I came back anyways, I had to wait in line for over an hour, there were not even that many cars, it was just really slow. They were mad at ME because they were technically closed even though I was there an hour before closing. When I got to the front of the line they “ran” two of my cards and said they declined even though the two different banks never notified me of any fishy behavior. There is just no way it should have declined. I think they were done with the day and either ran out or didn’t want to sell any more for the discounted price.Curaleaf,All in all, you wasted hours of my day and I am very upset. Please try to make it right and also be more prepared and trained to go faster. This should never happen again.

Frustrated! Did my due diligence calling in to schedule an appointment for my initial consult. I was told that this location only did walk-ins from 1-4 for initial consults. I made necessary work arrangements to get in within that window, and, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that i needed to schedule an appointment. I explained about the information given to me previously, and the receptionist retorted that it changes daily, that they stopped accepting walk-ins already today… just 5 minutes prior! The receptionist was friendly enough and provided info for scheduling, but conflicting information just cost me an afternoon of work 😕

I went in asking about specials the guy is like we have just one brand on sale. I asked what he could tell me about it. He said whatever the tablet says. He was worthless knew nothing about the product. I bought a quarter ounce of flower. Got it home it was all dried out and crusty and weighed only 6 grams which cost 90 bucks. So I guess the customer takes the loss on that one Then that joke of a bud tender has a tip jar in front if him, I am like here's a tip find a new job yu are not good at this one at all. Go to Vegas Planet 13 now they are true bud tenders.

I come in and the guy behind the desk says it will be just a minute for me to wait for my order. 35 or minutes later I finally get my pick up order. I had to wait behind everyone else in line(the reason I used the drive thru option is that it’s hard for me to get around, I would have ordered from WholesomeCo since they deliver had the drive thru option not be available). Pretty ridiculous way to run a business.I think I will stick with WholesomeCo, I can always count on them. Who has time for a half hour to wait if you pre ordered?

Go to the bloc pharmacy in south jordan. It's the only pharmacy in the state that lowers prices as utahs supply goes up. I save 20 to 30 dollars on a gram cartridge. 40 bucks for a gram cart, not 60 or 70. That alone is worth the gas. Utah dispensaries are just being highway robbers because we have little alternative. They are taking advantage of you at that point, which means just another drug dealer out for profit. The staff is usually great though.

I'd definitely recommend the cliq pods and battery. A little more expensive but well worth it.Edit: now I highly recommend Moxie and High Variety brand of products. I'd say they are top shelf, especially the live resin pods. High Variety gets the #1 on vapes, Moxie gets the #1 on edibles and dabs.I love this place!! Great deals some of the time. Their online ordering system is horrible. Inventory is always off and often does not allow you to even order due to “high order volumes” before they even open?? You can never know what to expect when placing an order. 9/10 times it doesn’t workout. Slowest pharmacy in the state. Not sure why it takes 30-60 minutes to get in and out every time. No one else takes this long. Wish curaleaf was utilizing their full grow space with their license.

Had a fantastic visit at Curaleaf recently! I was there on a particularly busy day but the staff worked great to make myself feel welcome and appreciated.They were able to take their time with my large order and helped make good selections. I had to have my twins with me, and the staff was accomodating and mentioned how nice it was since they rarely get to see kids.4 stars only because the selection is typically only fair. Their flower selection is sometimes inconsistent with what they have. Probably just a Utah Law thing.

I go here as a guest with my partner all the time. Utah has got some restrictive laws that make the process more annoying than it needs to be, but despite that, this place is very accommodating, and the employees are very knowledgeable about the products and fun to talk to.My only complaints are:- The stock rotates so often that it seems like they never have the exact same thing in stock twice, much to the chagrin of my anxious partner who needs to adapt each time we get to the counter. I doubt this is their fault, but it's kinda annoying nonetheless- You have to go on an off hour, like weekday during work, or else it will be crazy busy, 30 minutes waiting etc. and there's only 3 chairs in the waiting room so you'll probably be standing. Again, this is more the fault of the fact that Utah regulates how many of these places can be running at once, than it is the fault of the employees or the company.

My favorite flower store because it's by nothing, no traffic other then the freeway to get there sometimes. The truth it's close to my fishing spot and Cabelas but the service is quick. I've had to wait at the ones in the city for a while just to get in the back not even the register. This one is in an out and I've never had a jerk cashier.

Fabulous of course!!!***update*** 05/20/2022 I purchased a vaporizer cart friday at about 7:45pm. Its now 8:09:When I checked the product I purchased (1 grapefruit elite.) The initial seal was loose and not sticky, when I opened the box, the white cart container was open, I pulled the cart out, ITS ALMOST HALF WAY GONE!! This is not the first time I've noticed the carts I've purchased being less then what full untampered with purchased products are.There have been several times in the last several months I've noticed on the flower products ive purchased, the seals have been broken, tampered, loose, not only that the flower haven't weighed what what was paid for and purchased..So I leave the rest of you with a question, any of you all noticed anything slightly off with the products purchased recently and blew it off?? It may be a good idea to start watching out for loose, slightly stretched, seals that are put under and covered by the white labels(those have been extra loose on the tops and sides as well) to hide it when it's to noticeable to the quick look.. check what you are purchasing when you are there. Look at the more recently and look more closely and see if you notice and see what I'm talking about..

Even though I have already been to one of their dispensaries I was denied entry and told they are no longer excepting new patients even though I am already a patient of the brand. Convenient location, often longer wait times than other dispensaries in the area but they also seem to get more foot traffic so it's understandable. Unfortunately doesn't offer Medicaid/Medicare discounts like other places so if you regularly purchase flower it'll add up at this place. If you want an honest recommendation on the best bud they have, try to get put with one of the girls that work here as they seem to really know their flower. Any recommendations I've gotten from the male employees have left me feeling extremely disappointed unfortunately. (I am sure there are great male employees this has just been my experience). They get the job done but I often will find myself waiting till I'm up north and can go to Dragonfly or down south so I can go to the Cannabist as I find I can get better deals and have employees that obsess over the product they are selling.

The staff are 5 stars! However, I am very disappointed they do not require mask. I am immunocompromised, like many of their patients, and not 1 of the several customers sitting in their tiny, impossible to social distance, waiting room had on a mask. Nor did any of the ones in the store except for me. The staff all did, but they need to require the customers to. It’s not like they’ll leave if they insist. So that’s on the company. ???? They also don’t give a senior discount until 65. Provo is 60. So, all in all, it’s worth the extra 5-10 minutes to go to Provo. It’s 10% less, and much safer for me because of mask use. I won’t go back until the pandemic is over and I’m 65. Which is too bad because it’s a nicer store and I really liked the personnel.

Incompetence with pick up orders. Scheduled a pick up order as I didn’t have a lot of time today. Drive thru was closed and I was redirected inside. The security guard was abrupt and rude when I tried to explain to him that I had done the pharmacist consultation. He explained over me that the company requires it’s own consultation. Which was not ideal with my time frame. I started to check in but had to leave because more paperwork was required and I was on a time constraint. I was coming all the way from Salt Lake, As per my docs suggestion to shop different specials at different pharmacies. I called to clarify the issue with my order but was told I was contacted that my order was canceled and that they had tried to contact me to inform me, but no such correspondence was made. In fact I have confirmation numbers and have sat here with my phone pinging to inform me that my order was ready. 3 times to be exact. Though I don’t expect for people to stop and accommodate me immediately, I do expect that they should be respectful with my time and resources. I can’t rate higher as I left without product, and time and gas wasted. More accountability and communication are needed especially considering the demographic that require their product and services. I will continue with other pharmacies that haven’t let me down.

Overall, great experience! Perfect location right off the freeway in Lehi. All of the staff I spoke to was friendly. They've done an awesome job inside the building. The design is welcoming, it's well lit, and there are several TVs on the walls displaying the menu. Speaking of the menu, it's not bad considering they just opened. Obviously more will be added with time. I love this is right down the street from my house, I'll definitely be back.Also, to address the ONE bad review so far. This location just opened two days ago, cut them some slack. Of course they have some kinks to work out. However, keep in mind that they opened to serve patients in the middle of a pandemic--that's can't be easy.Great job guys!

Friendly staff. Expect to wait ~20 minutes to pick up preorders, and expect to wait 45-60 minutes if you didn't preorder. Selection is often limited due to frequently being sold out. Delivery times fill up near instantly it seems.

Edit I gave them another chance and it was a better experience, just always a wait here and this place isn't really for new customersFirst time I came here waited in line for 20 mins for a consultation only for them to tell me I need to come back Monday because there were no pharmacist available, i was told walk ins were welcomed here. Guess that was a lie. I call Monday morning before they open to see if there will be a pharmacist available they told me yes to come between 1 and 3, the lady even checked to see if anyone would be available they said yes. I get there at 115 they told me no one is available the receptionist was very rude about it. I ended up calling some place else and was able to do consulting online with a pharmacist. I don't recommend this place.

Would not let me in with a small baby in her carrier and suggested leaving an infant in the car while I shopped.I’ve been here a couple of times before because I live 5 minutes away. When you walk into the waiting room there is a whole line of people in front of the door trying to check in and people stacked on top of eachother waiting to be called in. If you are going to be short staffed and slow and unable to provide good service you need to have a proper waiting room, not just two chairs. The man with the beard at the check in station is incredibly slow and is snappy when you ask questions, I understand that the slow lobby is not his fault but at least be corgual and welcoming. Drive through is ALWAYS closed so it’s almost never worth it to even make a pick up order. We had placed our pickup order and when we arrived it still hadn’t even been filled, we still are waiting after arriving at 6:20-6:30 and placing a pickup a hour or two before.Someone just said “bit of a wait” and the man at the desk says…“Obviously.”Get better service, I’ll be talking to the manager if they are here 🙂

Very awful experience, they had a deal today which of course meant that there were more people, but they were not staffed to accommodate the increased demand for today. I placed an order, never got a confirmation email, but went through the drive through anyways which took a while, they said they were behind, which I understood so I decided to come back later. 3 hours later, I still didn’t get an email confirmation, but I came back anyways, I had to wait in line for over an hour, there were not even that many cars, it was just really slow. They were mad at ME because they were technically closed even though I was there an hour before closing. When I got to the front of the line they “ran” two of my cards and said they declined even though the two different banks never notified me of any fishy behavior. There is just no way it should have declined. I think they were done with the day and either ran out or didn’t want to sell any more for the discounted price.Curaleaf,All in all, you wasted hours of my day and I am very upset. Please try to make it right and also be more prepared and trained to go faster. This should never happen again.

Frustrated! Did my due diligence calling in to schedule an appointment for my initial consult. I was told that this location only did walk-ins from 1-4 for initial consults. I made necessary work arrangements to get in within that window, and, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that i needed to schedule an appointment. I explained about the information given to me previously, and the receptionist retorted that it changes daily, that they stopped accepting walk-ins already today… just 5 minutes prior! The receptionist was friendly enough and provided info for scheduling, but conflicting information just cost me an afternoon of work 😕

I went in asking about specials the guy is like we have just one brand on sale. I asked what he could tell me about it. He said whatever the tablet says. He was worthless knew nothing about the product. I bought a quarter ounce of flower. Got it home it was all dried out and crusty and weighed only 6 grams which cost 90 bucks. So I guess the customer takes the loss on that one Then that joke of a bud tender has a tip jar in front if him, I am like here's a tip find a new job yu are not good at this one at all. Go to Vegas Planet 13 now they are true bud tenders.

I come in and the guy behind the desk says it will be just a minute for me to wait for my order. 35 or minutes later I finally get my pick up order. I had to wait behind everyone else in line(the reason I used the drive thru option is that it’s hard for me to get around, I would have ordered from WholesomeCo since they deliver had the drive thru option not be available). Pretty ridiculous way to run a business.I think I will stick with WholesomeCo, I can always count on them. Who has time for a half hour to wait if you pre ordered?

Go to the bloc pharmacy in south jordan. It's the only pharmacy in the state that lowers prices as utahs supply goes up. I save 20 to 30 dollars on a gram cartridge. 40 bucks for a gram cart, not 60 or 70. That alone is worth the gas. Utah dispensaries are just being highway robbers because we have little alternative. They are taking advantage of you at that point, which means just another drug dealer out for profit. The staff is usually great though.

I was skeptical at first. I was also concerned about the prices. They offer a great product. I try to get them on sale. I regularly check their website for sales. I'd definitely recommend the cliq pods and battery. A little more expensive but well worth it.Edit: now I highly recommend Moxie and High Variety brand of products. I'd say they are top shelf, especially the live resin pods. High Variety gets the #1 on vapes, Moxie gets the #1 on edibles and dabs.I love this place!! Thank you so much for keeping me out of pain and helping with my severe anxiety.

My bud tender was very attentive to my needs and what certain cannabis products would be good for my conditions. Well worth the half and hour drive and I would totally drive that far again! Great deals some of the time. Their online ordering system is horrible. Inventory is always off and often does not allow you to even order due to “high order volumes” before they even open?? You can never know what to expect when placing an order. 9/10 times it doesn’t workout. Slowest pharmacy in the state. Not sure why it takes 30-60 minutes to get in and out every time. No one else takes this long. Wish curaleaf was utilizing their full grow space with their license.

Had a fantastic visit at Curaleaf recently! I was there on a particularly busy day but the staff worked great to make myself feel welcome and appreciated.They were able to take their time with my large order and helped make good selections. I had to have my twins with me, and the staff was accomodating and mentioned how nice it was since they rarely get to see kids.4 stars only because the selection is typically only fair. Their flower selection is sometimes inconsistent with what they have. Probably just a Utah Law thing.

I go here as a guest with my partner all the time. Utah has got some restrictive laws that make the process more annoying than it needs to be, but despite that, this place is very accommodating, and the employees are very knowledgeable about the products and fun to talk to.My only complaints are:- The stock rotates so often that it seems like they never have the exact same thing in stock twice, much to the chagrin of my anxious partner who needs to adapt each time we get to the counter. I doubt this is their fault, but it's kinda annoying nonetheless- You have to go on an off hour, like weekday during work, or else it will be crazy busy, 30 minutes waiting etc. and there's only 3 chairs in the waiting room so you'll probably be standing. Again, this is more the fault of the fact that Utah regulates how many of these places can be running at once, than it is the fault of the employees or the company.

My favorite flower store because it's by nothing, no traffic other then the freeway to get there sometimes. The truth it's close to my fishing spot and Cabelas but the service is quick. I've had to wait at the ones in the city for a while just to get in the back not even the register. This one is in an out and I've never had a jerk cashier.

Fabulous of course!!!***update*** 05/20/2022 I purchased a vaporizer cart friday at about 7:45pm. Its now 8:09:When I checked the product I purchased (1 grapefruit elite.) The initial seal was loose and not sticky, when I opened the box, the white cart container was open, I pulled the cart out, ITS ALMOST HALF WAY GONE!! This is not the first time I've noticed the carts I've purchased being less then what full untampered with purchased products are.There have been several times in the last several months I've noticed on the flower products ive purchased, the seals have been broken, tampered, loose, not only that the flower haven't weighed what what was paid for and purchased..So I leave the rest of you with a question, any of you all noticed anything slightly off with the products purchased recently and blew it off?? It may be a good idea to start watching out for loose, slightly stretched, seals that are put under and covered by the white labels(those have been extra loose on the tops and sides as well) to hide it when it's to noticeable to the quick look.. check what you are purchasing when you are there. Look at the more recently and look more closely and see if you notice and see what I'm talking about..

Even though I have already been to one of their dispensaries I was denied entry and told they are no longer excepting new patients even though I am already a patient of the brand. What a horrible way to treat customers but I understand not excepting new patients when you already have such a horrible reputation and product selection. I assume this place will be out of business soon so do not waste your time and just go to the bloc or beehive in salt lake

Although there are some really nice people who work here, the prices are just outrageous. There's really no reason to explain charging this much for medicine. Systems are frequently offline, and just like everything else, it's never the fault of the people running the shop, but someone else down the line, just like the excuse about to be put forth to try and justify this criminal pricing. ????

Convenient location, often longer wait times than other dispensaries in the area but they also seem to get more foot traffic so it's understandable. Unfortunately doesn't offer Medicaid/Medicare discounts like other places so if you regularly purchase flower it'll add up at this place. If you want an honest recommendation on the best bud they have, try to get put with one of the girls that work here as they seem to really know their flower. Any recommendations I've gotten from the male employees have left me feeling extremely disappointed unfortunately. (I am sure there are great male employees this has just been my experience). They get the job done but I often will find myself waiting till I'm up north and can go to Dragonfly or down south so I can go to the Cannabist as I find I can get better deals and have employees that obsess over the product they are selling.

Curaleaf feels like a "regular" storefront operation (like you'd find in any strip mall) bolstered with a friendly staff and service.What really stands out is the service that we received from the staff pharmacist, "Mokie". She listened to us (extremely important), recommended the appropriate product (again, extremely important) and then explained how to use the recommended items. We had so many questions and we appreciated the time that she spent educating us on the various options. The place was busy but we appreciated not being rushed.

The staff are 5 stars! However, I am very disappointed they do not require mask. I am immunocompromised, like many of their patients, and not 1 of the several customers sitting in their tiny, impossible to social distance, waiting room had on a mask. Nor did any of the ones in the store except for me. The staff all did, but they need to require the customers to. It’s not like they’ll leave if they insist. So that’s on the company. ???? They also don’t give a senior discount until 65. Provo is 60. So, all in all, it’s worth the extra 5-10 minutes to go to Provo. It’s 10% less, and much safer for me because of mask use. I won’t go back until the pandemic is over and I’m 65. Which is too bad because it’s a nicer store and I really liked the personnel.

Incompetence with pick up orders. Scheduled a pick up order as I didn’t have a lot of time today. Drive thru was closed and I was redirected inside. The security guard was abrupt and rude when I tried to explain to him that I had done the pharmacist consultation. He explained over me that the company requires it’s own consultation. Which was not ideal with my time frame. I started to check in but had to leave because more paperwork was required and I was on a time constraint. I was coming all the way from Salt Lake, As per my docs suggestion to shop different specials at different pharmacies. I called to clarify the issue with my order but was told I was contacted that my order was canceled and that they had tried to contact me to inform me, but no such correspondence was made. In fact I have confirmation numbers and have sat here with my phone pinging to inform me that my order was ready. 3 times to be exact. Though I don’t expect for people to stop and accommodate me immediately, I do expect that they should be respectful with my time and resources. I can’t rate higher as I left without product, and time and gas wasted. More accountability and communication are needed especially considering the demographic that require their product and services. I will continue with other pharmacies that haven’t let me down.

Overall, great experience! Perfect location right off the freeway in Lehi. All of the staff I spoke to was friendly. They've done an awesome job inside the building. The design is welcoming, it's well lit, and there are several TVs on the walls displaying the menu. Speaking of the menu, it's not bad considering they just opened. Obviously more will be added with time. I love this is right down the street from my house, I'll definitely be back.Also, to address the ONE bad review so far. This location just opened two days ago, cut them some slack. Of course they have some kinks to work out. However, keep in mind that they opened to serve patients in the middle of a pandemic--that's can't be easy.Great job guys!
