In the beginning days of the BLOC it was ok besides Utah’s prices on everything were through the roof as it usually is when a new market is opening up.. but as time has gone on I’ve only seen this place get worse and worse.. don’t get me wrong I really like the people who work there there all great and very kind and helpful.. it’s the lack of products and the products they seem to be getting these days is not up to medical par.. especially the flower it not right to be charging so much for product with stems and seeds in it..

They are rude and wouldn’t take my out of state medical card when I’ve gone to multiple other dispensaries in utah it’s a waist of your time go to mesquite dispensary or wait till you are in slc or Vegas this store is not worth your money

And as far as the rest of the staff goes, they are all awesome and really know their stuff. Hunter has helped me multiple times and makes my day better every time I come in there. The subpar quality of medicine for the price is absolutely insane… At least be honest to the patients and say maybe the flower isn’t so good… instead of saying it’s the “cream of the crop” to open the container and find out it has no smell maybe a little hay smell and no flavor at all.. lacking terpenes, good feelings, you know things you’d expect when paying $50 an 8th… anyone who has used cannabis prior to the medical program knows the claims of highest grade medicine are bogus. I’m happy for the program but sad to see only one dispensary locally that has the ability to demand high prices and people just have to put up with it.. I know theirs a lot of patients out there hurting a lot more then me and we need enough of us to demand more from our program and get us better medicine at a more affordable cost…

Seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The woman running the cash register was short, unhelpful, and acted completely put out. When I made her aware of a common problem with a particular manufacturer's product, and asked if she would be able to make sure the one she sold me didnt have the defect, she bluntly said, "no". When asked about it, she immediately said, "Sir, would you like to talk to my manager? He's on the phone, youll have to wait for 20 minutes". If they sell a defective product (I.e. the container is unable to be opened), they should back it up, and not force a customer to try to cut a metal can open, placing metal shavings into the gummies. I drove down from SLC to get the products I needed, and wont ever go back.

I'm a out of state patient didn't know what to expect. Not trying to be mean but didn't realize utah had medical cannabis. This place is amazing from the building itself from outside then you walk inside beautiful setup. The man at the front desk was so help and nice. Fast check in. You walk in the meet me unlike other place you wait for them. The guy that helped me was so nice a helpful. Wished I could use this place more than twice a year. I'm in town all the time would be nice if the state would change that. Plus the state needs to let them advertise. Wish I could give you guys a million stars. This Combat veteran really appreciated how professional your staff as a whole was. Thank you all!! Love and peace to you all.

i wish i had better things to say about this place. when bloc first opened it was very welcoming and chill. now, especially in the past 6 months, it's not a very enjoyable place to go to. every time i go in there it seems like there's a whole new set of employees and most of them are not very knowledgeable at all on the products they are selling. i think it's unprofessional when i see mangers/supervisors outwardly flirting with patients in the building, specifically matt and karen. the prices are insanely high. bloc is always running out of product and they have a very limited selection most of the time. no idea what happened to this place, it used to be so great.

The product is pretty low quality. Would be helpful if there was more detailed product info about the harvest. Wouldn't be surprised if there is mold and/or pesticides in some of the product, left me feeling pretty nasty.

While i may be new to utah, this is my 3rd state with my medical card and the 6th state ive regularly visited dispensaries. Earlier in the month my only complaint was crazy high prices ($105 for 1g cart) and online they didnt have any descriptions for the strains. Without descriptions and effects i only purchase smaller amounts 🤷♂️. 3 weeks later i look at the menu online and carts are down to 55-65 for a 1g and just about every strain has a beautifully written description. Bravo Bloc Pharmacy and their new social media guy.

Everyone one was fantastic from the person who took my ID when I walked in I was meet with welcoming smiles and greetings the whole experience was 5 star. People who answer the phone are incredibly rude and not knowledgeable at all on their own state processes. Would it kill you to train your employees on the simple process to get a temporary utah med card with an out of state med card? Rather just loose business than have a well trained knowledgeable staff. What a joke. Listen to the other reviews and head over to Mesquite Nevada. Prices are ridiculous here too so there's literally no point to come here.
