I highly recommend this dispensary. Not only do they seem to have Zion flower in stock (at least when I checked.. I got Apples and Bananas AND Indiana Bubblegum)... but the waiting room is pleasant and the staff are friendly. They have pick-up time slots for online orders, which I was conveniently in and out pretty fast. Big thumbs up!

Love going here, usually have good deals. Just be sure to double check your checkout price before going on in and handing over your money.Some how I find myself having to tell them how much they have their products listed for and what is should equal out to at checkout. Also make sure your points are building up if you are a frequent buyer. Overall good place though.

They were fantastic when they were pureut, since curaleaf took over their staff that was always friendly and welcoming have slowly left. They aren’t the nicest anymore and they are VERY slow. Waiting at least 30 min for a curbside is ridiculous if you go inside it’s about the same wait sometimes longer anymore. The more I come to this store the more I’m inclined to drive to Springville. The service is friendlier and faster over there.

Good selection and LOVE the staff!!! I edited from 3 stars to 4 bc the staff truly is above and beyond!! My beef is with the online ordering system. It seems like it's ALWAYS down and not working. I have to travel about an hour to get there and I'd so much rather have the option for curbside pickup. Its a hassle to have to come inside, check in & wait with a toddler in tow. (I don't have the option to come solo)A reliable curbside pickup would be so helpful with me so i can get my medicine and be on my way, plz 🙏 🥺

Boy, these people were practically running to serve me, amazing.. I feel for the staff a bit, I guess they are trying to get their operation running a bit smoother/faster, but seriously, I have never, ever, at any shop, been served so fast! Literally walked in, less than 3 minutes later I was called in, told them what I was looking for (which I had already figured out through their online menu), received product within 2 minutes and after a total of about 7 minutes from parking my car, I was already done and back in my car! Well worth a nice tip for the staff 🙂

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Staff is so nice and makes you feel so welcomed every time you come in. They remember your name and make you feel appreciated. Not a fan of the new online system which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I don’t like that you have to pick a time slot (which is usually at least a 4+ hour wait) I liked being able to order online and pick it up within an hour or less, which is why I no longer use the online pickup. Other than that, great place!

Curaleaf, formerly Pure, always has a great selection, always clean and comfortable and great staff.The issue is, they’re the slowest shop in Utah.Their check-in procedure and lack of associates leads to a very prolonged experience to complete a simple purchase.What takes 3-5 minutes at any other shop consistently takes 20-30 minutes at Curaleaf…which is why I now only shop there if nobody else has what I’m looking for.If you don’t mind lounging around and wasting time, it’s a great option.If you care about your time, there’s far better options.

I normally love shopping here. The staff were so kind and supportive. Except for recently, a staff member named “kaylee” was helping me choose some products.I already had an awful day, and I mentioned this to her at the beginning when she asked me how I was doing.When she was showing me the products, I got confused about the edible gummy ratios with the products (like a normal semi-first time customer would ask). She continued to progressively get more and more frustrated and irritated when I didn’t understand what she was saying.I was already having an awful day mentally with my ptsd, and her talking down to me and getting frustrated with me, as well as talking to me like as if I’m stupid, immediately triggered me and sent me in tears when I left the shop.I’m sorry I had a hard day (thus making it difficult for me to focus) and got confused when I was asking normal first-timer questions.But I feel like it should be a staffs duty at this job to make the customer feel safe and supported getting the medicine we need.In all, I 100% recommend this shop. I just personally don’t feel comfortable shopping in store again.Just try to request someone else to help you, besides Kaylee, if you’re shy/having a hard time/or are a beginner with medical cannabis.

I Purchased Friday June 16 went back Monday . I made a purchase and was notified that they stopped giving me my medicare disability discount . Which I received for being 100% disabled unable to work. cannabis helps me extremely when I can afford it .. we know with these high prices of Utah’s cannabis program 55 bucks for an eighth for two days worth of medicine.. that any discounts help! I always thought this pharmacy was different it was my favorite one that’s who got my business the most because they stood out because of that discount program and awesome staff ! Utah is A medical cannabis state not a recreational state pure Utah used to stand out because I thought they noticed that and they were helping out the people that actually totally benefit by that discount they used to show us Patients. that They had compassion and understanding about what this program is really about . But pure you now lost my respect ..

I have always loved this dispensary. However, their staff is not very nice. I placed an online order, and got a notification that the order would be ready in 15-25 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before arriving. When I called to say I was there, the receptionist told me my order wasn’t ready and if I would have read the website I would have seen that it takes up to an hour. Jeff was great to get the order ready quickly, but the way the receptionist treated me honestly ruined my day. I left in tears. I didn’t know, I was going off what your website said. I don’t think it was necessary to be so rude over the phone.

This was my first in person dispensary experience. The staff at Pure UT was professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, they were totally nice! Clarissa is a very experienced bud tender I told her exactly what I wanted and she led me straight there within seconds they have a great selection and I was able to choose from the variety of medical pod’s quickly and smoothly. And I got 30% off for it being my first time it doesn’t get any better than that! I definitely will be back. Thank you so much Clarissa for helping me find the correct medical products for my chronic pain and also being so informative on everything especially the Cliq Pod & Battery! The store is very clean. And gives off a very roomy feel that I really enjoy. I will definitely be back soon!

I'm completely new to THC entirely. It's so scientific these days I felt lost. But thank goodness for the sweetest & most patient staff here in UT. I've gone to a few others when I initially got my card. But these guys really, truly are different. They're not for the rec users those. They are always super friendly but more than that knowledgeable. Thank goodness we found them. I only use their dispensary & always will. I really love the hospitality from this shop everyone is so nice from the front door all the way to the back!! Oh man....was super worried about going to a different dispensary, but am for sure glad that I did. The staff was super hospitable when I first got th we re. The lady that helped me get my stuff and check out definitely had some awesome recommendations and was very kind and knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. She is absolutely the sweetest and funnest tender I have met in this whole state. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and before you know it, 2 strangers feel like friends.
