R-4

Overview

R-4 is a balanced cannabis hybrid that is known for having extremely high amounts of cannabidiol (CBD). Some sources claim that the CBD can be as high as 40% in some phenotypes, but most bottom out at around 20%. THC on the other hand hardly gets past the 0.03% threshold. In some concentrates the CBD has hit 75%. Clearly, this strain has no psychoactive effects.

R-4 is a balanced hybrid strain that produces a functional cerebral high and a mild body stone. The cerebral boost is quickly followed by a gentle body-mind relaxation.

R-4 is a hybrid cross between Wu #1 (Reclining Budhaa and Heartland Cream) and Blueberry Haze. These are all exotic strains. The exact indica to sativa ratio is disputed but most sources claim a 50/50 balance.

R-4 hemp strain is super leafy with spade-shaped neon green nugs. Super thin bright orange hairs thread between the nugs and finish off in a powdery white layer of trichomes. Going by the rich cannabinoid profile don’t be surprised at how sticky the nugs are. When fully matured these nugs will be hard to break by hand, a hand grinder comes in handy.

The R-4 flavor is confusing; you go there expecting to be knocked out by the skunk but get pleasantly surprised when you are welcomed by the smell of pineapples and fresh berries. This is generally a fruity strains that has mild notes of Haze.

R-4 lacks heavy effects, even when consumed in high doses. This is probably due to the balanced effects between the sativa and indica.
