I’m glad to have this place as my local option. Ally was so nice and helpful… I prefer micro-dosing as needed for daytime and nighttime anxiety and I left there with great options per Ally’s recommendations. The entire place is easy to navigate, everyone is friendly and helpful and they’ve got great deals constantly going on it seems. It was my first visit but it’s definitely going to be my go-to dispensary.

Paul is the reason ill stick to Trulieve. No transparency about my medications and will waste your time and gas by making you show up even if they know they don't have what you ordered. I actually prefer to wait if Allie Sigler is busy with another customer because of my experience with a lot of personal trauma and pain she makes my experience feel like an outing. She always tells me about the products that are my flavor and I actually love the fact that everything she picks is great to me. She’s a wonderful young lady and definitely she is a very good additive to your team. Again, the girl got it going on. Not only is she fly but she’s very smart, but a powerhouse after she’s done her college years.

Dawn N, upfront always makes me feel welcome and is extremely helpful with any questions or concerns especially in the area of certifications and helping people get their medical cards set up or renewed. Then, you head to the back to the sales team who are amazing. Taylor and Ron are two of my favorites they have vast product knowledge and make people feel very comfortable as they fit the person to the perfect product or strain. I come here often, I am 100% a sale shopper, as I have a child and can’t bring myself to spend top dollar on stuff for myself, anyways that said, the way the system is set up for sales isn’t easy for the bud tenders. I know they have to put each individual sale on each individual product and last night green Wednesday, I understand it was busy, I happened to come in during a lull, I purchased two 1g calypso concentrates on sale for 25$ and a prime 3.5flower listed on the menu as $55, my total was $107. I paid 57$ for the eighth from my understanding, and I believe that the eighth should have also been 35% off.I do realize that it was 35% the entire purchase, but then I’m confused as to why the concentrates rang at full price of 55$ a piece. I will be going on Friday and hopefully figuring something out. I’m really hoping to get cash back instead of points etc. but we will see Friday. I will update.Basically saying I think the system should be automatic with the sales. Something. I love this place, such a clean professional and relaxing environment, Amanda the pharmacist as well as the lovely people at the front desk and in the back were so helpful and welcoming, it was my first time visiting a dispensary. Everyone from the front desk to the bud tenders is friendly and accommodating. They are always well stocked and frequently have the newest strains available. Any question I have is knowledgeably answered and if the person doesn't know they happily find out. Because i've experienced some extremely rude retail employees in other places, it is refreshing to enter a positive atmosphere and to be waited on in such a friendly manner at the Apothacarium. What are they gonna be mean??!Once they legalize cultivation this dispensary will eventually close like the rest.Or when interstate Marijuana trade opens and prices are forced down again.Don't get me wrong, I like the joint but it's just a bit much. AMAZING. Dawn, Molly, and Amanda were so incredibly helpful. Had an issue with my card that took 6 HOURS to fix with the DOH and MJ. They were patient and diligent and spent half their day getting shifted around on phone calls to help me. Love these people, so friendly, so helpful. They really do care. Was able to get the medication I needed and have all of my card issues resolved with their help.

Totally disappointing experience! I placed an online order and got a confirmation back that all my products were in and what the cost was. However, when I got here that was definitely not the case. Beware of online orders! Also, had I known my order was not going to be completed I would not have used the ATM and paid a $3 fee since I would have had enough cash for the other two items I ordered!

It seems like they have a ton of options, but I have never been to a different dispensary so you'll have to see for yourself. The menu is online and the lady said they rotate their products a lot, so I would say for certain that it's definitely enough. Staff was friendly and seemed to be very personable to everyone. Decent prices, and they dont just send you too the expensive stuff. Five stars from me.

Yesterday was my 1st time going there. As a new patient I had to make an appointment to talk to pharmacist. I already knew the form I wanted was pill, but he wanted me to use a tincture, which I didn't want. He agreed to the pills after some back and forth, then gave me the lowest dose available. I have pain and insomnia. I asked if this would help me sleep. He said if you don't have pain, you will be able to sleep. That's not how it works with me. And he also suggested talking to pharmacist at each visit, for guidance of what to purchase. I was told by doctor that I would be able to try anything, and not need anyone's input, unless I asked for help.

Another reason is most places have a point reward system and they do not offer that here at all. No curb side no points, and your online menu needs some serious help! I've been to a fair few dispensaries in the area and I consistently come back to the Apothecarium in Thorndale for the absolutely stellar customer service. Whether I've had an issue with a defective product, asked for a recommendation, or just wanted some pleasant conversation as I make my purchases I've never been left wanting. The selection is continuing to expand as they bring in new brands and producers - there is always something new to sample. A rewards or loyalty program of some sort would be nice, but I'm willing to pay a premium for one of the most welcoming retail experiences I've experienced.

And then the true magic happened, I had made an appointment to sit with the Pharmacist, Amanda and discuss what was available to help me with my medical conditions. I had been directed to try medical cannabis by my Rheumatologist. From the start of greeting me, introducing herself, sitting with me in the office and really, I mean REALLY listening to me, I felt respected, listened to, encouraged, and medically safe with Amanda.First, she educated me in products, types, uses, and tailored the information exactly to my own medical needs. I was given choices, written directions, and then personally escorted into the actual purchasing area. Ok, so just walking into that area could have been a little overwhelming, but having Amanda by my side, introducing me to my first bud tender who, just like all the other employees I experienced at The Apothecarium was knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and easy to work with. The process of purchasing was simple. Amanda walked me to the door and thanked me for coming in.I have since returned recently, and conveyed to Amanda and management about a not so supportive visit to another local dispensary. Everyone I spoke with, including the store manager was apologetic for the experience I had had at a totally different provider. Not necessary, but it felt so good to be heard.Finally, if you have any doubt about what it might be like to start and then follow through the process of becoming registered for medical cannabis, I want to lovingly and even firmly to encourage you to contact The Apothecarium in Thorndale. Once certified, make an appointment to see Amanda, one of the pharmacists. Her heart and mind are in the right place and she has a passion and knowledge for providing the best possible care and support for patients. Sure places make mistakes but they go above and beyond to correct anything. Considering how many amazing reviews they have, it should speak for itself. I hava had nothing but positive experiences until my last visit to the store. I understand we are in a at a period in time where wearing a mask is to be considerate of others. I however have a breathing condition that causes damage to my body when breathing through a covering on ny face. This medical condition is documented by my Dr and the recommendation is for me to not wear a mask. Furthermore the cdc recommends and does not require face coverings. I see now the position of your company and how they see fit to refuse medicine to people in need of it.

I’m glad to have this place as my local option. Ally was so nice and helpful… I prefer micro-dosing as needed for daytime and nighttime anxiety and I left there with great options per Ally’s recommendations. The entire place is easy to navigate, everyone is friendly and helpful and they’ve got great deals constantly going on it seems. It was my first visit but it’s definitely going to be my go-to dispensary.

I actually prefer to wait if Allie Sigler is busy with another customer because of my experience with a lot of personal trauma and pain she makes my experience feel like an outing. She always tells me about the products that are my flavor and I actually love the fact that everything she picks is great to me. She’s a wonderful young lady and definitely she is a very good additive to your team. Again, the girl got it going on. Dawn N, upfront always makes me feel welcome and is extremely helpful with any questions or concerns especially in the area of certifications and helping people get their medical cards set up or renewed. Then, you head to the back to the sales team who are amazing. Taylor and Ron are two of my favorites they have vast product knowledge and make people feel very comfortable as they fit the person to the perfect product or strain. I truly value the expertise and kind nature of all the staff. 10/10 would and have recommended to a friend.

I come here often, I am 100% a sale shopper, as I have a child and can’t bring myself to spend top dollar on stuff for myself, anyways that said, the way the system is set up for sales isn’t easy for the bud tenders. I know they have to put each individual sale on each individual product and last night green Wednesday, I understand it was busy, I happened to come in during a lull, I purchased two 1g calypso concentrates on sale for 25$ and a prime 3.5flower listed on the menu as $55, my total was $107. I paid 57$ for the eighth from my understanding, and I believe that the eighth should have also been 35% off.I do realize that it was 35% the entire purchase, but then I’m confused as to why the concentrates rang at full price of 55$ a piece. I will be going on Friday and hopefully figuring something out. I’m really hoping to get cash back instead of points etc. but we will see Friday. I will update.Basically saying I think the system should be automatic with the sales. Something. I love this place, such a clean professional and relaxing environment, Amanda the pharmacist as well as the lovely people at the front desk and in the back were so helpful and welcoming, it was my first time visiting a dispensary. Everyone from the front desk to the bud tenders is friendly and accommodating. They are always well stocked and frequently have the newest strains available. Any question I have is knowledgeably answered and if the person doesn't know they happily find out. Because i've experienced some extremely rude retail employees in other places, it is refreshing to enter a positive atmosphere and to be waited on in such a friendly manner at the Apothacarium. It's a great over priced stop. I like the product and the staff but of course they are really nice.. were buying weed from them. What are they gonna be mean??!Once they legalize cultivation this dispensary will eventually close like the rest.Or when interstate Marijuana trade opens and prices are forced down again.Don't get me wrong, I like the joint but it's just a bit much. I'd be just as happy to buy it off my guy instead.

AMAZING. Dawn, Molly, and Amanda were so incredibly helpful. Had an issue with my card that took 6 HOURS to fix with the DOH and MJ. They were patient and diligent and spent half their day getting shifted around on phone calls to help me. Love these people, so friendly, so helpful. They really do care. Was able to get the medication I needed and have all of my card issues resolved with their help.

Totally disappointing experience! I placed an online order and got a confirmation back that all my products were in and what the cost was. However, when I got here that was definitely not the case. Beware of online orders! Also, had I known my order was not going to be completed I would not have used the ATM and paid a $3 fee since I would have had enough cash for the other two items I ordered!

I'm not new to cannabis, but I am new to the medical marijuana world, and they made the process easy and they explained the products really well. It seems like they have a ton of options, but I have never been to a different dispensary so you'll have to see for yourself. The menu is online and the lady said they rotate their products a lot, so I would say for certain that it's definitely enough. Staff was friendly and seemed to be very personable to everyone. Decent prices, and they dont just send you too the expensive stuff. Five stars from me.

Yesterday was my 1st time going there. As a new patient I had to make an appointment to talk to pharmacist. I already knew the form I wanted was pill, but he wanted me to use a tincture, which I didn't want. He agreed to the pills after some back and forth, then gave me the lowest dose available. I have pain and insomnia. I asked if this would help me sleep. He said if you don't have pain, you will be able to sleep. That's not how it works with me. And he also suggested talking to pharmacist at each visit, for guidance of what to purchase. I was told by doctor that I would be able to try anything, and not need anyone's input, unless I asked for help.

Another reason is most places have a point reward system and they do not offer that here at all. No curb side no points, and your online menu needs some serious help! I also love this place cause it’s very rare you have a long wait, but I also assume it’s because the other places around have a little better product and better selection

I've been to a fair few dispensaries in the area and I consistently come back to the Apothecarium in Thorndale for the absolutely stellar customer service. Whether I've had an issue with a defective product, asked for a recommendation, or just wanted some pleasant conversation as I make my purchases I've never been left wanting. The selection is continuing to expand as they bring in new brands and producers - there is always something new to sample. A rewards or loyalty program of some sort would be nice, but I'm willing to pay a premium for one of the most welcoming retail experiences I've experienced.

I personally know that some of the process feels daunting and a little intimidating, and I want to give you some advice and support.Walking into a dispensary for the first time might be hard, but I really want to encourage you to make The Apothecarium in Thorndale, PA your first choice. I only have positive words and feelings about my 2 experiences in person, plus various email encounters with their pharmacist, Amanda.My first visit, I had no idea what the protocols were to even enter the building, but immediately was offered kind and no judgmental assistance with the basics of getting inside! And then the true magic happened, I had made an appointment to sit with the Pharmacist, Amanda and discuss what was available to help me with my medical conditions. I had been directed to try medical cannabis by my Rheumatologist. From the start of greeting me, introducing herself, sitting with me in the office and really, I mean REALLY listening to me, I felt respected, listened to, encouraged, and medically safe with Amanda.First, she educated me in products, types, uses, and tailored the information exactly to my own medical needs. I was given choices, written directions, and then personally escorted into the actual purchasing area. Ok, so just walking into that area could have been a little overwhelming, but having Amanda by my side, introducing me to my first bud tender who, just like all the other employees I experienced at The Apothecarium was knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and easy to work with. The process of purchasing was simple. Amanda walked me to the door and thanked me for coming in.I have since returned recently, and conveyed to Amanda and management about a not so supportive visit to another local dispensary. Everyone I spoke with, including the store manager was apologetic for the experience I had had at a totally different provider. Not necessary, but it felt so good to be heard.Finally, if you have any doubt about what it might be like to start and then follow through the process of becoming registered for medical cannabis, I want to lovingly and even firmly to encourage you to contact The Apothecarium in Thorndale. Once certified, make an appointment to see Amanda, one of the pharmacists. Her heart and mind are in the right place and she has a passion and knowledge for providing the best possible care and support for patients. Sure places make mistakes but they go above and beyond to correct anything. Considering how many amazing reviews they have, it should speak for itself. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and enjoys being there. The front desk staff, especially Alison, always makes you feel welcomed and happy to see you, and back of house is incredible too. This has happened twice in a row which I find unacceptable. Although Herbology is 25 minutes out of the way for me, I will be going there as all of the staff are absolutely wonderful!

I hava had nothing but positive experiences until my last visit to the store. I understand we are in a at a period in time where wearing a mask is to be considerate of others. I however have a breathing condition that causes damage to my body when breathing through a covering on ny face. This medical condition is documented by my Dr and the recommendation is for me to not wear a mask. Furthermore the cdc recommends and does not require face coverings. I see now the position of your company and how they see fit to refuse medicine to people in need of it.
