I believe there must be a new security/front desk guy as I have never seen this one before. He is bald and on the larger side.He did not look up from his phone the entire time I was there, he was audibly watching YouTube videos. He didn’t even hand me my card, he just set it on the desk because he was too busy watching videos on his phone.When I left I told him to have a good night, he didn’t say anything and didn’t look up to his phone.He was not polite as a greeter, and he surely is not providing any security. I am not sure what this guy is doing here, but i hope I don’t have to see much more of him, it was unpleasant

changing from positive - since it has been 'the apothecarium', they have consistently closed at random times with zero communication or notification to patients. having a bunch of confused and frustrated people in the parking lot is now a regular occurrence. this happened again on 12/7/23 - some guy had driven 45 minutes to pick up his order to be turned away, and the poor security guard had to explain and deal with a crowd of angry people. that's the company's job to communicate announcements, not security detailmake no mistake, this is a California based company who bought their way into one of a limited number of PA state licenses. they'll tell you all about their vertical integration and business model. 'well what about the patients?' - yeah, I'm wondering that too.it's clear they want to simply be a weed store, and not a serious place for patients seeking relief.

You all rock. Seriously. Especially the people working at the front desk around 25 minutes ago. Someone almost hit me on my way here by cutting me off and almost hitting my passenger side while speeding when I had the right away and they were merging onto the highway. They turned into a different business on the way here and waited for me to pass, then followed me into the parking lot here. Turns out they're a medical marijuana patient too. Their erratic behavior and them almost hitting my car really scared me. I let the employees at the front desk know what was happening, and even though the person followed inside after me, they held the person in the waiting room until I had left the building. Thank you SO much for keeping me protected while I was there and for always bring so kind to and patient with me when I'm here. :')

I have been coming to the store quite some time, I only ever had one issue at the store when their computers went down while I was there and they were unable to fix my order that they messed up until the computers came back up. Today I drove across town to get here because they're online ordering said they had more than one thing that I was okay with getting but when I got there they told me that they were sold out of all of them and the reason they're still listed on their website is because the only way they can remove them is by calling corporate which they do not do. It seems like a small thing but at the end of a long work day the last thing you want to do is have to drive back across town just to drive back across town again to get home because the place you wanted to buy something at couldn't update their website or notify you that they were sold out before you got there. I will not ever be going back there due to this there is no reason they should have things listed online with no intention of removing it.

I entered the store at 7 and it closes at 8. The receptionists at the counter would not even let me get my order because I was a first time patient. They said it would take too long to do my paperwork which I know it doesn't and proceeded to keep on telling me I was not allowed to get my medication. Feels like you are going into a Prison or a Court house. The receptionist, seemed sweet, but she looked a mess. Like a freaky scary mess, poor thing. A receptionist should be able to receive people, and make people feel comfortable, you lost a $600 sale today because your receptionist made me feel uncomfortable. She didn't do anything wrong, but take a hint and hire a person who 99.5% of the population identifies with to be your FRONT OF HOUSE RECEPTIONIST. Best.

Very disappointed with new website can't see any information on strains and when you go in you can't even touch the box to read what's in the product. The print is small and some of us have bad vision. I stopped going here when it was keystone cause of rude employees. Most employees are nice other needs training in how to talk to customers. Instead of placing the box on the counter, where you have to bend down (some pf have bad backs and we can not bend down.)and read the Tiny print and not allowed to touch the product even when your plan is to buy Said product.Learn to speak nicer to customers and be more helpful. Extremely disappointed, this was/is my favorite dispensary. But as of late the series slacking. Find a better way to allow us to veiw what's in the product instead of guessing when weplace an order!!!

It's really unfortunate that terpene and effects information are no longer available on the new website. I don't like spending money on weed when all I know is the THC percentage and whether it's a sativa, hybrid, or indica dominant. That's the only negative I can think of (although it's a major one that's a make or break for me unfortunately). Otherwise, the staff has been really kind and patient the couple times I've been here, they have a wide selection of products, and the building is really nice.

This is my favorite MM dispensary in the area. I live in the Poconos and frequent that one most often, but find they are pretty much the same as far as quality product and service. They have a points System as you buy, so that when you get enough points accumulated you get money off of your purchase. Costumer Service is always spot on as well as their deals and pricing.

I was suggested this by a friend, and it's the only place I've gone to, do I have nothing to compare it to.But I've gotten more answers from their staff than my own MMJ doctor. They have a couple individuals who are able to really link how certain compounds effect your mood. They have decent prices (better than the other I just check but didn't go to).Unfortunately, they're often out of what I want to get, and I need to find replacements, which is why the first is important. I'm not taking a star because idk if it's them or suppliers, but their stock changes a little much for my taste.

I was coming here before they offered discounts for medical professionals, SSI, birthday and more. Anyways, a couple months went by and they accepted my medical profession id each and every time, and then one day they told me they can’t accept it as I have to be licensed by the state but no where in the whole building or on the website does it state that, I spoke with Julie who promised me her manger as she was the flood manger would call me to work this out. Legit has been over a month and no call from anyone. I even called two weeks ago to check up and they stated again she will call me soon lol obviously customers aren’t a priority at this location ( not like it was my first time, I’ve been there for years) I would take my business to ethos or Columbia care who both offer the same discounts and don’t give issues. That is what I will do. Very very unprofessional for a medical institution.

Okay dispensary for PA. High prices typical of a PA dispensary. Better at keeping flower in stock than Ethos but not as good as Columbia Care. You must stay in your car the entire purchase. Ordering must be done online, then picked up. This sounds convenient but the whole process of picking up could take up to an hour. Also the flower they do sell for $50 an 1/8 Ounce is typically only 15 or 16% THC compared to 25-33% THC. Bottom line is Ethos is the worst of all Lehigh Valley Dispensaries.

Today, for example, it was raining pretty hard, a gentleman met me at my car with an umbrella to escort me to the building! changing from positive - since it has been 'the apothecarium', they have consistently closed at random times with zero communication or notification to patients. having a bunch of confused and frustrated people in the parking lot is now a regular occurrence. this happened again on 12/7/23 - some guy had driven 45 minutes to pick up his order to be turned away, and the poor security guard had to explain and deal with a crowd of angry people. that's the company's job to communicate announcements, not security detailmake no mistake, this is a California based company who bought their way into one of a limited number of PA state licenses. they'll tell you all about their vertical integration and business model. 'well what about the patients?' - yeah, I'm wondering that too.it's clear they want to simply be a weed store, and not a serious place for patients seeking relief.

You all rock. Seriously. Especially the people working at the front desk around 25 minutes ago. Someone almost hit me on my way here by cutting me off and almost hitting my passenger side while speeding when I had the right away and they were merging onto the highway. They turned into a different business on the way here and waited for me to pass, then followed me into the parking lot here. Turns out they're a medical marijuana patient too. Their erratic behavior and them almost hitting my car really scared me. I let the employees at the front desk know what was happening, and even though the person followed inside after me, they held the person in the waiting room until I had left the building. Thank you SO much for keeping me protected while I was there and for always bring so kind to and patient with me when I'm here. :')

I have been coming to the store quite some time, I only ever had one issue at the store when their computers went down while I was there and they were unable to fix my order that they messed up until the computers came back up. Today I drove across town to get here because they're online ordering said they had more than one thing that I was okay with getting but when I got there they told me that they were sold out of all of them and the reason they're still listed on their website is because the only way they can remove them is by calling corporate which they do not do. It seems like a small thing but at the end of a long work day the last thing you want to do is have to drive back across town just to drive back across town again to get home because the place you wanted to buy something at couldn't update their website or notify you that they were sold out before you got there. I will not ever be going back there due to this there is no reason they should have things listed online with no intention of removing it.

Very disappointed with new website can't see any information on strains and when you go in you can't even touch the box to read what's in the product. The print is small and some of us have bad vision. I stopped going here when it was keystone cause of rude employees. Most employees are nice other needs training in how to talk to customers. Instead of placing the box on the counter, where you have to bend down (some pf have bad backs and we can not bend down.)and read the Tiny print and not allowed to touch the product even when your plan is to buy Said product.Learn to speak nicer to customers and be more helpful. Extremely disappointed, this was/is my favorite dispensary. But as of late the series slacking. Find a better way to allow us to veiw what's in the product instead of guessing when weplace an order!!!

It's really unfortunate that terpene and effects information are no longer available on the new website. I don't like spending money on weed when all I know is the THC percentage and whether it's a sativa, hybrid, or indica dominant. That's the only negative I can think of (although it's a major one that's a make or break for me unfortunately). Otherwise, the staff has been really kind and patient the couple times I've been here, they have a wide selection of products, and the building is really nice.

This is my favorite MM dispensary in the area. I live in the Poconos and frequent that one most often, but find they are pretty much the same as far as quality product and service. They have a points System as you buy, so that when you get enough points accumulated you get money off of your purchase. Costumer Service is always spot on as well as their deals and pricing.

I was suggested this by a friend, and it's the only place I've gone to, do I have nothing to compare it to.But I've gotten more answers from their staff than my own MMJ doctor. They have a couple individuals who are able to really link how certain compounds effect your mood. They have decent prices (better than the other I just check but didn't go to).Unfortunately, they're often out of what I want to get, and I need to find replacements, which is why the first is important. I'm not taking a star because idk if it's them or suppliers, but their stock changes a little much for my taste.

I was coming here before they offered discounts for medical professionals, SSI, birthday and more. Anyways, a couple months went by and they accepted my medical profession id each and every time, and then one day they told me they can’t accept it as I have to be licensed by the state but no where in the whole building or on the website does it state that, I spoke with Julie who promised me her manger as she was the flood manger would call me to work this out. Legit has been over a month and no call from anyone. I even called two weeks ago to check up and they stated again she will call me soon lol obviously customers aren’t a priority at this location ( not like it was my first time, I’ve been there for years) I would take my business to ethos or Columbia care who both offer the same discounts and don’t give issues. Okay dispensary for PA. High prices typical of a PA dispensary. Better at keeping flower in stock than Ethos but not as good as Columbia Care. You must stay in your car the entire purchase. Ordering must be done online, then picked up. This sounds convenient but the whole process of picking up could take up to an hour. Also the flower they do sell for $50 an 1/8 Ounce is typically only 15 or 16% THC compared to 25-33% THC. Bottom line is Ethos is the worst of all Lehigh Valley Dispensaries.
