be careful paying with card, they make you draw out money in multiples of 10 with a $3.50 surcharge (which is typical for most dispensaries) however what they don’t tell you is that whatever additional amount you choose to draw out to get to a multiple of 10 is now considered a tip (despite there being no option to not leave one). it was clearly marked as “additional charge” and not “tip,” and when i asked the cashier why he hadn’t given me the $5 change i was supposed to get after having selected that as my additional amount, i was met with attitude from both him and his fellow cashier. gave up arguing and walked out without my $5 that i had been forced to tip, glad i did not select the $35 option that was also present!

For instance, a staff representative named Justin was very familiar with extracts and the texture. The pictures you see are not really what it looks like and Justin knew what each texture looked like in each box. He had a great description as there are so many. I.e. crumble, shatter, butter, wax, badder, rosin, sand. Justin defined it all for me on 3 separate visits. Great place and local for me as i have lived here 38 years. J

I went to this location and had a issue that I had previously at another dispensary on Frazier (not beyond hello) and the way ravi and tori handled the situation at beyond hello just cemented them as my number 1 goto dispensary in the area if not the while state ! Thank you so much for your help today Ravi and tori .Ps: I somehow always end up with Ravi as my bud tender he's the man and always takes care of me I've only had a few interactions with tori but I know I'm always in good hands with her thank u guys !!

Holy effin worst dispensary yet… I thought the Bristol location was bad! My wife was here today… besides the fact that the attendant was disgustingly rude and abrasive, they refused to honor the advertised prices on their own website. Didn’t catch her name but it was today @4:15 pm. So whoever was “working”, really must hate their job because the representation of this company is absolutely pathetic.

They have a problem not checking their products before they bag them. Purchased hazen haze and when I got home they gave me wedding topper. Not what I ordered. Also ordered scarlet fire which is listed as a Hybrid on their site, which in fact is a Sativa. It said it right on the box!! False info on their site.

I would give them no stars if I had the option. Do not waste your time at this dispensary. Terrible staff with terrible customer service. If you have an issue with your order and you come back, they are not very helpful. They will make it seem like it’s your problem that they messed up. I’ve been to so many different dispensary over 5 years and this one by far is the worst I’ve ever visited. The Managers are completely clueless and the staff is just as bad. They need more training when dealing with the public!!!! I am beyond disgusted with how I was spoken to and treated.If you choose to visit this place make sure your order is correct and your products are what you placed. The products are good but you can go to any dispensary and get the same products and deal with nicer staff. Words were put me in my mouth several times because they couldn’t run a business properly. Absolutely disgusting. I wasted so much time and money dealing with the headache of this place!!!!

I like Beyond Hello but for the sheer fact of how their employee handles customers, I am giving 1 star. You can be the best company with awesome products but if your employees are rude it means nothing. I called in very nice asking about putting an order in an hour before closing and I was asking why there is no reservations to place for pick up or in store (my first time ordering on a Sunday) and I get the biggest attitude response of "AND you're not going to. you'll need to come in if you want anything, our cut off time is- good bye" I told her there was no need to give such an abrasive response and she abruptly hung up the phone on me. There are better ways to approach people, she sounded like she hates her job. I use Beyond Hello on a regular basis and often spend hundreds buying their product in a single visit. This interaction makes me not want to ever come here again.

Just want to share my fantastic customer service experience. I opted for some products that had a special deal associated with them, but by the time I was able to pick up my order the special aspect was all gone. Tori diligently worked with her manager Aubrey to come to a solution that worked best for everyone. Today I drove up to the pickup station outside to get my Restore I ordered online, that really helps me sleep. Tori was the associate who was helping me. The BEST! There are a lot of shops popping up but I will always go to Beyond/Hello West Chester. It is the atmosphere plus amazing pricing that will keep.me there. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. Tori is great. She always has a recommendation or asks how the last thing I tried worked so she can let me know what strains they have/will work for me. Also, my dog loves to come and the curbside staff security always come over and say hi and give her a treat! If you haven't been here I would 100% say give them a try!

Just obtained my card this past week and decided to swing in yesterday morning at opening and speak with the staff and check it out. It was SO much better than I expected. I have suffered for about 25 of my 36 years with a multitude of health issues. Serious, chronic, painful health issues.I went in and spoke with a super nice woman, she helped me decide what to try. I got more than I’d hoped to, thanks to the $20 discount I got as a first time customer spending I believe over $100. I got home, spent the day feeling NORMAL for the first time in longer than I can even remember. And woke up this morning, for the first time in over 20 years, in no pain. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment, the people in it or the products they sell. I will be a frequent flyer for sure 🙂

I have been a customer at this location for a few months and each time I arrived there has been a wait, even ordering curbside during the pick-up window. They keep the store clean and it looks nice inside, but they have some of the worst service I have witnessed. I cannot think of one time I have entered the building and left within 45 minutes. They once placed the proof of purchase stickers with my name on them onto another customers products. Thankfully the other customer noticed this before leaving the room and they got their own stickers. I cannot begin to imagine the negative legal consequences that could have come my way because my name was on a random persons medicine. The most recent incident came as I had to wait for my curbside order which consisted of only one product. I had to leave my vehicle and walk inside to get them to finally bring one piece of product out that I ordered two hours before. Their "ready-text" arrived half an hour after the 5:30 - 6:30 pickup window ended. If you go there, especially on a day of a sale, prepare to base your whole day around picking up your medicine. They have a great stock of products, but have wasted hours of my time resulting in the loss of my business and I am never recommending them to any potential customers again.

My first visit, it was pleasant experience. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, particularly Anastasia who helped me find what I needed and answered my questions. She was a delight to speak to and had alot of useful information to give. The lot was crowded but parking was made easy by the friendly gentleman guiding the parking lot traffic. The wait to get in was maybe 10 minutes and once inside another 5-10 at most with some simple one page paperwork to fill out since it was my first time. An experience I was nervous about and had my anxiety going a bit ended up being easy and enjoyable.

I am very frustrated with their on-line ordering. On days they have specials you can get a reservation. Even if you place it the night before. Its so frustrating and when you call they say well you can come in the store. Well by the time I get in the store everything you wanted is already gone. Have to find a new dispensary. If you can't keep up with orders then you should not be open for medical.

Well I needn't have been went right in the receptionist was so nice walked me through everything I needed to do filled out paperwork and was called back. Just left there after waiting over an hour. Several people ahead of me outside in line and inside. When I got in the back for my sale, there is only one register open!! WHY are the employees huddled in the corner laughing about who knows what instead of helping customers?? Then you say something about can’t open more registers because of social distancing and capacity. They could have more than one register open, as big as the area is back there. Really ridiculous, I will NOT be going here ever again. It’s worth the drive to KOP for other dispensaries.

Good selection, prices could be better. They don’t have a lot of flower selection but have plenty of extract. It seems like every time I come here I wait longer and longer. Then when you finally get into the waiting room, even if it’s cold outside, it gets so hot inside because there’s no shades on the windows and u sit there baking waiting for 30 minutes! My only complaint is the long wait!

The BEST! There are a lot of shops popping up but I will always go to Beyond/Hello West Chester. It is the atmosphere plus amazing pricing that will keep.me there. Just obtained my card this past week and decided to swing in yesterday morning at opening and speak with the staff and check it out. It was SO much better than I expected. I have suffered for about 25 of my 36 years with a multitude of health issues. Serious, chronic, painful health issues.I went in and spoke with a super nice woman, she helped me decide what to try. I got more than I’d hoped to, thanks to the $20 discount I got as a first time customer spending I believe over $100. I got home, spent the day feeling NORMAL for the first time in longer than I can even remember. And woke up this morning, for the first time in over 20 years, in no pain. I have been a customer at this location for a few months and each time I arrived there has been a wait, even ordering curbside during the pick-up window. They keep the store clean and it looks nice inside, but they have some of the worst service I have witnessed. I cannot think of one time I have entered the building and left within 45 minutes. They once placed the proof of purchase stickers with my name on them onto another customers products. Thankfully the other customer noticed this before leaving the room and they got their own stickers. I cannot begin to imagine the negative legal consequences that could have come my way because my name was on a random persons medicine. The most recent incident came as I had to wait for my curbside order which consisted of only one product. I had to leave my vehicle and walk inside to get them to finally bring one piece of product out that I ordered two hours before. Their "ready-text" arrived half an hour after the 5:30 - 6:30 pickup window ended. If you go there, especially on a day of a sale, prepare to base your whole day around picking up your medicine. They have a great stock of products, but have wasted hours of my time resulting in the loss of my business and I am never recommending them to any potential customers again.

My first visit, it was pleasant experience. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, particularly Anastasia who helped me find what I needed and answered my questions. She was a delight to speak to and had alot of useful information to give. The lot was crowded but parking was made easy by the friendly gentleman guiding the parking lot traffic. The wait to get in was maybe 10 minutes and once inside another 5-10 at most with some simple one page paperwork to fill out since it was my first time. An experience I was nervous about and had my anxiety going a bit ended up being easy and enjoyable.

Its so frustrating and when you call they say well you can come in the store. Well by the time I get in the store everything you wanted is already gone. Have to find a new dispensary. If you can't keep up with orders then you should not be open for medical.

Just left there after waiting over an hour. Several people ahead of me outside in line and inside. When I got in the back for my sale, there is only one register open!! WHY are the employees huddled in the corner laughing about who knows what instead of helping customers?? Then you say something about can’t open more registers because of social distancing and capacity. They could have more than one register open, as big as the area is back there. Really ridiculous, I will NOT be going here ever again. It’s worth the drive to KOP for other dispensaries.

Then when you finally get into the waiting room, even if it’s cold outside, it gets so hot inside because there’s no shades on the windows and u sit there baking waiting for 30 minutes! My only complaint is the long wait!
