Yesterday I placed an order to be picked up curbside, the scheduled pickup window on the website said 7:30-8:00pm. When I arrived to the parking lot at 7:45, all of the curbside signs had been taken back inside. I still clicked the “I’m here” link because I assumed that I was still within the pickup window since the store advertises closing at 8. I sat for about 5 minutes and an employee approached the door, saw that my car was in the lot and I assumed they would come for my order, but instead at 7:50 they shut all the lights off in the lobby and never came with my order. I saw multiple people coming out with orders so I waited until 8 but no one came out for my order so I left shortly after. Very disappointing and frustrating when I drove more than 30 minutes to come to this location to not be able to get what I came for, especially when I made it to the store before closing, during my scheduled pick up time. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I was a customer here and had a great experience for a couple years, all that ended yesterday. I walked into the waiting room and was confronted by a 100 pound plus “emotional support” dog, which caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I was very vocal about feeling unsafe and was invalidated, “this dog is sweet.” Every dog has the potential to bite, it was wrong to put it in a room where gravely disabled people wait for their medicine. The manager did attempt to keep the dog away after I made it VERY clear I wouldn’t go near it, too little too late. I called later and was told that emotional support animals cannot be turned away due to state law, this was a flat out lie. Service dogs cannot be turned away, emotional support animals do not have the same legal protections, in fact, business owners can report people for trying to pass off emotional support animals as service dogs. Clearly they took the side of the dog over the feelings of safety of their clients, I will be finding a new dispensary that won’t invalidate my feelings and tell me to feel safe with a hundred pound strange animal in a room with me where I can never be more than a few feet away. What a shame, these people were great until this.

Will never shop here again. Refused service when I arrived 5 min before closing. I could see if I arrived right at 6pm but I didn’t. I was told “just come back tomorrow we only have one customer inside finishing up” never again will I shop here . Very unprofessional. I had a curbside order already placed and ready, they could of easily brought it out to me within 5 min or less I even was able to click “I’m here” on the website.

Is it unreasonable to switch someone's prescription without their consent? Allow them to drive 20 minutes to pick up location to find out that they just didn't have it after receiving 3 emails regarding my order not one of them stating that there was a substitution and the product that I was initially looking for it was not available none of this was made prominent to me. The staff is always nice, not always talkative or fast. Some of the weed they sell I can get somewhere else for less then half or less then one 3rd of the price. Don’t buy here a lot due to those reasons but even on sale with how some bad the quality of some of their weed is it’s still overpriced/not worth buying. Getting way less even at sale prices.

My phone rang and I answered it instinctively, unfortunately I'm a retail manager and I get called every hour of every day and just pick up my phone as a subconscious action. The rep Rebecca literally started screaming at me to get off my phone, to the point my employee that was calling called me back to make sure I was okay. I don't know she was having a bad day, but that's not an excuse to scream at your patients. I would highly recommend otherwise dispensaries where the staff is willing to bend over backwards and help rather than deal with a hateful employee filled with bent up aggression.

I placed a curbside order. Received the notification it was ready for pick up. A guy came out an took my card and money. Then I sat in my car and waited after 20 minutes another employee was in the parking lot and I asked if he could check on my order because people who arrived after were getting their orders he apologized and went to check them after 30 minutes waiting two employees came out to tell everyone they were closing curbside down, but that they would still be bringing mine out since they had all my things. After 45 minutes of waiting and multiple people getting their orders ahead of mine I went in. My money card and order were all sitting on the back counter of the check in area. After sitting there a good five more minutes with no new customers checking in the guy who got my things finally put the stickers on my items and brought them out to me in the waiting room. They are short staffed. And obviously have no real system going on. They used to be good but I will not be coming back to this location.

I’ll soon be in litigation with. Jushi (parent company of BH) so I don’t want to say too much, but I will say that I had a horrible experience today. I have had my medical card for almost a year now and have been at many dispensaries. In addition to medicinal late I have been to Vegas and Massachusetts, and New York, of course. never in my life have I felt uncomfortable in a dispensary. I have always felt welcome and safe so to speak. Today that was taken from as the clerk was beyond intimidating towards me. He was a man and as a woman it was very triggering as I am a PTSD patient. The diagnoses for which people are receiving medical marijuana are painful both emotionally and physically. We need to feel safe at our And I no longer feel safe at pH. Yes, there were some wonderful people there but the man that scared me tonight was so upsetting that I can never go back there again..

In my opinion, this is excessive in an already over burdened parking lot with car pools , dunkin and folks who actually need to get easy access to urgent care not “medical” marijuana. Happy to see a business in here but find a balance with parking spots. I’ve never seen more than 2-3 occupied at a time for curbside. Should have been scaled back after mask mandate was lifted.*EditThey now have 9 spots. Apparently the previously mentioned 6 wasn’t as “adequate” as we were led to believe. I do hope your “medicine” helps people with pain so some of them can eventually walk inside.

They are lazy and do not care about the patients! The Manager legit said no when I asked can yo tell me some terps on some of your products I wish to purchase. Not everyone can just come in at any given time! What a joke to the program.! And I would of given 0 stars if there was an option! I'm a regular here and most of the time it's great which is why I'm a regular. They have a great rewards program and the workers are usually great. But sometimes things aren't very good. There's been plenty of times when doing curbside that I would want to use my points and I told the person that and they said ok and then would bring me my order and very little change because they did not use my points like I asked. And they're usually gone on to the next customer or back inside so my only option would be to go inside. But if I'm doing curbside it's because I have my little ones with me and I can't go in so I just have to deal with it. This happens quite a bit lately and is rather annoying.During the Christmas specials I didn't even receive the advertised discount and was charged $11 more than I should've been. The girl doing curbside was new and shivering with no coat so I didnt make a big deal out of it. Another time I placed an order for pickup between 7:30-8 and I got there around 7:45 and they were already in the process of closing. The outdoor stuff was put away, my order was already put back and when me and another person walked in the young man behind the glass in front was not shy about letting us know he was annoyed that we were there. If you are allowed to make a reservation for 7:30-8 then you shouldn't start the closing process till 8.For the most part the workers are great but it seems that maybe as of late they are a bit overworked or undertrained.

First time I was here. The security guy at the door was friendly and he's the door open for me (I like a guy that's a gentleman). The selection was great. The employees were dressed for Christmas, and there was a menorah there (I'm 1% Jewish according to 23 and me). Overall good experience. However, as at all the other dispensaries I've been to around the area, the prices are high. There were sale items today on flower and cartridges, but I went for tincture and balm. I hope the prices will drop with recreational legalization.

With that being said, she is the only acquaintance of that I know that works there. It is my fault for trying to get in for for the store from private messages. However, there is no reason to talk to and treat somebody in certain way technically representing Beyond Hello. I might be done with the store I’m sorry. Is a good place to, everybody is joyful and treats you with dignity aside from Christie….I already left a message with the store and will be calling until I get an answer. That goes up at least 2-3 stars if that toxicity gets thrown out. Still love the store but am finished. Im not telling people to boycott it or anything. If they want to deal with that stuff, it’s on them…..I’m sorry and thank you for your business.

Why are you even open for medical patients? Close your doors if you are going to treat patients like they DON'T matter! Created this account just to get on here to hype up the yuck mouth flower that I got today and leave a good review about the great energy of this place, but I also have to respond to this “Knob Knuckle” review below me. Christie greeted me today, she’s very nice every time I visit the store. Super patient with me and helpful when I’m looking for something new. Also reminded me about points for a discount. Looks to me like this creep reached out to her personally (as he stated in his review), probably hit on her, and was mad that she didn’t reciprocate. If you think she thought you were hitting on her, you PROBABLY WERE. Customers shouldn’t even be reaching out to employees on their social media, let alone reviewing them personally on the company page. His ego must have really taken a hit for him to go on the google page. Hopefully the company can get this review taken down because it is not reflective of Christie in the slightest. Sad that employees even have to worry about this kind of thing nowadays.

Liked this place originally but in the year I've been going there have policy changes so often it's hard to keep up, things they let you do before will suddenly become against policy the following week. Some of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable while others are clearly there for a paycheck and they robbed me for 20 bucks. Find some place else.

I would not even rate this place a one star! The worst place! Placed an online curbside order, was told that it would be available between hours of 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM.. I arrived around 1:39 PM... a "bud tender" came out took my money and an hour later, still no order!... I had to call them to let them know I've been waiting... and their excuse was "sorry for waiting, we're busy!" No rectifying the issue! Even on days they aren't busy, I've have either been waiting for they tell me they don't have my order! Smdh. Would not recommend this place!!

There is an unrealistic amount of reviews compared to other dispensaries who do a much better job with service.Everyone I know with a medical card dislikes beyond hello and wont shop there unless all other dispensaries are closed.They lie about closing times as well. They close at 7:45pm, not 8pm.The second(and last) time I went, the security guard(who carries a weapon!) was verbally fighting with a patient at 7:45pm; telling her she would not be able to recieve medicine because they were "closing the line". There were only 3 people in line. Many patients were turned away without medicine, including myself.At the same time an employee walks out and(first) asks me if I am there for curbside pickup; then tells me they arent accepting any orders for curbside pickup. He then took the "curbside pickup" sign and walked in with it 15 minutes until 8pm.They also dont give discounts to medicare patients like every other dispensary. They give a second time disount that can only be used once; but i managed to talk an employee into giving me a $10 discount after he told me they dont give discounts. Very shady!The manager running the "pharmacy" stays locked in the back and refuses to be seen.Very inconsistent and suspicious business practices. This is not a pharmacy, it is a business profiteering from medical patients in the worst way.I go to Columbia Care in Scranton consistently."hint"hint"wink"wink"

This is one of my favorite dispensaries. It is close to home which is always a plus. There selection is great. Additionally, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have gotten great recommendations from the staff. I value their input and option greatly. It's a beautiful little store with a warm and welcoming environment. Best dispensary in the area without a doubt. Staff is awesome, super friendly and chill. Whenever I have a question about a strain or what I should use for a specific ailment I know I’m getting a valid response tailored to what I’m looking for. Prices are lowest in the area (they vary but more often than not I pay a lot less than I would at any other dispensary). They also are constantly having specials and deals and it makes it fun to go there and try something I may not have tried because it’s a steal. This place deserves all the great reviews it gets.

Yesterday I placed an order to be picked up curbside, the scheduled pickup window on the website said 7:30-8:00pm. When I arrived to the parking lot at 7:45, all of the curbside signs had been taken back inside. I still clicked the “I’m here” link because I assumed that I was still within the pickup window since the store advertises closing at 8. I sat for about 5 minutes and an employee approached the door, saw that my car was in the lot and I assumed they would come for my order, but instead at 7:50 they shut all the lights off in the lobby and never came with my order. I saw multiple people coming out with orders so I waited until 8 but no one came out for my order so I left shortly after. Very disappointing and frustrating when I drove more than 30 minutes to come to this location to not be able to get what I came for, especially when I made it to the store before closing, during my scheduled pick up time. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I was a customer here and had a great experience for a couple years, all that ended yesterday. I walked into the waiting room and was confronted by a 100 pound plus “emotional support” dog, which caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I was very vocal about feeling unsafe and was invalidated, “this dog is sweet.” Every dog has the potential to bite, it was wrong to put it in a room where gravely disabled people wait for their medicine. The manager did attempt to keep the dog away after I made it VERY clear I wouldn’t go near it, too little too late. I called later and was told that emotional support animals cannot be turned away due to state law, this was a flat out lie. Service dogs cannot be turned away, emotional support animals do not have the same legal protections, in fact, business owners can report people for trying to pass off emotional support animals as service dogs. Clearly they took the side of the dog over the feelings of safety of their clients, I will be finding a new dispensary that won’t invalidate my feelings and tell me to feel safe with a hundred pound strange animal in a room with me where I can never be more than a few feet away. What a shame, these people were great until this.

Will never shop here again. Refused service when I arrived 5 min before closing. I could see if I arrived right at 6pm but I didn’t. I was told “just come back tomorrow we only have one customer inside finishing up” never again will I shop here . Very unprofessional. Is it unreasonable to switch someone's prescription without their consent? The staff is always nice, not always talkative or fast. Some of the weed they sell I can get somewhere else for less then half or less then one 3rd of the price. Don’t buy here a lot due to those reasons but even on sale with how some bad the quality of some of their weed is it’s still overpriced/not worth buying. Getting way less even at sale prices.

My phone rang and I answered it instinctively, unfortunately I'm a retail manager and I get called every hour of every day and just pick up my phone as a subconscious action. The rep Rebecca literally started screaming at me to get off my phone, to the point my employee that was calling called me back to make sure I was okay. I don't know she was having a bad day, but that's not an excuse to scream at your patients. I would highly recommend otherwise dispensaries where the staff is willing to bend over backwards and help rather than deal with a hateful employee filled with bent up aggression.

I placed a curbside order. Received the notification it was ready for pick up. A guy came out an took my card and money. Then I sat in my car and waited after 20 minutes another employee was in the parking lot and I asked if he could check on my order because people who arrived after were getting their orders he apologized and went to check them after 30 minutes waiting two employees came out to tell everyone they were closing curbside down, but that they would still be bringing mine out since they had all my things. After 45 minutes of waiting and multiple people getting their orders ahead of mine I went in. My money card and order were all sitting on the back counter of the check in area. After sitting there a good five more minutes with no new customers checking in the guy who got my things finally put the stickers on my items and brought them out to me in the waiting room. They are short staffed. And obviously have no real system going on. They used to be good but I will not be coming back to this location.

I’ll soon be in litigation with. Jushi (parent company of BH) so I don’t want to say too much, but I will say that I had a horrible experience today. I have had my medical card for almost a year now and have been at many dispensaries. In addition to medicinal late I have been to Vegas and Massachusetts, and New York, of course. never in my life have I felt uncomfortable in a dispensary. I have always felt welcome and safe so to speak. Today that was taken from as the clerk was beyond intimidating towards me. He was a man and as a woman it was very triggering as I am a PTSD patient. The diagnoses for which people are receiving medical marijuana are painful both emotionally and physically. We need to feel safe at our And I no longer feel safe at pH. Yes, there were some wonderful people there but the man that scared me tonight was so upsetting that I can never go back there again..

In my opinion, this is excessive in an already over burdened parking lot with car pools , dunkin and folks who actually need to get easy access to urgent care not “medical” marijuana. Happy to see a business in here but find a balance with parking spots. I’ve never seen more than 2-3 occupied at a time for curbside. Should have been scaled back after mask mandate was lifted.*EditThey now have 9 spots. Apparently the previously mentioned 6 wasn’t as “adequate” as we were led to believe. I do hope your “medicine” helps people with pain so some of them can eventually walk inside.

I'm a regular here and most of the time it's great which is why I'm a regular. They have a great rewards program and the workers are usually great. But sometimes things aren't very good. There's been plenty of times when doing curbside that I would want to use my points and I told the person that and they said ok and then would bring me my order and very little change because they did not use my points like I asked. And they're usually gone on to the next customer or back inside so my only option would be to go inside. But if I'm doing curbside it's because I have my little ones with me and I can't go in so I just have to deal with it. This happens quite a bit lately and is rather annoying.During the Christmas specials I didn't even receive the advertised discount and was charged $11 more than I should've been. The girl doing curbside was new and shivering with no coat so I didnt make a big deal out of it. Another time I placed an order for pickup between 7:30-8 and I got there around 7:45 and they were already in the process of closing. The outdoor stuff was put away, my order was already put back and when me and another person walked in the young man behind the glass in front was not shy about letting us know he was annoyed that we were there. If you are allowed to make a reservation for 7:30-8 then you shouldn't start the closing process till 8.For the most part the workers are great but it seems that maybe as of late they are a bit overworked or undertrained.

First time I was here. The security guy at the door was friendly and he's the door open for me (I like a guy that's a gentleman). The selection was great. The employees were dressed for Christmas, and there was a menorah there (I'm 1% Jewish according to 23 and me). Overall good experience. However, as at all the other dispensaries I've been to around the area, the prices are high. There were sale items today on flower and cartridges, but I went for tincture and balm. I hope the prices will drop with recreational legalization.

That goes up at least 2-3 stars if that toxicity gets thrown out. Still love the store but am finished. Im not telling people to boycott it or anything. Christie greeted me today, she’s very nice every time I visit the store. Super patient with me and helpful when I’m looking for something new. Also reminded me about points for a discount. Looks to me like this creep reached out to her personally (as he stated in his review), probably hit on her, and was mad that she didn’t reciprocate. If you think she thought you were hitting on her, you PROBABLY WERE. Customers shouldn’t even be reaching out to employees on their social media, let alone reviewing them personally on the company page. His ego must have really taken a hit for him to go on the google page. Hopefully the company can get this review taken down because it is not reflective of Christie in the slightest. Liked this place originally but in the year I've been going there have policy changes so often it's hard to keep up, things they let you do before will suddenly become against policy the following week. Some of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable while others are clearly there for a paycheck and they robbed me for 20 bucks. Find some place else.

I would not even rate this place a one star! The worst place! Placed an online curbside order, was told that it would be available between hours of 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM.. I arrived around 1:39 PM... a "bud tender" came out took my money and an hour later, still no order!... I had to call them to let them know I've been waiting... and their excuse was "sorry for waiting, we're busy!" No rectifying the issue! There is an unrealistic amount of reviews compared to other dispensaries who do a much better job with service.Everyone I know with a medical card dislikes beyond hello and wont shop there unless all other dispensaries are closed.They lie about closing times as well. They close at 7:45pm, not 8pm.The second(and last) time I went, the security guard(who carries a weapon!) was verbally fighting with a patient at 7:45pm; telling her she would not be able to recieve medicine because they were "closing the line". There were only 3 people in line. Many patients were turned away without medicine, including myself.At the same time an employee walks out and(first) asks me if I am there for curbside pickup; then tells me they arent accepting any orders for curbside pickup. He then took the "curbside pickup" sign and walked in with it 15 minutes until 8pm.They also dont give discounts to medicare patients like every other dispensary. They give a second time disount that can only be used once; but i managed to talk an employee into giving me a $10 discount after he told me they dont give discounts. Very shady!The manager running the "pharmacy" stays locked in the back and refuses to be seen.Very inconsistent and suspicious business practices. Whenever I have a question about a strain or what I should use for a specific ailment I know I’m getting a valid response tailored to what I’m looking for. Prices are lowest in the area (they vary but more often than not I pay a lot less than I would at any other dispensary). They also are constantly having specials and deals and it makes it fun to go there and try something I may not have tried because it’s a steal. This place deserves all the great reviews it gets.
