Great staff, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT and GREEDY OWNER-After years of being a loyal and faithful customer at Emerald, supporting the staff and all their endeavors while being at this location towards the point of even applying myself and even after multuple attempts and still not being hired, have continued supporting this business with my hard earned money. While coming here, the lead manager, Kristina, has put on a fake persona with me each time to the point that i have felt unpleasantly uncomfortable there as if she only cares about making her sales and making her role look good for the owner, steven. I finally started politely asking to not be helped by her and personally, her very poor and horrible taste/knowledge in products that never taste good and are always left over for months (typically the concentrates) until they either discount them or finally give their clients what they're asking and even then, the High end items are mostly just for show and over-priced such as their "Echos" which are only terp candy for the nose. Even the Altered Alchemys they get supplied with are starting to be lack luster again and the ones worth while- are becoming the high end items. While they monopolize and make sure they are the only ones in the area getting those prices and products. With that being said and me being as polite as I possibly can while still supporting a business- she decided she could take personal feelings and discriminating behavior into her own hands and not be a big girl, although she certainly can be that while shopping at jewelry stores in the mall during the holidays from years past while i struggled with side jobs(that'll be my only personal note i leave on this review. Again, you acted like you never remembered me each time, what a slap in the face to someone who is helping give you a job, you ungrateful fake demon.) And as of today, was asked after waiting a good handful of minutes and being ignored by staff I have personally come to enjoy while shopping there, pulled along side by the one other manager (sorry brother im bad with names but you were always kind) tall dude with orange hair and in MY opinion a WAAAAAAAY better manager who she threw the obligation of being the one to kick me out and be asked that I never shop there again.Long, slightly personal review but trust me- Homegrown has better flower, Oregon Cannabis by House of Noodle Genuinely has better Concentrates and everyone should honestly help out these other places versus a place and an owner who when approached by myself, saying and introducing myself and how I applied here simply looked at me and said "well I'm not the guy that does that."Gee, thanks Kristina and Steven, its a shame you even hired someone with NO product knowledge in the past and to the point where its your STAFF that makes that place what it is, without it, neither of you would be anything.Good riddance and im glad i won't be shopping here any longer, but hey, you all even took my rolled changed when that's all I've had and that was fine and okay. Again, greedy opinionated little people in a small town that will only ever be that. Enjoy knowing my worth bothered you that much even as a customer, you envied me.

Was passing through town and found this place by chance. Everyone there was super friendly and informative about carts & edibles. Carter & Carson went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I was truly digging the music and customer service. For sure coming again!

Very friendly staff helpful, making decisions and picking the right product. They’re under construction doing some remodeling. Don’t let that scare you go on in. I like the vibe because it doesn’t have any kind of a corporate connection.

Emerald is a great place for flower there is a lot to choose from. I used to purchase the emerald brand pre rolls but everytime I got them they would canoe so I stopped buying those. Dab prices are high compared to other locations just up the street. Cart prices are decent compared to other locations. I will come here to get carts if the other store closes early simply based on the fact that the other store has the same brand down the road but cheaper. I love whenever you walk in you are greeted right away. And they make it a point t to give great customer service.

Was talking to them about a juice and the possibility of having it for Christmas they neglected to tell me that the expiration date on it is one day from now and it's not like they let you examine product like you would at a grocery store when I called to complain because of the separation and the possibility of it being expired, I was told that it was safe to drink today and that the company takes back the expired juices tomorrow.... Ok, but I paid for this today and was not warned.
