Not Happy!!!!Just went to Viero health after Just getting my Medical Marijuana recertification. I was thinking I would get a discount after recertification BUT they require you to spend a certain amount before you can get that discount. I then went to Verilife dispensary and made a purchase Verilife gave me the recertification discount with no questions asked. In the future I will only go to Viero Health only if I have No other choice and then I will only make a very small purchase just enough flower to get me through till I can get to Verilife, But I don't foresee having to go to back to Vireo. I'll shop verilife because it's bigger, brighter, better and more of a selection of products, employees are friendlier and more helpful. I'll also tell my friends and family about my BAD EXPERIENCE with Verio.

This was my first medical marijuana experience in NY. As some of the other reviews pointed out, it took an hour to check in with certificate, license, and filling out some paperwork. That was ok with me, Sal was welcoming and helpful and mentioned this will be the longest visit. Kate and Liam were right there to back everything up. I’m pretty sure they are all my BFFs now. Masks optional - I’m still wearing mine. I didn’t place my order online (I will next time), so Sal set me up on the computer and I was easily able to place my order. While it was being filled, assuming they were able to place their order ahead of time, 5 or 6 people came in and out quickly. The selection is vast. My only hope is that they start carrying Rick Simpson Oil products. PS, their first time patient discount practically gave me 50% off my order. (And I think there are more discounts for the next two trips too!) Lastly, the location of the store is in the strip mall with Subway. I added a new photo of the outside of the building with a Vireo banner hanging. PSS - this is NOT the Verilife Dispensary, they are different.

Also mindful to make sure you get lowest price, checking for bonus points. As senior with cancer, I need and appreciate that extra help. They know I appreciate them. Nice deals, The best in the capital district. Their selection is not that broad and the flower is well it's okay it's nothing great but not too bad a little dry. Not bad. If I were to give it a general grade compared to Maine dispensary weed or the weed in California which are pretty much on par with each other at this point I would say those are running anywhere from an 8 to a 9 out of 10 and the weed in the New York dispensaries specifically Verio it's closer to a 7.5 to an 8

It’s a real clown show at Vireo Health. I give them my new medical number when they call me to let me know my card has expired. I ask the guy 1 question”Do I need to bring my medical card since you have my new number”. His response was “no”. I show up 1/2 hour later and the girl at the desk asks me for my card. I told her the guy I just spoke to 1/2 hour sooner told me I don’t need to bring it. Anyhow, I was screaming because she had the 3 inch glass and blocked the section off where you give her ID. Anyhow, I left, called back and they couldn’t care less. If this is what dispensaries in NY are gonna do, I hope they all go under. The staff at this place seems to be a little stoned. Maybe that’s why they can’t answer questions with valid answers. I’m done here

After 3 cannisters In one week I wised up and went back to verilife. Omg for I think around the cost of that 8th, at Verilife I was actually able to get similar bud for HALF THE PRICE of the other store. So THANK YOU verilife for, well, for just being there!!

Super helpful staff!! I came in after calling to make sure that a pdf copy of my temporary card would work (they confirmed), only for my phone to die right as I was pulling it up! Nightmare!! They were super understanding though, lent me a charger so I could email them the pdf, which they then helpfully printed out and laminated for me :)Honestly super helpful and compassionate people, even answered my questions about dabbing concentrates, which I was incredibly grateful for. I arrived at 10:20 am and the door was locked at that point I wondered if it shut down for some reason because you can't see and activity. I'm not going to waste my time in trying to go back. Let's start with their very involved need for info about yourself and it ultimately gives the store the capability to figure out what helps with your issues from anxiety to pain or whatever and... Well the Medicaid discount and or veteran discount is a big plus the discreet package for the products.... Just a plain paper bag. Now I'm going to continue to Bragg about the discounts and before they are even applied to the bill there prices are already cheaper than most of the other leading stores but the simple but yet small dispensary and it's in a odd location near the college in the plaza with the smoker choice and the frieghoffer bakery as well so after you leave you can buy a pipe to smoke what you purchased and stop by the bakery and grab some munchies and go home 🏡🤣😂... Very discreet sales and packaging keeping it safe and in more discreet package than any of the competition in dispensaries... Making Vireo Health The No.1 Store in Upstate NY...!!! The staff here is amazing! They keep track of your previous purchases, so when you get something new they ask if you're familiar with the product(s). If you're not, they'll take the time to thoroughly explain usage and effects. The location is nondescript on the outside but very bright, clean, and welcoming inside.

Vireo is a decent dispensary, the staff have always been helpful. However, the three stars reflect my opinion on the pricing our local dispensaries charge. So if I were to rate Vireo on Product quality, service, and knowledge they would be closer to 4.5-5 stars. But the overall experience has to include how I feel after I take out my wallet and that can be painful at the area dispensaries even Pharmacannis. So a solid three is all I can muster at this point. Maybe when recreational gets up and running more supply over demand will correct this and make it more bearable.

I used to love this place , sadly it’s taken a drastic downhill regression in recent months. Lights turned off, very dark feeling and not as friendly. Orders not ready on time and staff acts like it’s no big deal. Some of us work and rely on timely pick ups. Really Very poor customer service and pricing is over inflated on pet medication Go try the other dispensaries in the capital region on New York. You’ll be treated with more respect and value for your money.

It is very inconvenient for me to come down there. It takes me 1 hour to get there and in winter it's even worse for me. Not a fan of winter driving. Sometimes I run out before I can get there. Everything is great besides the .25g cartridges, complete waste of money. They say the coil can absorb 150mg out of the 250mg that’s in there, and boy does it. I got 3 small rips out of it and for $40 I’m never gonna be getting that again. I’ll stick to the syringes.

She came out shortly there after he told me that my pharmacist will be with me shortly. Bring in your doctors certification as well as the card until they install a scanner for our cards. They will make you a pocket certificate to tape to the back of the card for future visits. This was my first medical marijuana experience in NY. As some of the other reviews pointed out, it took an hour to check in with certificate, license, and filling out some paperwork. That was ok with me, Sal was welcoming and helpful and mentioned this will be the longest visit. Kate and Liam were right there to back everything up. I’m pretty sure they are all my BFFs now. Masks optional - I’m still wearing mine. I didn’t place my order online (I will next time), so Sal set me up on the computer and I was easily able to place my order. While it was being filled, assuming they were able to place their order ahead of time, 5 or 6 people came in and out quickly. The selection is vast. My only hope is that they start carrying Rick Simpson Oil products. PS, their first time patient discount practically gave me 50% off my order. (And I think there are more discounts for the next two trips too!) Lastly, the location of the store is in the strip mall with Subway. I added a new photo of the outside of the building with a Vireo banner hanging. PSS - this is NOT the Verilife Dispensary, they are different.

If I were to give it a general grade compared to Maine dispensary weed or the weed in California which are pretty much on par with each other at this point I would say those are running anywhere from an 8 to a 9 out of 10 and the weed in the New York dispensaries specifically Verio it's closer to a 7.5 to an 8

It’s a real clown show at Vireo Health. I give them my new medical number when they call me to let me know my card has expired. I ask the guy 1 question”Do I need to bring my medical card since you have my new number”. His response was “no”. I show up 1/2 hour later and the girl at the desk asks me for my card. I told her the guy I just spoke to 1/2 hour sooner told me I don’t need to bring it. Anyhow, I was screaming because she had the 3 inch glass and blocked the section off where you give her ID. Anyhow, I left, called back and they couldn’t care less. If this is what dispensaries in NY are gonna do, I hope they all go under. The staff at this place seems to be a little stoned. Maybe that’s why they can’t answer questions with valid answers. I’m done here

Well the Medicaid discount and or veteran discount is a big plus the discreet package for the products.... Just a plain paper bag. Now I'm going to continue to Bragg about the discounts and before they are even applied to the bill there prices are already cheaper than most of the other leading stores but the simple but yet small dispensary and it's in a odd location near the college in the plaza with the smoker choice and the frieghoffer bakery as well so after you leave you can buy a pipe to smoke what you purchased and stop by the bakery and grab some munchies and go home 🏡🤣😂... Vireo is a decent dispensary, the staff have always been helpful. However, the three stars reflect my opinion on the pricing our local dispensaries charge. So if I were to rate Vireo on Product quality, service, and knowledge they would be closer to 4.5-5 stars. But the overall experience has to include how I feel after I take out my wallet and that can be painful at the area dispensaries even Pharmacannis. So a solid three is all I can muster at this point. Maybe when recreational gets up and running more supply over demand will correct this and make it more bearable.

I used to love this place , sadly it’s taken a drastic downhill regression in recent months. Lights turned off, very dark feeling and not as friendly. Orders not ready on time and staff acts like it’s no big deal. Some of us work and rely on timely pick ups. Really Very poor customer service and pricing is over inflated on pet medication Go try the other dispensaries in the capital region on New York. You’ll be treated with more respect and value for your money.

Everything is great besides the .25g cartridges, complete waste of money. They say the coil can absorb 150mg out of the 250mg that’s in there, and boy does it. I got 3 small rips out of it and for $40 I’m never gonna be getting that again. I’ll stick to the syringes.

Bring in your doctors certification as well as the card until they install a scanner for our cards. They will make you a pocket certificate to tape to the back of the card for future visits.
