They have a pharmacist on site which is helpful if you take other medications. At one point I needed extra help & spoke with Sabrina (FOH supervisor)who was very helpful & nice, so is Janelle B. The only negative is when I’ve found something I like & then go back to get it & it’s not in stock, then I have to search for something new.

I love visiting Verilife. It’s usually a very speedy trip, especially if I’ve placed a preorder. Their prices remain competitive, especially their sales. I have found that the majority of their staff is always super friendly and helpful. Most recently, Janelle B. was extremely helpful and patient as I asked some questions about their current promotion for 420, which didn’t come with the best directions through Verilife’s marketing emails. Even with sales, it is the customer service that has kept me coming back for over three years now. It’s my go-to dispensary, hands down.

Took care of me today and was very helpful and friendly, I'm pretty sure she's cashed me out on more than one occasion and is always friendly and seems to know what she's talking about. The staff is always cool and friendly, just wish the flower was cured and dried a little better, or maybe it's the jars they keep it in but it's usually pretty dry. It is the only medical dispensary I will visit because of the professionalism and because their products work very well for me. My only additional comment would be as soon as edibles are made available they should definitely start carrying them. But seeing as retail isn't expected to do that for at least a year, based on current circumstances definitely the best place to go for your medicine.

Yes, a great staff, indeed.But I just purchased another cartridge today 9/9/2020. I'm not sure how to rate the new line- BLD etc- cartridges? Some come full and others come with a large unmovable bubble, whereby you can clearly see the bare metal stem in the middle leaving a large area empty and with no oil. Even when light vaping- Within a day and when the bubble pops... all of sudden you instantly lost have a half a vile.The photo on the website displaying this item is not the same as the actual cartridges. The bottom base inside the glass is dominantly larger taking up much of the entire bottom whereas the pic shows a thinner base at the bottom. Feeling as if something isn't right here. Especially for the price. This isn't the 1st time dealing with the infamous large bubble issue. That is why I'm bringing it up.

This *used* to be a GREAT dispensary, the prices used to be $60 per 1 gram vape cartridge. Since they were bought by verilife, it is now $75 per HALF gram. That's $15 more for 50% less product. They also used to have steep discounts for purchasing multiple items. Whoever changed the prices should be fired, they are preying on elderly patients who do not know better. I will never be back. It is really a shame because the employees at the store were always very helpful and knowledgeable, 5 stars for the employees, 0 stars for the business that is preying on those who don't know any better. It is the only medical dispensary I will visit because of the professionalism and because their products work very well for me. My only additional comment would be as soon as edibles are made available they should definitely start carrying them. Are the prices great? Well, from what I hear, it's a no. Yes, a great staff, indeed.But I just purchased another cartridge today 9/9/2020. I'm not sure how to rate the new line- BLD etc- cartridges? Some come full and others come with a large unmovable bubble, whereby you can clearly see the bare metal stem in the middle leaving a large area empty and with no oil. Even when light vaping- Within a day and when the bubble pops... all of sudden you instantly lost have a half a vile.The photo on the website displaying this item is not the same as the actual cartridges. The bottom base inside the glass is dominantly larger taking up much of the entire bottom whereas the pic shows a thinner base at the bottom. Feeling as if something isn't right here. Especially for the price. This isn't the 1st time dealing with the infamous large bubble issue. That is why I'm bringing it up.

This *used* to be a GREAT dispensary, the prices used to be $60 per 1 gram vape cartridge. Since they were bought by verilife, it is now $75 per HALF gram. That's $15 more for 50% less product. They also used to have steep discounts for purchasing multiple items. Whoever changed the prices should be fired, they are preying on elderly patients who do not know better. I will never be back. It is really a shame because the employees at the store were always very helpful and knowledgeable, 5 stars for the employees, 0 stars for the business that is preying on those who don't know any better. In Colorado you can buy these same cartridges for $20. This price gouging for medical is absolutely disgusting.
