I’ve been a regular customer at the Herbal IQ location on Transit Road in Buffalo, and I always appreciate when Abbie is working. She’s an excellent saleswoman who is genuinely knowledgeable about the products. While the store seems to experience some staff turnover, it’s refreshing to see a familiar face who really knows what she’s talking about. Abbie provides great customer service and makes each visit a positive experience. Highly recommend asking for her assistance!

They make the whole process super comfortable, answering every question with genuine care and expertise. You can tell they truly love what they do and believe in helping people feel their best. Stopped in today for a couple carts, first time @ this dispensary. Lauren was great! Gave me a couple recommendations on some prerolls, which I tried one already and it's great, mellow. They had a great sale going on also. Lauren also gave me some info on the edibles and a brand she likes for my next visit! Thanks so much! 10/10 Great dispensary!

I love herbal IQ! The only place I’ll go for my garden goods. They have the best prices because everything is always buy one get one 50% off! I like to stock up and try new things, they always have something new every time I go! Abbie the budtender and event girl is so sweet and gives me the best recommendations :)Oh and the recent yoga event they had in the lounge was SO fun! Great vibes and awesome space. Went here to shop this morning after finding this dispensary online. They sent me to a menu to choose a few more selection, was planning on buying $150 my first time but the two staff members( a man and a women) behind the counter started bad mouthing me as if I didn’t hear them. Most disgusting place I’ve ever been and I wasn’t there for 5 minutes. I truly hope this facility does not survive.Update: then literally gets on here and calls me a liar. I literally spoke to your staff about buying sour diesel and sent over to kiosk to review the menu and listen to them badmouthing me. I don’t work for any dispensaries, what has happened to customer service in America. You’re an awful owner and person for such a reply.

The environment was very inviting and professional. We had a bad experience at a previous spot, but drove to Herbal IQ and the staff were very helpful. Abbie took care of us and gave us a run down on many Sativas that fit our taste and preferred experience. We ended up settling on the Raspberry Dream strain and couldn't be happier! Very knowledgeable and helpful, definitely would recommend giving this place a try if you are ever nearby!

False advertising on delivery times. Clearly states 30-120 minutes at checkout. Complaining to me that it's a busy Friday isn't my problem. If you know Friday is busy hire more workers, or don't advertise time-frames that can't be met. People have to leave the house and can't wait for a business that makes false claims. By their logic, am I tipping THEM to make ME late? Whatever happened to customer service? Support businesses who don't shift their problems on you.

Grabbed NY Diesel preroll & some Trop Cherry flower.... Very nice smell and taste to the smoke; very smooth.... Great Service at the store as well as just friendly "chill" atmosphere. Loved the experience 100%!
