Not shopping here anymore twice ive bought broken carts and both times I was told its over the 72 hour return policy, even tho the second time the purchas date was a Friday I returned monday It had been 72 hours on the dot so if it was 72 hours and a couples minutes over you i feel you guys should have still swapped it out and made it right clearly the cart was defective but what do i know count the minutes.. it was a 15 dollar cart not much of a hassle but it was made to feel like one and I spend hundreds of dollars at you establishing everytime im there which is crazy. So ill just take my business elsewhere since a big company like yourself cant make a 15 dollar purchase right

The young guys at the Las Vegas, New Mexico, location is the most awful customer service I’ve ever experienced the Las Vegas location is run by kids who think they own the place trying to kick Returning customers out for not walking the ID to their cash register I don’t know. It’s just a couple young kids whose balls haven’t dropped I guess but they need to pay attention to that location.

This was one of the BEST dispensary experiences I’ve had!! Branden was patient, knowledgeable, and so so kind. When I’m back in New Mexico i know exactly where i’ll be going! On top of all that the product was AMAZING!!! Gummies that taste like candy, smooth vapes, and all get you high! Unbelievable!! Thank you Branden!!

My uncle won a giveaway from Dreamz, they called me as my uncle didn't have a phone. He lives 20 minutes outside of LV and his car isn't working. I asked when they called me if I could have someone else pick up the giveaway on his behalf, they advised they would call me back. The next day, I called to follow up and the kind gentleman who answered advised me they gave the box away. I never received a call letting me know my request wasn't approved. The way the situation was handled was very unprofessional.

Went into today to get some flower they had on their website for $35 an 1/4, went and got what I had them put me to the side. When I got home they only gave me an 1/8, called and that was of course no help. PLEASE BEWARE OF THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING OF PRICES ON THEIR WEBSITE! Since they don’t want to honor their prices you may be better off going to another dispensary.

I'm a little confused how I paid 13.50 using my debit card for a $5.00 1G pre roll and I was supposed to get $3.00 and some change back but only to realize all I got was change back because I can't seem to find the cash I was owed. Feels like I got burned. And $8.00 gram? Not a good deal. I get higher quality in Albuquerque for only $4.00/G. But they do got good deals on 4Gs for $20.00 which is OK I was about to get it but it quickly turned into $28.00 using my debit card so I just got the gram. I can also get 7Gs in Albuquerque for $28.00. Preroll and selection is not bad. Weed Overpriced, not sure how this is grown but it seems decent. Bring cash always.

Dreamz has been my go to since they opened the bud tenders are not only friendly but very knowledgeable when it comes to the product. Victoria never seizes to amaze me with the knowledge she has. The 420 event that was held was something awesome for our community to experience and I will hands down recommend them every time.

Great atmosphere but only a select few employees are helpful. Everytime I go in I try to use my points for a purchase but they're point system is down. And the flower they sell is mid.and prices are to high. I bought 2 seed junky joints they were hyping up so much I went home tried it and was highly dissatisfied.
