I haven't been to this place in years. Being a senior, I live on a fixed income. The adds shown by PurLife have certain ounces at 35 dollars. That sounded great. I went to this store for this deal. They were out. "Sorry" is about all they could tell me. I remember in the good old days, a company would go out of their way for you if they messed up. Not anymore. I went away disappointed.

I had purchased a pen which was defected. After I spoke with a representative he stated to bring it in and they would exchange it. When I arrived to retrieve my replacement they did not log it in. So the general manager said he would not honor the replacement as they never forget. I told him can you ask the other employee and he stated he does not have to ask him. As a general manager that is unethical. I have shopped here for years not no more so congrats to the GM…. Sad I loved this place…
