I started ordering from Scarsgard Farms during the pandemic. Their service and delivery was always great. As much as I want to buy local, they just went a different way in terms of their menu. They used to have all kinds of prepared meals that you could buy and supplement with their organic produce. They cut out everything prepared and as I look at their menu today it's greatly diminished from what it used to be. They have much fewer items than they once did. I can't order from them anymore. I just switched to Whole Foods because Skarsgard Farms just doesn't have any prepared food and very much of a selection. Whole Foods delivers any day of the week as well.

Great local business that makes tasty prepared foods and fresh meals. They have a great selection of seasonal organic produce and local cheeses, breads, and more! We love our weekly deliveries. Their customer service is fantastic and always quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommend.

I've had Skarsgard in my life for 6 years and they have always been consistent in quality and service. Produce is perishable and nature is not always perfect, but I've never ordered an item I couldn't use in some way. I find I spend less money than going to the grocery store because I don't make impulse purchases. I'd like to add my opinion on the persimmon comment- I've enjoyed many a fuyu persimmon from them with the soft flesh and juicy the way mother Nature intended.😊

Tried it and was not pleased with their service and when I let them know, they just canceled me without offering any type of compensation for the bad produce I received. My scheduled delivery date is on Wednesday and I made special arrangements to be home that day to receive my order, however, it never showed and by them end of the day I called and they did not answer, and their voicemail box was full. I emailed them and received no response. The next day I was finally able to leave a voicemail but I still received no response. I was out all day on Thursday for work and arrived home Friday morning to find a box of produce sitting on my front door. It had sat in the heat for who knows how long on Thursday. I emailed again and I finally received an email back on Saturday saying they never received my original voicemail or email (how convenient for them). What bothers me the most is that they never even thought to inform customers that the delivery would be late and when I told them I was not happy she canceled my subscription and offered no compensation for the box that sat all day on my front door. Will never use this service again. Such horrible customer service!
