Good products and discounts here, normally good service for medical patients too, usually satisfied. Some employees however need some people skills, especially the ginger fellow with the man-bun. The Verano products (own brand) are also very disappointing (broken leaky vape cartridges and bad batteries) but they have so many brands to choose from. Spent lots of $$$ here ever since they opened but I'm unlikely to visit again due to rude staff.

I was $4 away from the top tier of the loyalty points program. I went to use them and noticed that I was now $154 dollars away from the top tier. I didn't realize that your loyalty points expire. probably says it somewhere but i didn't notice. All good though because I know about 5 other dispensaries that don't. BYE ZEN! never going back...
Spoke to someone and they told me that as long as I showed up before they closed I would be served. Showed up 5 minutes before closing. I am aware that showing up that late is not the best move but I didn't have another option. I understand that people want to go home but closing time is 9:00 p.m.

Great products but must leave a warning here. If you try to post a negative review they will contact you and try to offer you a “discount” to have it removed. Only they provide no details on how you can ensure the discount will be applied at your next purchase. I know this because I recently had a bad experience here with a cashier getting me the wrong product. Left a bad review and was contacted by them in less than a day with the offer of the discount to have it removed. I should have made them show proof of the discount first but I’m coming back here now to not only let you know to make sure their staff doesn’t grab you the wrong product but to also not accept this offer if they present it to you.

I’m a daily shopper at this store, it’s a pleasure for most visits until this one last night. I purchased a 5 pack of prerolls and each one seemed much smaller than usual, so I took pictures and cut open each preroll to weigh the weed. It was not the amount I purchased. I went back to the store and spoke with a tall, overweight manager who I never seen before (again I am here DAILY) named Jared. I kindly explained the issue with my product prior, showed him pictures and receipt. Jared said we’re closing so I can’t help you and walked away. The bud tender assisting me apologized for the shocking response and behavior of his manager, then advised me to call customer service or come back in the morning when a more professional person is there to properly assist as he also knows, I’m a daily shopper.I don’t care how tired you are, you are at WORK! You are getting paid to do a job. Do it! Stop giving the people who put money in your pocket poor customer service because without your customers there would be no place for you to work.Jared needs more training before being given a management position seriously!

Very clean store with a professional staff who treats everyone with enthusiasm and kindness. It’s a shame that their bud quality is inconsistent. I’ll pay $65 for 3.5gs and the quality will either be incredible or poor. Their selection of edibles aren’t the best either. To test both out, I purchased 3.5gs of the same strain for 3 weeks straight. The first 2 times the buds were amazing. The third time however the buds were… not very good to say the least. Every edible I’ve purchased just didn’t mix well with me. I go somewhere else to get my edibles but primarily get my flower from here.Still, I come here for the convenience. The service is fantastic, every single person there is very kind and hospitable.
The store, and the employees, are fantastic; but getting in & out of the parking lot off/onto Rt. 1 can be rough and occasionally terrifying... ALSO: WATCH FOR BROKEN SEALS ON PRODUCT PACKAGING- on both of my last 2 visits one of the "factory seals" on my purchase was cut/open!!! Luckily for me, no product was missing, but still...!
I was super annoying because I went on a Sunday afternoon like an idiot and what I had planned on getting was out of stock. Derritt was really patient with me and let me take my time asking questions and he answered them all. Honestly, this place is always a great experience. They are well staffed, knowledgeable on their product and a really nice selection and the prices are fair. Plus they do discounts. This is the only dispensary I go to because it’s the most impressive one I’ve been to.

Bryan was training a new employee. He was thorough,efficient ,and effective. He took so much additional time to care for this new employee to set her up for success. As a manager myself, I was very very impressed by his approach, his technique, his compassion, and empathy. I cannot emphasize the importance of the investment to training an employee on the front end, to be successful on the backend. The time and investment Brian put in to train this new team member will pay off great dividends for the company in the future. My recommendation would be that Bryan should be promoted to a trainer. Well done Bryan good job..
This cannabis dispensary is on a easy accessible highway- Rt.1 north. They have an in depth selection with various products. One downfall is the pricing. Zenleaf rarely runs promotions and when they do, usually it's a measly 10% off. Check out Curaleaf in Bordentown for better pricing and for top quality " herb " try Breakwater in Cranbury.Hope this review helps you.

Despite there being a great staff with a bunch of great people at Zen Lawrence. Bryan “with a Y” is by far the best person there to me. I’ve dealt with him countless times and every single time has a been a fantastic experience. He has a great personality, great communication skills and is the reason why I keep coming back regularly. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and seems to be empathetic to the customers he’s serving. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer gets what they are seeking. It’s always great to see him and he has turned my mood around a handful of times when i was having a bad day. Bryan is a huge asset at Zen Lawrence and should be treated as such. I hope he sticks around and is able to work his way up to a higher position, he deserves it.
Place is nice business was smooth. Kristina was great. Helped and gave me some great recommendations and info I will definitely use on my next visit, oh and the loyalty points. The app helps keep track of how many I have and it's great to place your order and pickup when you arrive.

I was used to the medical dispensary in Doylestown before I moved to NJ. There’s a huge difference in the atmosphere, feel and space. Obviously this place is busier because duh, and the customer experience is weird. I appreciate that they’re pretty efficient at getting customers in and out swiftly but it just doesn’t seem as personable and cool.The location blows, too. Small parking lot. But overall I can’t complain.

Zen leaf in Lawrence is my closest dispensary and I am so happy going there. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They always have my order ready when I get there and answer any questions I have perfectly. My last time there Shane C helped me and he is such a fun guy to deal with. I highly recommend newbies and oldies alike to visit here. You won't be disappointed! I promise!
I've always had a good experience at the Lawrence location. I go when I'm in the mood for something different. They usually have a pretty good selection and I've never been disappointed. Heather has helped me twice and was great. She knows the strains well and I've enjoyed everything she's recommended based on what I'm looking for. Only four stars because of the price. A tad expensive. Comparable quality is still available to me elsewhere for less money.
For my first experience this place made it nice and easy. The selection was great from flower to cartridges and the prices are very decent. Very pleasurable experience for my first visit to a dispensary. The staff was on point. I had to wait maybe 15 minutes. It was busy. Nice atmosphere. My server was doll. Purchased some extracts. A bit pricey but the quality is ace. Definitely recommend.
The weekend starts with a great mood and it’s not just the product. It’s the experience. Walking through the doors and created with a smile and a compliment. Already felt the experience was going to be positive. Walked into the store and got in line created 3 more times. I felt like I was in the 1998 Reese and Tobey movie, Pleasantville while in black and white. Oh, I just realized the logo is black and white. Full circle moment. Anyway, while I patiently waited my turn I had a wonderful conversation with Mary-Jeanne. She was such a delight, we lost track of the next available rep. Then I’m created by Nicole. I was already feeling at ease but I had some questions and she patiently answered them all for me. I could not have had a better experience. It felt like Zappos (who, if you didn’t know has some of the best customer service, like famously). The place is clean. The staff exceptional. I look forward to seeing them again after my 5 tubs are done. I better started now! Enjoy! I know I will.

I walked in and it looks great. Open layout and double id checks as you would expect. Staff was super friendly and helpful and putting in my order online to simply pay at the register was a breeze. If you are in the area I would 100% recommend it. Will definitely go again.

We stopped here for some vapes and edibles. The facility was very clean and so far the products are great. There was a line but we only had to wait a few minutes, they keep it moving pretty well. I liked the added security guards, they just have that extra sense of protection since the area itself is not great. The prices were reasonable and we really enjoyed the 20% off military discount.
For the first day, and 17th order(8028986) of recreational sales... It was a pretty good experience. I love that dank smell that smacks you in the face when you walk in. The lay out was nice, clean and smelled heavenly. It was a little disappointing they only had three strains available, Modified Grapes, Super Glue and Ice Cream Cake, all Hybrids. I love my Hybrids. But a Sativa and Indica would have been nice. The budtender(43140) was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. The system had a hiccup and management handled it right away. Expected when running a brand new system for the first time. The price though... Is high and Verano flower is not worth the price at 60 8th, including tax. It is better then most Legacy market cannabis. Out of eight 8ths, 3 were on point, 1 was over and 4 were a .10 or less short. Overall the nostalgia was worth the trip, and the wait... I can't wait to watch the quality grow.
Came for adult use recreational cannabis and was not disappointed! Short line (about five minutes), and excellent selection of products including flower, edibles, vape cartridges, and extract. They even had some basic paraphernalia, if you need it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
I went at 9 AM on day one... And left smiling at 11:15... The staff are great And made sure everyone in line was comfortable and answered questions and even offered water.. My only critique is there is no bathroom if you are outside in line for 2+hours..so make your pit stop before you get there. The only place to park is In the mall behind the building.. Drive past there parking lot and take them mall entrance
