The venue is really modern and well designed which is ironic because it was hard to find the vehicle entrance and I had to turn around to find it because Google maps makes it hard to decide where to turn on my first visit. Great place that I plan on visiting soon again. Thank you to the staff for helping me find what helps me the most for the little money I can spend. Keep up the good work!

I was super excited and surprised to see the HUGE selection of everything! From a million strains to different delivery systems (tinctures, edibles, flower, baked goods, capsules, concentrates that you can put into your drink , and more!) and a few cookies that are gluten free- if you’re celiac like myself which was really nice to see!The staff was amazing.I was helped by Mason and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was so kind! So knowledgeable and patient. I’ve been doing this for a while now and I feel confident in saying this place takes the cake. The prices are legit too. And they have great deals!Obviously I’ll be back soon.

I have been treated with incredible cruelty by a number of staff here including the manager. Many folks are kind but the manager just literally mocked me for asking for a chair to wait in and mocked me for “slamming” my cards down when I have shaky hands as a result of my medical condition. He threatened me by saying hat he could refuse to serve me. Someone who enjoys holding power over the disabled community in this way is not cool, and I want to warn anyone who may have unusual affect or difficulty communicating—be careful and try not to get upset. You will not be met with compassion, at least not 100% time.

I was green in this world but soon found what worked for me! I truly was tired of prescriptions for my progressive disease, the edibles are the best for me. First night i took a lozenger and slept thru the night first time in years!!! They were so cautious with covid to protect everyone by service via 2 windows! Calling in orders is great too! Not only is this my relief center but also met some great people!!! So kind and truly caring.I have heard from various people that there are medical practices that will not offer mjj for whatever ails their patience!!! Find another doctor!!!! It was my rheumy that suggested this snd im truly grateful he did!

Over all the quality is top notch with a nice variety of products to assist most with what ails them. Not bad. There is a great selection of strains and products. The prices are still astronomical despite recently lowering prices slightly. In a nutshell, if you have the cash they have the compassion and great flower and other products. There is a loyalty program that helps you earn small rewards.There are discounts for veterans, poor, and others. The discounts are not enough the provide medicine for those who cannot afford it. When I brought it to their attention, they could not have cared less. Andrew seemed to have compassion, while Kendal sounded like she could care less. Sanctuary is the best dispensary in New Hampshire.

I LOVE the smell of the herb when you first walk into the offices. It's the smell of hands on knowledge. I haven't participated in any of the patient feedback programs but I'm sure they are just as professionally run.

Quality of product for the most part has been superb. I don't care for a few things. One is I've been ten minutes past close and even though everyone was there no one helped me they told me I was too late and left. Not really cool since it's a medical dispensary. Especially since it's the closest one and it's still like an hour away from me. Also I have been charged for stuff I ordered and then it wasn't with the rest. They have also just forgotten my stuff without charging me. Not really ok either way, in my opinion.
