At the front desk check in, I provided my DMV interim document on my phone along with my physical expired ID. The manager was called out to verify if it was valid. He claimed they could not accept a screenshot and had to view the pdf document from the dmv website. When I pulled it up, the manager attempted to find it and was unsuccessful after about 5 minutes. When he could not, he seemed so dismissive and told me he wasn’t even allowed to have me in the building and walked off without even allowing me to find it, which I did within 30 seconds!! He was so hot to walk off!! I was already very upset that his managerial skills were lacking because he had no patience or preferred to do something more important in the back and completely deserves to be elsewhere when his position entails happily assisting and honestly being educated in his job. “I don’t work at the dmv” is never an option to spew. Oh? When you took my phone and looked thru the site after I logged in?! I will be spending my money elsewhere, from now on. You are NOT the only place available! Not worth it, with a dumb policy where I show you the EXACT document as a screenshot from the dmv website..? Now that I know how to find it, I’ll bring my money elsewhere. BBB review was also made, as you want us to call your location for disputes. I don’t want to speak with the same manager that committed the offense! Fix it! Train and educate him or do better than him!

I came in looking for a disposable and he helped me by looking through every single one I had questions about in full detail. He gave me knowledge I can carry even when there is no help available. But i gotta say theres a bad apple in the bunch to always bring down my visits, Mrs. Jordan,..soo aggressive and angry!I am a recent Colon Cancer Survivor and every time dealing with Mrs. Jordan, it’s a rush & a rude comment..;/ (only reason i know her name is because of the letdowns, grumpiness); Once waiting in line, she told me NO! I take New patients before returning patients! Thats my policy! And made me step back,.. uumm yeah okay that doesn’t sound like good business but, its not my choice.In all honesty i no longer tip, and so due to the aggressive nature of this person, eyes rolling, huffin & puffin. No time for this behavior in life,.. just no time for it.Why so angry?

Online ordering says things are in stock, but when you go to pick up your order, they will say they called you, when they know they didn’t, and tell you that you have to change your order last minute. If they called, the order would have been canceled. They do this to prevent you from canceling your order. Horrible customer service.Update- I gave them another chance and prepaid for an online order to pickup and I was called told that my order would be cancelled. I called back within a few minutes and they were giving me a hard time about reinstating my order, so when I asked for a manager the girl who picked up wasn’t smart enough to hit mute and was saying rude things and laughing about me to whoever was next to her. After waiting on hold for several minutes and then going through an assistant manager who STILL DIDN’T help me, The general manager finally got on the phone apologized and quickly reinstated my order. All of this could have been avoided, less time wasted, and I would have been spared hearing the rude employees joke about the customers who pay their wages… Avoid this place! You can find same products and better prices at the multitude of dispensaries in Vegas, while being treated with respect.

Horrible “general manager” if that’s what she is. Kristen was very disrespectful and does NOT to be a manager the way she speaks to customers. I was going to be a first time customer and had the worst experience and will never return. These people called me all day to approve and then cancel my order back to back. They said it’s coming up as a hotel (which is untrue) then call back saying they made a mistake and I can still order…only to then cancel my order again. I was trying to inform her my frustration then she got extremely offended and was very rude. As if she was going tic for tat? Very childish…when I asked for her last name initial to report her she said no and then said “they know who I am” very unprofessional. She definitely needs to apologize

Love the place, but the online ordering system is a nightmare, multiple occasions where I come in and there’s no record of my order (yes I’m sure I placed it to the correct one), this time it completely changed my order and made me pay $108 instead of $117, ( I thought I was getting a good deal or a better price) but instead of getting 2 half’s I only received 1 half and 1 8th.🥲 it was my fault for not watching them bag my order but of course you can’t open the bag inside, and once you get outside you can’t return it, so it went unnoticed. Kinda sets you up for failure if you think about it.I called to see if I could just get the rest of the weed for the honored price of $117 (which it’s the same weed & brand) but they said no. And to briefly tell you why, it was because I made the error instead of them.There’s super strict guidelines by the state of course, but even with their own policies as well.Just something to keep an eye out for! Double check everything here. Because if you make a mistake you’re own your own.I respect it, as it is a business, but I generally go for community over corporate when supporting businesses. So it put a bad taste in my mouth when they did absolutely nothing to try and resolve the issue even though I always give them a bunch of my money 😂🤷🏼♂️Disappointing more than anything

Used to shop here on a daily basis until I encountered a very racist door greeter named Donna today 04/26/2024. I understand you can be racist against colored people or whoever but leave it at home and treat your buying customers that help keep your paycheck coming right. I haven't ever had a single person act that racist in my life towards me and unfortunately I won't ever support this dispensary again. This has got to be the worst person you can hire. She has a short hair looks at you like she's gonna try and hurt you but she won't do anything but lose her job and end up in a place she shouldnt be (or should be)due to her petty attitude and racial gestures and comments. The manager working today 04/26/2024 had nothing to say but allow her to keep giving dirty looks and making faces as well. She was very unprofessional and I can't wait to talk to the owner about this. Treat people right & if it's to hard find you to do so get a job you don't have to interact with customers.

Past purchases were quality. Recently, I had several issues with dysfunctional cartridges. Cartridge contents emptied into pen and mouthpiece. In a separate incident, the cartridge terminal detached, making it impossible to connect to pen. These are obvious quality control issues. The management provided a replacement battery pen and refused to exchange or repair dysfunctional cartridges. However, they did offer a sale price on other cartridges. How can one be sure of the quality of implements before leaving the store?

I ordered a delivery order - I waited for a few hours ,then called - they said the next driver would bring it etc - hours later still no delivery. They couldn't find a driver. This wasn't cool, I waited up for this person - holding up my day but, I could tell everyone I spoke to was sympathetic. Long story short, I ended up picking it up but, they were very cool about it and hooked me up. I was a bit upset, they were very patient with me as well. Much appreciated!

Very minimalist in vibe but it feels so cool. Be sure tip at purchase. Staff won't ask, won't suggest, or even guide you to the tip jar. But it's a cool thing to do and will bring you good juju.

Can’t come here anymore. Loved this place for years. Great deals, great service, great products. But now their debit system took a dump, there is no ETA for fixing after a month, and now they’re telling everyone it’s a state issue when I’ve confirmed it’s a lie. There are nearby dispensaries accepting debit. Don’t pay more for atm cash fee. Go to Jerry’s around corner just as good as the source. Get your debit fixed and message members about it then I’ll come back.

Came here for first Time yesterday and when I tell u they have the best flower I’ve found in Nevada I’m not lying. I literally only smoke flower no edibles and no concentrate. Nothing beats amazing looking cryastal coated flower and amazing dank smells that stink up the house. Since moving here in June I’ve only shopped at shango and thot it was best but overpriced. Coming from az the flower here was way better so i was willing to pay premium cuz that’s how it is there. I have tried about 7 dispos here and shango was the best so it was my home.But then I stumbled upon the source when looking up their strains. My fave two strains are peanut butter breath and purple punch. They didn’t have those but had runtz which is my third fave. And I took a leap and the flower was mind glowingly good. Looks is 5 star. Smell is 5 star. Price is 10 star. I’ve found my home dispo.The house flower is fire. The dosi punch, runtz, truffles so far are my faves I bought a zip yesterday with 8 diff flavors. She has a short hair looks at you like she's gonna try and hurt you but she won't do anything but lose her job and end up in a place she shouldnt be (or should be)due to her petty attitude and racial gestures and comments. The manager working today 04/26/2024 had nothing to say but allow her to keep giving dirty looks and making faces as well. She was very unprofessional and I can't wait to talk to the owner about this. Treat people right & if it's to hard find you to do so get a job you don't have to interact with customers.

Past purchases were quality. Recently, I had several issues with dysfunctional cartridges. Cartridge contents emptied into pen and mouthpiece. In a separate incident, the cartridge terminal detached, making it impossible to connect to pen. These are obvious quality control issues. The management provided a replacement battery pen and refused to exchange or repair dysfunctional cartridges. However, they did offer a sale price on other cartridges. How can one be sure of the quality of implements before leaving the store?

Hope they see the unjust treatment of customers sooner rather than later

I ordered a delivery order - I waited for a few hours ,then called - they said the next driver would bring it etc - hours later still no delivery. They couldn't find a driver. This wasn't cool, I waited up for this person - holding up my day but, I could tell everyone I spoke to was sympathetic. Long story short, I ended up picking it up but, they were very cool about it and hooked me up. I was a bit upset, they were very patient with me as well. Much appreciated!

Nice place to get some herbs for that jet lag. Tried mike Tysons sour diesel weed. I've grown better but its good on the fly. So many choices out there. If I fly back into Vegas I'll be back. Awesome customer service and a very streamlined organized business. In and out painlessly.

Decided to swing by the source and the second I walked in I was greeted my McKenna and the staff which triggered a sense of calm in my soul. The Source is the source of much joy. Service is excellent, staff is exceptional, and variety of options for purchase excels. The shop has a futuristic feel. Very minimalist in vibe but it feels so cool. Be sure tip at purchase. Staff won't ask, won't suggest, or even guide you to the tip jar. But it's a cool thing to do and will bring you good juju.

Can’t come here anymore. Loved this place for years. Great deals, great service, great products. But now their debit system took a dump, there is no ETA for fixing after a month, and now they’re telling everyone it’s a state issue when I’ve confirmed it’s a lie. There are nearby dispensaries accepting debit. Don’t pay more for atm cash fee. Go to Jerry’s around corner just as good as the source. Get your debit fixed and message members about it then I’ll come back.

Came here for first Time yesterday and when I tell u they have the best flower I’ve found in Nevada I’m not lying. I literally only smoke flower no edibles and no concentrate. Nothing beats amazing looking cryastal coated flower and amazing dank smells that stink up the house. Since moving here in June I’ve only shopped at shango and thot it was best but overpriced. Coming from az the flower here was way better so i was willing to pay premium cuz that’s how it is there. I have tried about 7 dispos here and shango was the best so it was my home.But then I stumbled upon the source when looking up their strains. My fave two strains are peanut butter breath and purple punch. They didn’t have those but had runtz which is my third fave. And I took a leap and the flower was mind glowingly good. Looks is 5 star. Smell is 5 star. Price is 10 star. I’ve found my home dispo.The house flower is fire. The dosi punch, runtz, truffles so far are my faves I bought a zip yesterday with 8 diff flavors.
