**FALSE ADVERTISING**Today for the third time, Spark1 was false advertising again.I completed my order online. I then received confirmation my order had been accepted. $12.30 for an eighth. I then get an e-mail saying my order is ready for pick up. After work I take the bus for an hour across town to complete my purchase.I wait in line, go to the counter and the cashier gets my order. He then says "you probably think this is only a $10 eighth right?"I say yes I made the order earlier and it was confirmed for $12.30.He says that was a mistake by the internet staff. I have to pay $24.60. *****They will not honor my Order that was already confirmed and completed.I understand a mistake being made, but this is not the first tine this has happened.I waisted time and energy under false advertising.They did not even offer to honor the deal they completed for me.I am A Long time customer of Spark1. Friendly staff, tasty variety.The organizational overhead is lacking supervision and needs improvement. this has happened to me several times, and I can't be the only one.Do Better Spark1 Management and Internet Staff.Peace!*UPDATE*I am happy to say that The Owner of Spark1 and Management have contacted me and made efforts to address my experience. I also was given some store credit as act of good faith moving forward.I appreciate your thoroughness!!😁

This place sucks. Too many rules and they try to charge you for a bag even if you bring in your own. You can even see a sticker on the employee's computer that says so. Can't even look at the list of things I made to bring on my phone. Not one other dispensary in this entire state has that rule.

Really can't beat the price for the quality or quality for the price! I found a Spark1 in Helena years ago and I would travel from Great Falls to buy my flower from them and from the very first time I gotta say, I've never had an issue, smoke is always good, customer service is on point, the price is literally unbeatable and unmatched by any dispensary in Montana, I've shopped in Helena, Great Falls, Butte, Kalispell, Billings, Missoula, Bigfork, Seeley lake, and this place has quite literally the best bang for your dollar! I really wish you guys would open a shop in Great Falls or at least sell some flower through another dispensary there.. Everytime I visit Missoula it's imperative to stop by Spark1. Give these guys their flowers and go Spark1 for yourself! 💯 Thank you Spark1! 🙏

I own and operate a local taxi service. I was having a conversation with a fare in their parking lot. There was a total of 1 other car in the lot. Nobody was behind me that I was blocking. Girl comes out and says I have to move that im blocking their exit. Lol. There wasn't anyone behind me. That 1 person was just coming to their car , which I absolutely moved for. Completely uncalled for. I was there not even 3 minutes. I will make a point of recommending other establishments to the many visiting tourists i see every day. For someone in a competitive retail service environment, that kind of attitude will only harm the business. Be freaking nice to people. Yells at me from across the lot..lolThere sure are better , more amiable dispensaries to choose from besides...EDIT: Ahh. Now I see they kick people off the sidewalk too... must be a pet peeve of theirs. If youre not in the store they dont like you. I'll spread the word 🙂

I will do a google review also but basically I have been buying from Spark almost exclusively the last few years. They always had the best deals on shatter and cartridges and the staff was always so friendly. In the last 2-3 months, things have really gone down hill there. They have one lady that works at the counter with long black hair and she just always seems to be in a bad mood. The sales they used to have are gone, so I have been finding other places to buy from. I kind of saw this coming as I worked for a multi million dollar cannabis manufacturer as an accountant in San Diego for a few years. Anyway, sucks to say but I won’t be buying anything here anymore. There are lots of better options in Missoula for both quality and price.

I’ve been shopping at spark on and off for over a year, today was definitely an interesting experience to say the least. Ive probably shopped at spark 50+ times and have been a part of the rewards program since my first visit . Today I was told my ID (out of state Idaho driver license for context) was fake & I would not be served. I Left feeling belittled, targeted and disrespected. The bud tender was pretty rude throughout and the whole situation just seemed pretty malicious and nasty. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote for any business and I really hate to be the Karen guy here, but to be honest my last experience at spark 1 was so disappointing i probably won’t be a return customer anymore because of this :/ sad to see this seems to be a theme from prior reviews. Spark 1 do better cmon guys 🙁

The last couple of times I’ve been in the zoo I have stopped in to purchase carts. I got use to having a good deal at $15 for the 1/2 gram but now you are not selling any carts at 15 . I guess I will just forget stopping now. That was my hook.

I have been going to spark1 since I moved here 3 years ago and they have been consistently one of my favorite dispensaries. I was super excited when I found out that they brought their caramels back! They are by far the best edibles I have found in town! Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I know I can always walk in and ask anyone at the counter what they recommend for the day, and I will get an answer with an explanation for why they are recommending that product. The only thing that I can say against it is their website no longer distinguishes their products by sativa/indica/hybrid category, which, for me, is very important medically. But overall, a great shop!
