So i put an order in at 9am and was expecting one thing and they never call before I arrived at 12pm to tell me they are out and these are are your choices or changed them on the website. I had never had any issues before but I feel like this should be addressed. So when people go in they are not expecting on thing on your site to be told no i don't have it but here's the other stuff we have. I'm a very loyal customer but im second guess it because of this incident.

From my first time in the shop, Vanessa and the ladies on board made it feel like home. They all demonstrated superior knowledge of the product and were able to point me in the right direction as far as what products suited my lifestyle. They also had the most competitive prices in town from what I saw. I quickly became a regular thanks to the incredible service backed up by competitive pricing. Frosteez is the only place I shop now.
