I always get decent product and a variety of things to choose from. Try the infused coffee beans, they're fun.Updated 2023: still the BEST place. Bought a .5 gram 25$ “clear” cartridge and it was defective right off the get go.the store doesn’t have any policies in place to take responsibility for defective products they have in stock. I was told there’s nothing they could do I couldn’t get a refund and I couldn’t exchange the cartridge for another equivalent product.Shafting the customer for your bad products not taking responsibility as a business is absolutely ridiculous.I would not buy any product from nor will I in the future.Employee was great she tried to fix the issue, she was told not to refund me told not to exchange it and told to tell me there’s nothing she can do.What kind of owner or manager handles a simple refund for a defective product like this… 0* if I could.Edit: owner says the cartridge is used up that’s not the case clearly in the photo right outside of the shop. I brought it in the night before and was turned away BECAUSE ALL OF YOUR RAINBOW ROAD carts are all defective I was shownMake better policies be responsible for your mistakes. Or don’t run a sub par business. I’ve been to stores all over the PNW this is a first over many years. Employees wanted to help and were told not to. Bad owner.

This place is horrible. It is mandatory that they take all of the info from your driver's license, whether you want to or not. We proceeded to tell them that no other place in town does that, and their response was "Well, we are different". Just a heads up to everyone, no one else takes your info unless you want to be in their members club. FYI, bud is still illegal at the federal level, so be careful which businesses you give your info to. Information is the new gold, and your info is for sale to the highest bidder.

Really friendly service, a nice store inside, too. They have a great selection of joints, flour, and concentrates at pretty average prices for the area. Although the prices are average, I come here because the people are great.

Concentrate was good, but overpriced. But why I won’t return is they appear to be selling counterfeit vaporizers. I bought a Yocan and it broke within 2 weeks, then several weeks later after it had been sitting in same spot on a countertop it started smoking. If I hadn’t been home I may have lost my home and pets. When I called the store to ask if they know for certain they are getting genuine products they said they were, but the manager failed to return my call to confirm that with me. You’d think if a customer called and said something you sold them almost burned their house down one would be concerned enough to investigate whether their vendor sold them counterfeits. Unless they know very well what they are selling.

I visited here today and the second you get through the door you are just immediately in awe. The store is nice and neat with a fantastic selection of flower, concentrates, pre rolls, pipes. I mean you name it they got it. And the staff was extremely nice very attentive and knowledgeable. Love this place and I recommend it to everyone!

I drive from Bigfork because it is definitely worth it. The bud is awesome with sooo much sugar on the leaves 🍃. The staff is great product is all visible not prepackaged. Great varieties and here is the best part prices are a lot less and worth the drive. I probably pass a dozen shops to get to Glacier Green Cross
