First off I have to commend Matt for hearing his customers concerns and taking action as fast as possible to correct those issues. The new employee is wonderful and seems like they will do well. A huge difference from the previous one. When new product drops I can count on Matt to give me the most easy to understand information on it. Even though at first he may seem intimidating because he is a big guy. I apologize for previous harsh comments. One must learn not to make drunken comments. All though I meant every word about the previous issue that has now been fixed. Mary is a sweetheart and super helpful. People may see her age as something bad. But she knows a ton about the products. If she doesn't she doesn’t know she will find an answer. I hope the new guy is as great as Matt and Mary. The new White Lotus distillate units are worth every penny. Also the prerolls are the best in town. I again apologize for my foul and unfair previous comments.

The store overall gets five stars. The selection is great and the product is quality. Matt is an excellent manager and bud tender. He has a wealth of cannabis knowledge and loves to help the customers. What will not get any stars is the weird guy who calls himself M. I will never go back in the store of a Wednesday or Thursday while he is working. If I could give him negative 20 stars without hurting the store I would. He always smells like nasty cigarette smoke and like he doesn't shower or clean his clothes. I love this store but he is a bad edition to it. Just my opinion.

With so many choices on Helena I think that it is important to go where the people know what they are talking about. Matthew is beyond your average knowledge base when it comes to cannabis. Not only that but his top shelf customer service, no pun intended, is such a great change to stuffy attitude filled budtenders. Dude goes above and beyond for his customers. I hope the owners of that shop understand what kind of asset they have. The shop has at least one indica and one saliva discount 8th of flower. Even though they are discount they are still good smoke. Top Shelf is now my go to shop.

Was very disappointed. Rude service, had to ask to be waited on. And I’m fairly new to this. So I had lots of questions about pain relief and such. No one could answer my questions. So I just picked something. Not a wise decision on my part. I went to Wild West the next day and was amazed at their knowledgeability. Selection. You get deals with a punch card. I’d suggest anywhere else.

I use to go to this shop when I lived in Missoula. Now I am only an hour away from this shop and we'll worth the drive. If you have had this shops moon rock, you would make the drive yourself I promise.I had to give this place a review, I just had to. The owner is classic and even though I dislike my x boyfriend more than just about anybody right now, he introduced me to him and this guy is one in a million. His energy is beyond cool and he is passionate about his place and it shows by his 💯 products. The edibles are the best in Montana, and the only flower that is as good as my town's silver tip.

I'm slightly new to this and Alex helped make it easy, he even assisted me in getting my card and was very helpful and knowledgeable in his field of work and customer service. I didn’t feel rushed, and the shop reminds me of a coffee shop style - very chill vibes, super clean I will most differently be coming back.
