I purchased a butane lighter at this location. It stopped working on the first day. I tried to return it on 7/15. After making sure it is legal to return to Montana. How they handled the situation was awful. They blamed me saying things like “what size rig did you use it on”. They refused a refund. They exchanged it for another that broke almost immediately. The worst part was the terrible customer service. The woman added fluid to it to show me it worked talking down to me. Clearly ignoring my explanation that it worked for a short time before becoming useless. I won't be back. Blaming customers is terrible customer service. On top of not supporting the products they sell. If you go to this shop avoid everything but the THC products.

Horrible staff, online menu doesn’t reflect in store. Went there and had an online order, lady rudely told me it wasn’t there but they had the type of weed I was buying for 3x the price I ordered online. When I asked her similar deals she pointed in a general direction and spit out a strain faster than I could hear it. Needless to say I left the dispo crying and without my meds. Was a native lady didn’t catch her name.

The two budtenders I’ve dealt with on numerous occasions were not only a great help, but were absolutely stunning! Their prices are a bit high; but for the atmosphere and the wonderful staff I come back every time I’m in town.They also let my 3 dogs in and loved all over them, even let my weed loving dog sniff the flavors and pick out a strain for us! 10/10
