I always have a wonderful experience at Hippos, but yesterday was especially great. I had received some sad news earlier in the day. The budtenders at hippos were exceptionally kind and funny, and I probably laughed louder and smiled longer during that interaction than I had the whole rest of the day. You can’t fake that kind of heart and humanity in a place or business. A+++

They also changed and made alterations I understand online ordering but just not taking anyone else I can't believe this place is still open ! I'm not ever going back 55 minutes is insane

I wasn't really sure what I wanted when I went in. Had a few ideas in the shopping cart. When it was my turn I was not paying attention and had to be called on. Anyways as she was helping me she was able to share a little about the 1/8 I was picking up and confirmed that I definitely couldn't wait to try it. Anyways can't wait till next visit and hopefully she is able to helpe me again!

This folks, is hands down, THE dispensary to go too!! (Personal opinion) I was floored with their affordable prices first off! then to get there and receive some of the BEST bud I've ever gotten from a dispensary!!! Durban wedding folks!! Excellent staff and store decore!! Loved seeing the other guests wait dancing rather than sighing. Good job Hippo team!!!P.s. had to add to my review because I've returned to this dispensary 5 more times and still stand strong on my previous review 🙌🫶🙌

Wonderful store environment. Friendly, easy to communicate with staff. Good deals (ASK ABOUT THEM) and solid product. Every staff person there makes you feel comfortable, and they only try and sell you the best deal on what you were already shopping for. Order online if you have something for sure to get, skip the line.But walk in and talk about current deals and you can walk out absolutely flush with flower, wax, pre-rolls, just ask and find out!

The place is really nice, clean, and modern. The wait times can be a little long. That’s only because they’re the best dispensary in Springfield. They have good deals all the time. I have dealt with Leah multiple times at Hippos. She is very knowledgeable and has great advice for people who aren’t quite sure what to get. She is very kind, has a good sense of humor and is sooooo pretty!! I love it when I know I get her at the counter. She makes my day better every time I come in. I can never wait to come back in hopes she’s my sales person. She’s my personal favorite. With that said, I’ve never had anyone help me that I didn’t like. Hippos staff is far superior to any other dispensary in Springfield. I know, I’ve tried them all. I just wish I had more cash to tip her with.

Good if not the best deals on the south side! They got deli so thats convenient!
