This folks, is hands down, THE dispensary to go too!! (Personal opinion) I was floored with their affordable prices first off! then to get there and receive some of the BEST bud I've ever gotten from a dispensary!!! Durban wedding folks!! Excellent staff and store decore!! Loved seeing the other guests wait dancing rather than sighing. Good job Hippo team!!!P.s. had to add to my review because I've returned to this dispensary 3 more times and still stamd strong on my previous review 🙌🫶🙌

Wonderful store environment. Friendly, easy to communicate with staff. Good deals (ASK ABOUT THEM) and solid product. Every staff person there makes you feel comfortable, and they only try and sell you the best deal on what you were already shopping for. Order online if you have something for sure to get, skip the line.But walk in and talk about current deals and you can walk out absolutely flush with flower, wax, pre-rolls, just ask and find out!

Deb was working today and I immediately chill when I see her behind the counter. She has been with them from the get go and still has the BEST attitude. If you are having a tough day, it's the little things and Deb gets that. Great service as always from the Best budtender!

The place is really nice, clean, and modern. The wait times can be a little long. That’s only because they’re the best dispensary in Springfield. They have good deals all the time. All the workers are great ,but Deb is my absolute favorite. She goes above and beyond in providing fast and friendly service.

I have dealt with Leah multiple times at Hippos. She is very knowledgeable and has great advice for people who aren’t quite sure what to get. She is very kind, has a good sense of humor and is sooooo pretty!! I love it when I know I get her at the counter. She makes my day better every time I come in. I can never wait to come back in hopes she’s my sales person. She’s my personal favorite. With that said, I’ve never had anyone help me that I didn’t like. Hippos staff is far superior to any other dispensary in Springfield. I know, I’ve tried them all. I just wish I had more cash to tip her with.

Cool people especially Deb, Bryan,Jordan (she's very patient with my payment situation) and Dalton with tattoos on his scalp, cool atmosphere, the waiting area is all clear walls and a red carpet with a back drop for cool pics! Good if not the best deals on the south side! They got deli so thats convenient!

I personally have been into this store plenty! I love everything about it. That would be why I come back so often. With that being said the visit today has topped every other visit. I had the pleasure of having Deb as my bud tender and she was amazing. It wasn’t just a transaction to her she made it a personal experience by taking time and having a conversation!
