Sept. 7th 2024 I was in shangrila and just to mention now I’ve been here several times over, every Sunday they have a bada** deal on carts but this time was different. This sales lady (MARIE) had the BEST attitude I’ve seen in customer service in a long time and I mean just willing to run all over to get bags to show you and I wasn’t being the easiest to deal with by any means. I said let’s keep looking ALOT. And she never once got upset or did her attitude change. She was amazing and I look forward to seeing her everytime I come in. I needed up spending 141 with the intentions of not spending more than 50. And I left happily pay more and left a tip. Great job Marie hope to see you in management soon!!! Keep up with the smiles because some ppl don’t seem them often.
I always have an amazing experience here. The staff is so nice and very personable. Today I had Dalton as a bud tender and he was absolutely AMAZING!!! He helped me figure out exactly what I needed and was so kind and a great conversation the entire time. He was funny and held a great conversation with me while helping me. They're always great!!!
I’ve been going to this dispensary for the last few years. They have always said they prioritize medical clients but they do not. Tonight I went to the dispensary and there was a long line. It was the first day in two years of visiting weekly that I’ve seen them try to implement prioritizing medical cards. The line was long and the called medical card clients sometimes first and sometimes not. They do not have a separate line or chairs for medical clients to wait in in a discreet manner. Tonight I voiced my concerns after waiting in line for 20 minutes because I have multiple medical conditions that cause changes to my heart rate, blood pressure and causes fainting. They made statements that they were trying to enforce prioritizing medical patients and I informed them I had been coming for two years and it has never been enforced until recently and the last few times has been very inconsistent. I voiced my concerns that medical clients have to get out of line to sit in one of two available chairs or they have to let others know of their plight if they need to sit. It’s not discreet or effective or helpful for actual medical clients. Instead of being solution focused they kicked me out and refused to fill the pick up order that I placed earlier in the day and told me to leave when I said I would leave a poor review . I won’t be going back. This is a recreational dispensary. Don’t go there if you have a medical card. It’s not a safe environment for medical patients and it’s certainly not trauma informed.Previously it was easier to go in drive through as a medical client but unless you have cash up front you can’t use the drive through. Again not ideal for medical clients. They don’t care about people there. They literally kicked me out for vocalizing my concerns for medical clients. They need to stop serving medical clients and advertise as recreational only.My experience this evening literally made me cry and feel embarrassed as an adult woman. They refused to serve me and I found myself at the other local dispensary who was very happy to help me. It’s been an hour since I left and I am still shaken by my experience with management there this evening.
Super great experience, like always! The person who helped me was super fun and very helpful! He helped me look up a LOT of different products before I was able to decide what I wanted, and was very patient and friendly throughout the entire process! 🙂
Steven was amazing and probably one of the best experiences I have ever had here, my mom is going through cancer and he knew exactly what to help her with and what products would work and not and if what we got didn't work then other options were provided to us and he was just so informative.
Clayton was very helpful and patient. Was very happy to help and made my experience great definitely will be coming back!!
Bobby was phenomenal handling my online order mix up in thw drive thru. Great attitude and terrific service! Today was a very busy day the interaction was definitely a highlight.
I have worked with Clayton twice now. He is always a pleasure to work with. He takes his time, answers my questions, does anything and everything I need. I always look forward to seeing him when I'm there.
I had spoken with Clayton prior to my visit to the dispensary. I am undergoing chemotherapy and knew nothing about what I needed. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. When I went in, I knew what I needed and Steven was helpful and took his time explaining. This has helped so much more than the chemical pain medications and I thank you all so much! I will return and would highly recommend this dispensary to others.
Have smoked through this lovely dispensary since it opened. But three times in the last month I have placed an order, received my message that the order was ready, only to get to the counter and be told that an employee snagged the item and had not yet rung it out of the system. Three bleeping times. I get it employees love weed too. Awesome sauce. But take it off the site, don’t send me a message that my order is ready, and don’t tell me as I’m standing there with a pre order, that you grabbed the last ones. Cool tokers don’t jack their friends weed. Shame. Sir. Shame. Like you all aren’t fast, and I am so cool with that. But jack my weed and waste my time. Sinful.
Clayton helped the out of towner yesterday. He knew how to help without a rush. I got to ask everything I wanted to know. He fixed me up with the raffle that's coming up tomorrow!! I'm hoping he gave me some good juju and Ganja. Thanks it worked!!!! HAAPY CAMPERS.
She did an amazing job, she was able to work with my senior dog that is a little hesitant when his back legs are touched. Would recommend her a 100 percent and she was able to style him in the cutest way possible

1st time ordering online and picking up at Drive thru was very pleasant. Lauren asked if I had any questions and was most helpful.
The person that helped me was extremely nice, explained how everything worked as far as using the pick up window. she answered all of my questions. Because of her great service, I will be using your facility on an ongoing basis.
😀Awesome dispensary I like this place I will start by saying This place has a drive thru pick up I bet soon they will have delivery.Also they have a huge glorious display room with many great productson display but no display for the flower bud for some reason?🤔could it be because they don't sell good Kine(kind)top shelf bud and just Mids and low grade flower bud like all other Missouri dispensaries 😉Every time I've been here there is a large selection of products packaged nice in tamper proof packs!
