Extremely confusing as to why they do not have any signage explaining the legality of cannabis sales. Visitors from out of state or country come in and are barked at by the front desk worker with no explanation as to why they are not allowed in. Condescending and baffling. It would be simple enough to have a sign explaining that cannabis is only medical at this time and will be available to the public in 2025. Very rude customer service, and upon checking the website the prices are absurd anyhow. Better to cross state lines or go to Canada and get it cheaper and with friendly service.
Asked for help picking a strain and was told “it’s up to you, what works for me won’t necessarily work for you” I understand. But what is the point of working in a dispo if you don’t want to help people. Are you only working for the discount? I’ve been to a lot of different legal states and I get the worst lazy help from this store in specific. Simply telling someone what works for you shouldn’t be so hard, it’s actually part of the job.
Been going to this location for about a year now. Ive always had great customer service, and short wait times.
I love everything about Green Goods with the exception of communication with us clients. You have severely recently limited 7 gram offerings. Why? , really pushing the vapes? I feel and I think a montly newsletter of when the sales and new releases are so we can plan accordingly, I need the sales and some are very good.
Pamela in Minneapolis was amazingly helpful, very knowledgeable and asked alot of questions to make sure I got what was needed and explained how it may take a few tries to find what works best. Good training !
Fast easy, supportive, and intelligent. It is very well kept and has a serene atmosphere, making any transaction easy and with peace of mind. Highly recommend and support Green Goods for their business and customer support. 5 star rating 🙏🏽❤️🕊
Love the store I usually shop downtown and Emma and Rachel are awesome very knowledgeable and very helpful....I wish the black vireo pills were available in maybe a 5 pack rather than a 30 pack to try...I wouldn't be upset either if u brought in some higher THC Flower and pre rolls!
Friendly and very helpful from my initial meeting with the pharmacist to the staff that filled my medical marijuana tablets. Gracious with my education on their products informed by my specific chemo symptoms. It was a positive experience during a challenging time.
Excellent quality of service and quality of products. All of the staff at Green Goods are so friendly and helpful, they care about their patients, they remember your name and who you are, very nice people. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.
I mean where do you even start. Let's start with the exterior, there is literally piles of poop around the building, the sides, front and back of the building. There is garbage everywhere and bird poop that's been on the windows for months. But don't worry it gets worse as you go further into the building. When you walk in you are met with an entry way with more dust caked on the wall then a remodel on a building from the 40s. The building has no cleaning services which is apparent. According to Christine the manager they are responsible to clean the facility which rarely if ever gets done clearly by the appearance of the facility. I don't know who does the merchandising but it would appear a 5 year old was left in charge of the display cases. Poorly presented product that never gets updated. Let's get back to the free parking, they offer free parking yet the employees take up at least 50% to 60% of the parking lot. That's not putting your customers first. Everyone double parks and or parks in handicap with no handicap sticker or just parks in the no parking area. When brought to the manager and lead pharmacists attention they simply just don't care. Now lets talk about the product, overpriced dried out mids. The packs never come at the weight advertised usually much lower due to the extreme drying of the buds. After talking to someone at the grow house and doing a tour you can clearly see the building is not state of the art. Making the highest quality medical cannabis is obviously not a top priority for green goods. Between the theft and poor growing conditions a grow house employee told me you are lucky to see and flower at all. Hence bringing in the 3rd party products. Between the missing products, seeds in the weed and overall dryness of all the flower this 1 star review is well earned. As far as the stores atmosphere if you can deal with disruptive and disorderly patients going through a mental breakdown or the non service dogs barking and no one doing anything or the patients getting high in the bathrooms or even in the waiting rooms or just stepping outside the doors and leaning on the building smoking this might be the place for you. And if you ever wondered why no one answers the phone that is because they are on there personal phones not paying attention. And if you see an employee out in there vehicle best believe they are getting high on the job.
This is one of my two favorite green goods because the staff is so friendly. It's easy to get to and there is free parking available in the back.As far as products go I've heard good things of the sour blueberry gummies and the higher THC sativa or hybrid. I suggest looking into terpenes to see what sort of relief you need. Also the 2 gram syringe is the best bang for your buck when vaping. They have all the supplies you need to use their products in store. The eyce pieces are cool because they are made of silicone. The product is quality and you can trust where it's from which cannot be said about the black market.
