Love this place! Always has good deals! However the bud tenders are rude and prissy but want a tip lol the tip is have some knowledge on herb and be there for the right reasons. I work where I get gratuity and I earn it. And it’s more than one occasion that it’s happened.

Really good visit. People are very nice. Very happy with the products I got. Only bad thing I will say is there not too good with keeping up on the pricing on their website. A lot of the prices are wrong. I’ve learned when I actually show up.Bud tender Rai is amazing with her help..!

I've been here twice. The first time was literally an hour after they opened & the computers were malfunctioning but Lauren was amazing and made sure i had a great experience even though they were scrambling to tie up loose ends. Second time i was helped by Mercedes and she was an absolute sweetheart. She was very patient & did everything she could to make sure i got the best deals possible & even pointed out a few of my favorite strains that i didn't see. I love it here

It was my son Roderick and my first time to backpack boys. We had been waiting for you to open. The experience was all bad. The woman was too busy bending over, showing her butt and her breasts to my son. She was extremely rude Because she was ignoring my needs flirting with my son thinking that that was my boy toy. I had asked about some edibles and disposables and had told me it’s the same ones that’s always on sale. I told her I’d never been there before so I don’t know what’s always on sale. After the way that I was treated, I didn’t want to purchase anything. I came in there with the intentions of purchasing other things. But she was so rude. I didn’t wanna spend my money with someone that was treating me rude. So we went ahead and went across the street to the king of buds where we are always treated with respect and better prices

Update: had to take a star away because I realized I didn’t get everything I paid for unfortunately. Still great service though, just check your bag before you leave!!First time here all the way from Cleveland! Me and my friends had a GREAT experience with Twist! He was very helpful despite 5 of us walking up to his registration all wanting to order. He had recommendations on the spot and was very polite and easy to talk to. Definitely will be coming back here again.
