This is the best store in Michigan, categorically, they have top notch personable customer service, and of course excellent product. I've been shopping at their North store for 4 years in. This is the first time I went to the south store. Honestly, I was very impressed with everything. Reese at the front desk, is excellent.Chuck was my budtender and he's really good at what he does. Always gets you the best for you. They have the best staff here. The manager Jake gave me first class service and it was appreciated, he runs a top-notch dispensary. I've been to over 75 dispensaries in five different states. I'm writing this paragraph because they deserve the credit. I highly recommend going to Dispo South in Bay City.

We were greeted by a gentleman named Andrew, and right away I could tell he knew what he was doing. I told him it was our first time and handed him a pack of coupons we brought, and he hooked us up big time.I’ve been to other dispensaries in the area where I’ll request a specific type or strain and they say it’s what I’m getting…but when I get home and open the bag, it’s not what I asked for. They seal it up fast, send you on your way, and you don’t find out until later that you got the wrong product. It has happened to me more than once.Andrew did NOT let that happen.He showed me everything, took items out of the packages, confirmed the strain, and made sure I got exactly what I asked for. I am not necessarily an excitable fella all in all, but I must admit that Dispo South sometimes brings it out in me. While I always leave there happy, yesterday it was kinda like a kid on Christmas morning we were so stoked. The atmosphere and selection are always great and the people epic, but Mattie absolutely crushed it with her knowledge, friendliness, and deals that felt like steals. My husband and I had been coming in, but the way Zack refused to listen and kept pushing metrics over caring what the customer had to say caused us to take business elsewhere. We got a better deal by doing so. Nature's Best gave a better deal on the same type of flower we were going to get and a discount on shatter while being more courteous. Customer service goes far. As a manger, he should know that already. The women at the counter have always been great.
