On the whole I love coming here when I’m in town, but recently had an experience where I had ordered ahead purposely because I have PTSD and tend to try to avoid crowds and lines. It was busy when I arrived and all employees were assisting other customers. I have no issue waiting my turn, but when the next employee was free they did not offer to assist me and instead helped a man who had already been greeted and was being helped along with their spouse. There was no acknowledgement of me having been waiting there. After more time passed, while the couple was still deciding, another employee offered to assist and grabbed my order while assisting the couple. No apology or acknowledgment of my wait time. Overall, not a great customer service experience and left me feeling frustrated.

I visited Cape Cod in May and was able to stop into The Piping Plover with my mom. When we walked in we were able to get some free products from an awesome Good Chemistry representative, Dylan. Upon entering the dispensary, we loved the service we got from Michael! He was incredibly kind and patient. He picks the buds himself and was excited to let us see a few different strains before making our selections. This dispensary is a little bit on the pricier side for ones I’ve been to on the Cape, but absolutely worth it. The Good Chemistry live resin cartridges were excellent and we also loved the flower! Great variety and really down-to-earth, helpful staff. We will absolutely be back!

Love making my annual stop-in to Piping Plover when we summer in Wellfleet! It’s been awesome to see the change in product over the last few years and the availability of everything you need in one stop … plus the staff is always super-friendly and enhances the v chill vibe of shopping here 🙂

I’ve been shopping here since September 2023 and it’s been such a great experience! Staff has helped me identify strains to help with migraine pain, and on a day when I didn’t have access to my debit card, the owner was kind enough to provide a battery for me for free. It’s a small town feel with big city knowledge.
