Love 253! I go there weekly despite having a medical card. The staff is AMAZING! Great products and selection. However, the new style preroll is AWFUL. They do not smoke well! Please bring back the cone style!

I just turned 21 yesterday, I walked in and was greeted with probably the most kind man I have ever met. He was so cool and made me feel so comfortable especially being kinda nervous it being my first time walking in. I told him it was my birthday and it’s almost like we were celebrating it together. He talked me through everything and how everything kinda works at a dispensary. I then proceeded in the next room to pick up an online order. Everyone was very friendly in there as well! When I came back out, the man at the front desk restocked the snacks for me and told me to grab a bunch for my birthday. The whole experience was just something I would have NEVER expected, but instead I have made such an amazing first memory from coming here. Thank you 253. Your front desk man needs a raise! He is phenomenal ☺️

Great shop with some nice choices. I wish they would stock Garcia Hand Picked regularly. They run out and then you have to wait a long time for restock.

Recently, I had a poor customer service experience at 253 and left a correspondingly poor review; however, I am happy to say that they could not have gone more above and beyond in righting it. Both the staff member in question and the manager apologized personally and very authentically to me, and additional steps were taken to further rectify my previous experience. I can honestly say that I could not be more pleased with how things ultimately turned out; 253 has absolutely restored my faith in them, and I continue to recommend them with the utmost sincerity. Thank you 253 Farmacy!

Love going to this place! Everyone is so nice and they have some pretty great products. We usually get the ground flower so many good choices, my husband loves the high potency ones the best. I like the lost farm gummies ice cream cake (yum) is a good choice for indica dominant strain ❤️. Very great crew working here, and I never have a bad experience here. Stop by there and check it out 🙂
