The satellite store in Amherst is just as awesome and like the main location, they are always stocked well with a great variety. Very comfortable environment. Staff is friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I have been to a number of dispensaries and 253 is the only one I use. Sarah, my last "budtender" took all the time I needed, explained how different products work. I highly recommend this dispensary!!!

Once a month i take an hour and a half ride all the way to 253 because in my opinion its the best dispensary around. Their products are not only superior but affordable too. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because there isnt a very big selection of high potency indica flower other than governmint oasis. Sarah was my bud tender this time, she was super chill and very helpful with the newbie we brought in.

Relaxed atmosphere so isn't overwhelming to the newbies and professional & knowledgeable. And KIND! Also can't beat the prices. Worth the hour road trip adventure for us!

Love 253! I go there weekly despite having a medical card. The staff is AMAZING! Great products and selection. However, the new style preroll is AWFUL. They do not smoke well! Please bring back the cone style!

I just turned 21 yesterday, I walked in and was greeted with probably the most kind man I have ever met. He was so cool and made me feel so comfortable especially being kinda nervous it being my first time walking in. I told him it was my birthday and it’s almost like we were celebrating it together. He talked me through everything and how everything kinda works at a dispensary. I then proceeded in the next room to pick up an online order. Everyone was very friendly in there as well! When I came back out, the man at the front desk restocked the snacks for me and told me to grab a bunch for my birthday. The whole experience was just something I would have NEVER expected, but instead I have made such an amazing first memory from coming here. Thank you 253. Your front desk man needs a raise! He is phenomenal ☺️

Recently, I had a poor customer service experience at 253 and left a correspondingly poor review; however, I am happy to say that they could not have gone more above and beyond in righting it. Both the staff member in question and the manager apologized personally and very authentically to me, and additional steps were taken to further rectify my previous experience. I can honestly say that I could not be more pleased with how things ultimately turned out; 253 has absolutely restored my faith in them, and I continue to recommend them with the utmost sincerity. Love going to this place! Everyone is so nice and they have some pretty great products. We usually get the ground flower so many good choices, my husband loves the high potency ones the best. I like the lost farm gummies ice cream cake (yum) is a good choice for indica dominant strain ❤️. Very great crew working here, and I never have a bad experience here. Stop by there and check it out 🙂
