Depending on who you get for staff can make or break the experience. Some staff are very helpful while others seem to be having a bad day. There's usually a steady flow of customers based off my experience, thats to be expected since its medical and Rec. They have a great selection and their rewards system is also a nice incentive.

U would think w all the business this place is losing to joint operations the budtenders could be friendly when you choose to come here, asked about the price drop stuff and apparently it wasn't in the system correctly. Guy couldn't seem to figure out the price so I corrected him, Got all sassy like ' I don't know all the prices'. Ok simmer down bro and yr welcome for bringing my business here, legit made me feel bad for shopping here

The only dispensary I go to that you have to stand outside until a security guard lets you in the first door of the building. It’s unwelcoming. Their bud is always trimmed perfectly. My only complaint regarding product is they very rarely discount their shake/trim anymore. With all the competition - I can certainly get it cheaper elsewhere.

They would not follow through with the promo they have showing on their website banner. They are advertising 1g concentrate, 4 for $100. I added 4 concentrates to my bag and drove to the store for them to tell me it is sanctuary product only. That was not advertised online and they would not honor my order. When I told them they should advertise that online, I was given no response and a dirty look from the 2 men behind the counter

If you want to pay for overpriced, dry, bunk weed, this is your place! The carts are absolute trash with no difference from sucking air through a straw😭 the employees are rude and disrespectful as well as the manager Mike and Andrea ( C U Next lol) you’d be better off hitting up your buddy from high school that’s posting 20 an eighth on his Snapchat. Aside from that there’s an actual pretty cool vibe in the store! An update of staff and Deals as well as a new line up of strains would make a world of difference for your business. I upped my review from 2 to 3 stars due to some new employees, and finally offering some competitive deals. Still find alot to be overpriced. Alot of their gear is expensive which is the exact opposite of how it was when they first opened. Every package of flower I've gotten from there is dried out. As someone with experience I attempted several times to offer information and advice to help them remedy their issue, but fell on deaf ears. It's there in a pinch.

The deal of the day… little did I know how crowded it would be… new patient so had to wait longer than normal.. staff were so efficient moving peeps along.. way to small space for volume.. but again it was 40% off everything.. wow! Been in all week to try to get a deal that was advertised, and they have sold out of it, which yeah, I get it, sucks but no prob. However tonight my husband called ahead to confirm they had the product in stock, was told yes, we arrive 5 mins later and was told by the rude kid with no personality that they’ve been out. No customer service skills.. offered no alternative options or suggestions. Unfortunately it hurts a business when it’s obvious the employee is inconvenienced by your presence.

Awful service will never go again I was on website earlier they had an item mark for sale !! Drove 40 minutes only to find out if was marked wrong an she would not honor it not the way to do business putting in a call to the better Business bureau....I went to the new dispensary by k-mart in Fitchburg got 8th of concentrates for 100 normal price daily apposed to 150 for 4 grams

I highly recommend trying some of their sauce! I am much more of a crumble/shatter person however was talked into trying some blue cheese x pineskunk sauce. It was amazing! Great taste and flavors, overall one of my favorite concentrates from Sanctuary.
