I’ve been coming here for 2 years. They used to be high quality dispensary, but unfortunately now this is the fasting declining dispensary in Boston. I have bought multiple defective products from this location and each time they refuse to refund me or replace the product. Additionally, their prices are higher than other dispensaries in the area.AVOID this place like the plague, go to High Profile x Bodega 10 minutes away instead - better products, better vibes and better customer service.The daytime manager here is a spineless coward who enjoys stealing from loyal paying customers.

I come here all the time lol. I love the selection and the employees are literally so knowledgeable on everything in the store. The only issue is the money back situation. If you purchase anything with a debit card for someone reason they have to give you cash back and you’ll be standing there confused counting your change. They will round up your price on the card and give you the difference back in cash. Been going here for years and still don’t understand it. So I just recommend to go in there paying with cash to avoid confusion.

All dispensaries are not created equal! The guys and girls here are always really nice and personable. I always get awesome service!!! I was just taken care of by Alec and as always he was knowledgeable, and got me the best bang for my buck!! I highly recommended this place. After a few visits here I highly suggest going elsewhere when looking for goodies. On multiple occasions I’ve been sold flower either dust dry or soaking wet and can’t be smoked for days/weeks. Today I got some garden remedies product packaged over 6 months ago. How do you have product that old for sale at full price with the industry doing as well as it is? My flower and bubble hash were both from mid 2021. Plenty of other places around.

This location is near my home, being courteous seems to be a priority for them, and the products are good. However, It was pretty warm out today, and over the summer it’s been pretty warm as well. So it’s not the greatest dispensary to go to if you’re looking to go shopping comfortably. They have NO AIR CONDITIONING! ☹️ Waiting in a hot line outside and then having to go into an oven to shop is not my idea of shopping. It’s not the experience clients should have. To advertise being “the best dispensary in Boston” is kind of a far fetched idea. The customer must feel comfortable when shopping to be the best dispensary in Boston. That certainly wasn’t the case for me or my friends.

Let me start by saying I’ve been shopping here consistently since they opened in 2020. I’m a huge supporter of the fist black owned shop in our community. (truly groundbreaking and iconic).The product offerings are vast/diverse and mostly outsourced from local growers throughout Mass.They’ve built up their accessories section recently.Pricing is good and there are a lot of options to accommodate most budgets.My only complaint with Pure Oasis is their customer service is EXTREMELY inconsistent.You can definitely feel/see the difference in: energy, knowledge, and experience from the original staff to the current staff.I mean it’s been a tough year and quality staffing is an issue for lots of business.I will continue to support. Being down the street, I was elated to hear of a new dispensary in Boston. Pure Oasis is a small dispensary, with an inventory to match. While customer service is decent at best, the website is rarely updated to display current availability (or unavailability) of products. On more than one occasion, orders have been submitted and confirmed, only to be told my selected products aren’t available, or my order can’t be found in the system. In addition, each time I have been sent messages from Pure Oasis through their system, reassuring me that my order was fulfilled and, in fact, “ready for pickup”, and to “disregard any cancellation notices”, in what seems like a plea to get you in store to push their other products when they can’t provide the one you actually want. Prepare for your visit to exceed 15 minutes even on the slowest of days, despite the number of customers or budtenders in store. The testing on their products seems highly inflated. Transactions under $10 are rounded up to $10 and charged an additional fee for debit and the 20% tax (which is normal and expected), but their prices exceed that of dispensaries offering higher quality products and better service. No eighth you can get from here is worth the $72 after tax. Instead of submitting an order, and waking in to *maybe* get your sh*t, hit the plug and call it a day.

I waited in line for 15+ minutes only to be told that no one else would be entering (even the people who’s ID was already scanned). Started going once they opened and business has remained relatively the same. Most of the staff I recall working there have left or were ‘let go’ so that’s a downer. Prices I will have to say are a bit over the edge even for a rec place. There is another rec location that offers better prices and even weekly deals that this location does not. On occasion I’ve had staff tell me misleading information or not even be specific about certain products availability. I was even more disappointed recently when I saw a certain product being listed for 2.50 cents and because I cannot pre order(another downside) I had to go in and find out at the register that those products were only priced that way if you meet a certain price point in the store. I think that this location is a huge money grab, taking advantage of the urban community appeal and selling unfairly priced product. Product that is actually outsourced from medical stores. I wish that this location can actually get better in year 2 of their opening. I had so much faith in this location as life long community member but sadly, I’m losing faith. If you do not mind anything I mentioned above please feel free to shop.

It was a little hard to find, not because it was in a bad spot but do to local laws and not being able to have a sign outside (it's next to the church). But once inside, it was a nice experience, I got to talking to Theresa, who I adore. She's as friendly, smart and knowledgeable about the products as she is beautiful. Took all the time in the world to explain what everything was n how different strains reacted with your body. Super clean. The menu was a good size, not so big that it became over baring but big enough that you had plenty to choose from. Deffently will be coming back

I let him know it was my first time, and he cracked a joke that immediately put my husband and I at ease. We followed the social distancing line until it was our turn to be serviced. Shenae (sorry if the spelling is wrong) called us over and once again I explained we were newbies. She was so cool, kind, informed, and professional. We left with the perfect strand for us! The price point was a little higher than I'm used to, but Shenae was worth the extra $10-$15 I don't pay "on the street". I don't live in Boston but if I did, Pure Oasis would have definitely gained a loyal customer!

One of the best dispensary experiences I have ever had. Very personal service, even given the distancing rules related to COVID. They have a curbside setup where a bud-tender consults you with a tablet over the small fence separating their property from the sidewalk. The bud-tender helps you select your product and runs your card right there and gets the product. The product selection, by the way is fantastic for such a small dispensary - plenty of flower and edibles to choose from. The bud-tenders are also very very friendly and professional. Highly, highly recommend this dispensary!

Little to no wait when I showed up, staff were very friendly and efficient and some the best weed I’ve ever had. Totally blows the other dispensaries in the area out of the water. Highly recommend!

Was expecting to have to wait for hours since I’ve been to other dispensaries with really long lines, and I assumed that would only be made longer with social distancing protocols, but it was a very quick, painless, and safe process. I never had to go inside, and all of the staff was wearing masks which I really appreciated. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Today was the first of MANY days that I will be going to Pure Oasis! Governor Baker has finally decided to “open outside” and Pure Oasis was my FIRST retail choice. Not only do I feel great supporting a local business but I am impressed by the customer service that I received on a BUSY day! This was EVERYTHING! I recommend that everyone downloads the Hypur app to make the transaction even easier! Shout out to the budtender that was extremely patient as I needed to reset my Hypur PIN number! ????????????????????

Bostons first recreational dispensary is LIT!This is by far the best experience I have had in any dispensary- from start to finish. There are so many products to try and the team is very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish.The best part is there is hardly any wait time-the small line moved quick, and with good music and friendly staff, and all happy customers all around, the vibe was right! I came here to pick up a few gifts for some friends and was pleasantly surprised by helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. You can even see what you are buying prior. This is all recreational and doesn't have the same limits as the other places in town. Lastly their products are a step above the rest. Will be back again! Highly, highly recommended. 🙂

Waited in line to get my id checked mutiple times. Had police presence and cameras outside. Alot of people can face backlash from a employer just for being on camera. Not to mention we were limited to 3.5 after waiting an hour. 60 bucks for 3.5. Massachusetts medical and legal marijuana process is a joke compared to other states. Prices are OUTRAGEOUS! NEVER AGAIN!

Easily accessible from pubic transportation and most importantly a benefit to the local economy.Pure Oasis, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, and Boston Police Department and to many other organizations to list have done an amazing job in addressing economic disparity while increasing public safety. An amazing team led by the Mayor's office and supported on all sides from the district attorney to the cannabis control board. This is sure to be a success that will benefit the Dorchester Community by providing jobs and giving back locally thus leading the way for more solutions at a time when this country needs it the most. And another first for Boston showing that innovation is in the making!
