Edit: I went back to this location yesterday and was surprised to see that the general manager had left a note on my account rectifying the below issue. The problem was solved better than a customer could have imagined. Thank you GM. 😊 happy customer.DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WEBSITE PRICING.I have been going here for years, but all of a sudden they have not been honoring the online pricing. I have a confirmed pickup only to be told they would not honor the price, but will sale it to me for $45 instead. This is the second time. See attached photo. Price should be honored once placed online from store website, and order has been packed. This practice of underpricing on website to get us in the store to only not sale it as advertised is unfair to customers.

Love this place, but my all time favorite products were the Rave live resin carts, which were great quality with the great effects, and affordable to boot. Now they are discontinued and I'm looking forward to whatever the company comes up with in the future for its house brand live resin.My very favorite strain was the Rave Blue Dream live resin, so I hope that strain comes back, especially. The liquid diamonds version had no effect on me whatsoever, so I hope whatever comes next is true live resin. I don't trust anything with distillate, to be honest.I'll add a 5th star when the new live resin rolls out, assuming it does, that's what an employee told me.

Love this place!! From the door to the register the people are all great, friendly & super helpful for all my questions! I love the reward program too, nice bonus!! Sign up for the emails and you'll get all the deals too which is obviously awesome! There are quite a few dispensaries in the area but Resinate is my favorite and usually the only one with parking!!

I have to say I've shopped many dispensaries since cannabis since it became legal, YAY!!! But somehow I missed this place and I'm regretting not coming here earlier. My first experience there was great the entire staff was helpful they are always running some sort of deal. My last visit I brought my friend in because they were having a special on concentrates. Now my friend can be indecisive and need more information about the concentrates he buys, so I've witnessed budtenders get frustrated with him, NOT HERE, Marco was patient, helped my best friend and made him feel comfortable. Also a pre-roll was included for a dollar for him and he was thrilled. I had dealt with another young gentlemen that works there, sorry I can't remember his name at the moment, but he ended up informing me on some pretty sweet specials that were right up my ally!!! Today was another great experience, I had first ordered the Skunk #1, great strain!!! I wanted some of their 10 for $40 prerolls as well, a very nice woman answered the phone and kindly directed me where to find that special on their website (I had a stoner moment) LOL. So I then placed another preorder for my prerolls. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and kindly. My ID was scanned and again Marco was working, he grabbed my preorder and I had mentioned I liked Haze strains, he in formed me that they had an 1/8 of Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze on sale! Definitely speaking my language!!! So I ended up with a great deal with everything I wanted and then some! Marco is an asset to your team, he is kind, cool and collected, a great person!!! I love the rest of the team they have always been informative, kind and friendly A+++ service!!! Keep up the amazing work everyone and their brand of cannabis, totally worth every penny (Pictured is everything I bought minus a pre-roll or two lol) again thank you everyone that works hard to make the process run smoothly.-Nick

They respect pronouns, they have a great rewards program... They even brought it up themselves when they noticed I hadn't been accruing points for some reason, and they retroactively awarded me $60.Thank you to the Resinate staff! Worth the drive.

Seriously feels like they don't want customers. I parked, go to ring my friends apt in the building right next to the store, since we are both going in together. Guy says "customers only parking" I try telling him I'm coming inside in a couple minutes, just meeting someone (again, who was coming in with me). He still said I couldn't use the customer parking. I would've ignored him, got my friend, and gone in, but I'm not gonna patronize a business that's gonna argue with me before I even walk in the door.I'd understand if the place was packed and someone going right in was waiting to park, but the place was empty.I moved my car, and went to Honey instead. Glad I did! Nicer people and better product. Highly recommend it, it's worth the walk around the corner.

Easy to get to and had great pricing! I did a pickup order through the website which gave me a great discount but when I went to pick the order up they gave me a different price. Once I brought it up they immediately corrected it so shout out Ashley G and the other bud tenders who helped with that! Great atmosphere as well so I highly recommend!
