Diego, gave me the wrong product & they wanted me to come back with my receipt , which they also did not give me, so I asked for some credit seeing I ride an e-bike & didn’t want to go back because it’s cold out & they wouldn’t give me credit either. Not happy at all… Will go somewhere else from now on! 🙁

I visit this location all the time and everybody is so nice but unfortunately no one had ever told me they had a rewards program which was unfortunate since I come there on a regular basis. Today my visit was amazing. Diego explained everything to me about the rewards points and told me to sign up. He was so helpful and professional. Do you want me to add a photo?

Great store!! So welcoming .. they really go out of their way to make it a very personal friendly experience. All of the staff are super helpful and welcoming which makes for a nice experience. They always have a variety of great strains for flower, tinctures are amazing and are always failrly priced .. you get a good variety for your buck .. Not just a store that will forget your name or your face. Strongly recommend 10/10 cannot say enough good about this place. Lucky to finally have a great store locally 😊😊

Stopped by Richdale a bit over a week ago and one of the guys was super nice and offered to show me around as they just recently opened! I ended up going to grab and coffee and stopped by and Bobby was super helpful. I’m very indecisive and he was happy to pick me something good. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun friendly place with good vibes and good bud! 🍁
