I upped my review from 2 to 3 stars due to some new employees, and finally offering some competitive deals. Still find alot to be overpriced. Alot of their gear is expensive which is the exact opposite of how it was when they first opened. Every package of flower I've gotten from there is dried out. As someone with experience I attempted several times to offer information and advice to help them remedy their issue, but fell on deaf ears. It's there in a pinch.

This has become a local staple since the legalization of marijuana. We were able to go here at 930 at night and it was busy but not too busy. The staff here were very friendly and professional. Parking was easily accessable and convenient with a lot right out front.

Friendly staff, both recreational and medicinal flower, edibles, dabs, and a great selection of just about anything else you could need to have a great night or pain management. Prices are good for a dispensary, and after a few visits, they almost always have a deal going! Well be back again!

The deal of the day… little did I know how crowded it would be… new patient so had to wait longer than normal.. staff were so efficient moving peeps along.. way to small space for volume.. but again it was 40% off everything.. wow! Staff were great .. deals were unreal! I love when I say.. “ hey pick me a pre roll”… they nailed it!

poor service, chemically burnt products that are very harsh, employees unfriendly, do not honor deals, overall do not recommendmanager of facility (Nicky?) is a creep - went to school with a girl who worked there and when he was accused of valid SA she was terminated .... apparently hes had issues with other females as well yet is married with a baby - spend your money elsewhere

Been in all week to try to get a deal that was advertised, and they have sold out of it, which yeah, I get it, sucks but no prob. However tonight my husband called ahead to confirm they had the product in stock, was told yes, we arrive 5 mins later and was told by the rude kid with no personality that they’ve been out. No customer service skills.. offered no alternative options or suggestions. Unfortunately it hurts a business when it’s obvious the employee is inconvenienced by your presence.

They do not honor their corporate sales people here are not friendly you're better off going to Brookline where they have their act together and you won't leave disappointed.

Awful service will never go again I was on website earlier they had an item mark for sale !! Drove 40 minutes only to find out if was marked wrong an she would not honor it not the way to do business putting in a call to the better Business bureau....I went to the new dispensary by k-mart in Fitchburg got 8th of concentrates for 100 normal price daily apposed to 150 for 4 grams

Best experience. Easy, comfortable, informative, friendly and everything you'd want walking into a dispensary. It may be small, but I think it packs a punch. I won't settle for any other dispensary lol They are my favorite and always a treat. The concentrates, flower, edibles, everything is of great quality and it keeps me coming back. I highly recommend trying some of their sauce! I am much more of a crumble/shatter person however was talked into trying some blue cheese x pineskunk sauce. It was amazing! Great taste and flavors, overall one of my favorite concentrates from Sanctuary.
