Super cool and chill dude, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and very engaged. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. It’ was a way better experience than I’ve ever had at their competitor in Elkton.

Last time I was in I dealt with CiCi and she's one of my favorite bud tenders, she's always on top of things and makes great recommendations when I'm indecisive. Super cool people, stellar place.

She was Just an amazing person to work with she was very helpful answer all my questions very kind and sweet generous definitely look forward to seeing her again made my visit a lot nicer than expected. I've been in so much pain and the topical lotion that she had prescribed for me to try and the other edibles that she prescribed for me to try worked amazingly last night and this morning. This was my 1st time here and I had the best experience. I was nervous because I thought they wouldn't have what I liked and I just tried it and I recommend this place. I love how all the staff are friendly and I had a great experience with Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn helped me with my 1st visit and helped me get something that I like. She even helped me with finding something within my budget and recommended me things to try. I can say sorry for long review and I can say for a fact that I will becoming here again in the future.

Been coming here since they opened. Normally a great experience. Although after bringing in coupons from their egg hunt. The date on the coupon says 4/21 through 6/28. I was told that it was not a six that it was a five. Three coupons that I saved to make three separate trips.Now I was told to just throw them in the trash. After spending the day supporting the event and the egg hunt. Paying for tickets. Realizing I only had about a week left, I figured I'd better go ahead and use them.Took a picture and zoomed in on the dates. Because I know what they say.Took it into the ladies doing intake. I said what is the date. (Without telling her). She said 6/28. They all agree that the numbers were almost impossible to distinguish the difference. They could have at least work with me. Instead of telling me to now throw them away. It was there typing/printing mistake. 🤔 I'd be glad to share a picture of the coupons and or bring them to show. The Printing is horrible. They should have just said good for thirty days. I'd have had no problem using them before they expired. Manager was very unkind and unprofessional. Not the usual vibe. To laugh and tell me to just throw them away was really rude. I have a lot of anxiety. That certainly didn't help.

This place used to have 3.9 stars for a long time and I think they scrubbed the reviews. 3.9 was generous.This is the 4th time I wanted to write a Google review on this place to share my frustrating experience - but held back because - it’ll get better right?The pricing system here is confusing and annoying, and seems to change often. Some budtenders are accommodating, others act like you're an inconvenience.If you’re not willing to help your customers navigate these “deals”, just set your prices fairly and consistently!! Everything feels overpriced in an effort to make the sales seem good.I feel like even when I call to confirm details or ask questions, everyone is told something different there. I never see the same staff twice.Good customer service and patient satisfaction is hugely compromised because of it.The selection is usually just okay. If you’re looking for both customer service, selection, and consistently low prices, try the dispensary in Joppa.

Gets worse every visit. First the wait time increases and now they aren't honoring discounts and deals. I came in a month ago after checking the daily deals. I called to verify the deal and price before placing my order and was charged double when I arrived because it was a mistake. Apparently whoever posted the deal put the wrong price. The supervisor offered me a discount off my next purchase. Came in today to receive said discount only to find out that they didn't put it in my account nor would they honor it. Instead I was told once again. "We can take it off your next order." It definitely won't be a next order! smh

They have 12-14 cash registers at minimum. But, no one works them. Usually only 4-5 are open if that and there's always 10 people running around the back behind the counter. Some of the worst wait times in the state even for medical patients, it honestly doesn't even make any sense how their wait times are that long with the stuff they have. Gotten much slower as they have gotten larger. Don't go if you're in a rush or have any plans within the next hour.Great selection. Bad prices.Sunmed qtrs used to be 25 on Sundays prior to rec and now are 180+ for an ounce.Again, This could be such a special place. But save your $$ and drive across the bridge. Cecil isn't the spot to buy cannabis...yet.

Stopped in for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by the environment. It was very open and inviting. Once I got my order placed, a lovely young woman by the name of Emily was radiating from behind the counter with a welcoming smile! Within a matter of minutes after placing my order I was practically walking out. Everyone made my presence and business feel appreciated. I will surely be returning!

So I ordered 2 things for next day delivery and the Mimosa was great and was all good until I opened my Grassroots Birthday Cake pen which was supposed to be a .3 but was at least 85% empty and text them back but got no reply. I know a .3 isn’t much but $40 is $40 and it was like a 0. 09.Driver was nice tho.

Supply is inconsistent and problematic if one is fighting Chronic Pain. Most of the staff are great to deal with others are trying to micromanage each patient & staff ! The selection and daily specials make this the Premiere Dispensary in Cecil County. So roll the dice and don't exchange too many words with employees, they get into trouble for talking to customers !

Very disappointing to read negative reviews due to not being able to attend a free event, seriously? We are reviewing the dispensary, the staff, product, pricing. All of which are amazing! The only concern I have is when you find the right medication and then it doesn't come back? This is very frustrating to many and now started going to others in Maryland to locate what I like and need. NCW still has the best daily specials and make sure you ask about quantity, other dispensaries offer more.
