I absolutely love this dispensary! I stopped by for the first time while I was traveling. When you walk in, they have arcade games, including Mrs.PAC-Man and Galaga, which are free to play, and they also have a candy dish. Both workers I spoke to were really nice, and I got a free preroll as a first time customer. The prices and selection were great, and to top it off they give away FREE ice cream, stickers, and merch. Will definitely be back:) Thanks for the treats!

Jacob, my budtender, was awesome—super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He really took his time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. His assistant was also really cool and helpful when Jacob had a quick question, which showed great teamwork.What really stood out (besides the great products and perks) was the ice cream chest—yes, a chest full of ice cream you can grab from while you shop! Who doesn’t love that? Between the excellent service, fun extras, and welcoming atmosphere, this was hands down one of my most memorable and feel-good dispensary experiences. This is an update to my previous post on June 17, 25. I went to this location to purchase some products In stock up as I live almost an hour away. Arrived home and found that I was short two carts called the store explained my situation. I was more or less blown off. Nobody wanted to help me. Upon receiving my review, Jackie took it upon herself to immediately contact me to see what happened. I explained the situation she apologized profusely and she gave me a credit for the missing products that I had. Jackie, thank you for everything you do you’re an asset to that company. You have restored my faith in Kind Farms, and I will continue to do business here.Thank you, Jackie.

Came from out of state, placed an online order and when I showed up the whole block was out of power from the recent storms! Tops Farm was STILL OPEN! They were still able to process my order! Everyone was SO nice and apologetic even though it was totally not their fault! The product quality is excellent and I will be back!

Answered the 📲 when I called 15min BEFORE CLOSING AND STILL SERVICE AT 7:55PM , only 5 min before closing, NO OTHER MEDICAL MARIJUANA Dispensary does that!!! They close the doors at quarter of typically. NOT THIS PLACE!!😎👍 And the staff was so professional & informative 👏🏼 about their sellection, not like other places I shall remain nameless ( so not to be a Debbie Downer) who just SAY YUP THATS GOOD TO EVERYTHING THEY SELL. So, this is my dispensary now. You can't beat the prices or the selection. Both times I've been here I was waited on by Hayden, who was very helpful, even beyond the transaction. Last time I was in, they gave me the rundown of everything because it was my first visit to a Maine dispensary. This time, they made sure I had a free childproof bag to protect my pups.Also...I'll take any opportunity to talk about my dogs, of whom I'm ALWAYS asked and will always appreciate. Look! There they are now!

I absolutely love this place and their products, this is the top medical dispensary I've found in my travels. I'm not very knowledgeable on certain things and the staff member I had was absolutely amazing explaining things to me and didn't seem to get annoyed at my lack of knowledge. It's clean and inviting and the pricing is very fair for the quality of products. They also do daily discounts during the week, have free ice cream and pacman. Where could you go wrong

Ever since Tops Farm switched from Delivery to Storefront, they have been a stop on my journey to Maine each and every trip. Pricing is very straightforward as well as fair, and the medicine they grow is always Grade A. Today, I was helped by Kelcey, who was an absolute gem and who I will look for on future visits. She clearly had a deep understanding of the products offered and answered every question I threw her way with ease. Oh, and don't forget to grab your complimentary ice cream on the way out! 🥳
