Been going to this dispensary for a couple years and have always had a good experience. Yesterday I placed an order, got a text that the order was ready. Called to verify, I have had issues ordering before, and let them know I will be up to pickup after work. Got there and was told they don't have my order. Blamed it on some inventory issue. Never called or texted to let me know. Would have been nice if they just admitted that they sold my order to someone else. Long drive for nothing and to be treated like crap from the guy working the counter. Good thing coastal roots just opened and knows how to treat loyal customers!!

I seriously will travel 2 1/2 hours to come to this dispensary. It's my favorite one I've been to in Maine! I absolutely love the vibes in there, the staff are extremely helpful and have phenomonal recommendations!

This is the BEST/my FAVORITE dispensary! These ladies are SO NICE & HELPFUL! And if you race at Oxford Dragway, yoi get 10% off! These guys really are amazing and when I was short on cash they gave me options that not only SAVED me money but got me more profuct! GO ALTERNATIVE ESSENCE!

Great knowledgeable staff, excellent productsEdit 7/14/23Really upset and disappointed. We visited the store today, as we saw there was some new stuff on the menu. One of the staff members (blonde, female) scanned us in. She barely smiled upon greeting us, and hardly spoke letting us in. Her attitude was abrupt and her manner curt and unfriendly. We are local patrons, who have spent literal thousands in this establishment, and will not be returning to be treated in such a way anytime soon. Her coworker counterpart was very friendly and helpful, and embarrassed by the formers behavior.
