the new Iberia location is way better service, they nicer to me, they know me by name bc I'm a big time spender. I spent over 20gs last year. I'm hear bc I'm very pissed that they took 1,500 loyalty point away. no email or text. guy said they just tried calling ppl. so I lost basically $1,500 when I just renewed my script like 2 or 3 months ago at the max! I'm very unhappy and disappointed. I spent to much money every year to get ripped off like that. they basically stole $1,500 because $1=1 point. this is just outragise!!!! if they would have more in the state ppl would stop going to Apothacry! they didn't offer me anything at all for my point loss. which I know everybody lost them but I would be what you call a very important client if it would be at another sales store. so I'm calling the B.B.B. I'm not playing when it comes to my $. I have had my license the first year it was legal! when all y'all had was tintures and 1gram for $25 lmao. since they opened if probaly at least spent $75,000, but I'm thinking closer to $100,000. I'm a V.I.P client bc of the amount of money I spend & I get treated like this. That's a bad businessman. I'm gonna switch to other disperarys in Louisiana. I'm boycotting all APOTHOCARY LOCATIONS!!!!!

This place is astonishing. Their customer service is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations everytime. Any questions, concerns, or feedback you have the employees are willing to listen and assist you without hesitation. Walking into the apothecary shoppe feels like meeting long lost friends. They are super friendly and inviting. Plus it’s a very quick and comfortable process. No matter how busy they seem they take time to fulfill the needs of each and every person individually in a timely manner. If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars I most definitely would!

Always have had great customer service and products from this location. Until today, the manager is very rude to only his black customers. But very friendly with his Caucasian friends. There’s a way to speak to a customer to get your point across, without yelling. Wish I could report him to high management but this will have to do. I’ll go to the Lafayette location instead.

So I usually don’t give reviews, but the New Iberia location is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The girl at the front desk with the blonde hair is an absolute godsend. When I came in with a vape tasting burnt, she was the only one who believed me and helped me through my issues.Just now, I had no clue about the high roller rewards. She helped me sign up, and get some free joints with my order. This nice lady needs a raise!!!

I have been to both locations (Lafayette and New Iberia) and staff are excellent at both. My questions and concerns have all been met with pleasant and knowledgeable responses. The Lafayette location can be quite busy at times. Ordering online and waiting for my text to come pick up solves any waiting issues. I love this place!
