The prices are ungodly... the most expensive I've ever seen (from California to DC).They also don't have pharmacy hours... closed after 5, and not open on weekends.Then again, they can do what they want since we don't have other options. The pharmacies have a monopoly on the areas they serve, and while the service is great, that's to be expected when you're paying 3 to 4 times the cost of other states (a couple of which use the same company to grow, yet they pay a much more reasonable cost for their meds).Thank goodness for medicalization, but aside from that, this is robbery.

Initially I left a "do not recommend" based on pricing and pricing alone. This was early in the "flower" program and prices were just high, there is no other way to put it. With little to no options available in stock at any given time. 2 years into "flower service" and its MUCH better. There are cheaper options available if you can catch them (sometimes as low as 20$ and 8th for 15-16%) The stall is amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and truly helpful.It's so much better I felt compelled to delete my prior review to write this one.Seriously great job, the pricing could be better on some items still, but everything else is fantastic. 👌

Other than that, it’s a very nice facility and very helpful pharmacists. First time i went they were out of some things and seriously the price of gummies is absolutely ridiculous. You can get 100mg gummies in a 5 pack for $10 elsewhere. They are selling 10 20mg gummies for $70+? It’s absurd how they price these.This pharmacy is way higher priced, don’t understand that.

I switched to Capital Wellness in Baton Rouge and their prices are so much lower then this place and has the same flower, same vape, same everything. Same strength flower and it way cheaper. I suggest everyone switch and try Capital Welness veruses this place if you have a way to get there. They are awesome. Just try them and go look on theor website. They got prices and brands and strains on their website, just like this place. This place is ripping people off.

I see this flower program as nothing more than extortion of the sick and those in need of this medicine. THC % shouldn't dictate price and $500-$600+ for 28 grams should be criminal. Better quality flower can readily be found in "legal" states sub $100. With that said, this "pharmacy" is charging a 20%-30%+ premium over other approved pharmacies in the state for the exact same product. There's no chance to see or smell the product before purchase and online images are stock photos. Popcorn/shake is being sold as whole flower, is dry and lacks the potency as described. I know better..and many are realizing that they are being taken, some going as far as out of state for medicine, or sadly going back to the black market for medicine. This is nothing more than a cash grab on the backs of the imfirmed. Shameful.

Most people are still going to see their “guy”. They are always out of cartridges too, which have a price that is almost 3x that of other states or suppliers. This is Louisiana funded drug dealing and the state is definitely getting its cut.

It like when I go see Tyrone or Leroy the street pharmaceutical company in the hood I like have to bring my own scales and talk him down from $10 per gram to $ 7 or $8 and usually pass around 1 or 3 to get the head right . It was just a experience that was good and staff was very helpful and the packaging that it comes in always comes in handy

I’m giving three stars only because of the woman who typically works the front. Everyone else is extremely nice and picking up my prescription is very easy and fast. However, I came in today and the lady was extremely rude to me and a guy who also came in. I wasn’t having the best day and had some pretty bad brain fog to where I couldn’t focus. She was on the phone and I politely waited for her to get off the phone. She then talked to me like I was a small child, who didn’t know anything. Rudely demanding ID and to get it out now. Mind you, I was fumbling with my wallet. I understand people have bad days at work and I know people have had to deal with rude people, but do not take it out on two bystanders who simply were just there to pick up their prescriptions with no problems. I am not bashing this woman, but do better. Otherwise, the online ordering is very convenient and everyone else is extremely nice. The environment is clean and organized.

First and foremost I have to Say..This Pharmacy is the most ''Welcoming'' place I've been to p/u up...my rx..since this started. The staff is willing & ready to please everyone! Product is available 99.5% of the time ! If you need something added to your order ~ then they are ready ~ SAME DAY.😎 ~ they try to please us. It’s always busy and I totally understand it but the process can use some revamping for organization & structure . The poor oil lady working the front desk is overwhelmed & she’s always appearing to either be frustrated or maybe just overwhelmed idk 🤷🏽♀️ but she can be very abrupt at times . Idk if she feels that’s the way she needs to be b/c of the type of pharmacy but it’s a medication for some not recreational .

Prices are quite high when compared to other states, but are in line with other dispensaries in Louisiana. The staff is friendly and the new location in Covington is a much nicer facility and a much better location to get to and from. They also have a website to view their products and place orders for pickup or delivery.

They make it as pleasurable and as easy as the Louisiana medical program and it’s(2 )suppliers allow.They are professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with.I live near The New Orleans dispensary and drive hours to Willow. They usually have cannabis oil when others are sold out.I’ve never had a bad experience at Willow as opposed to constantly in New Orleans at H and W Dispensary!The Medical Cannabis Program itself is a joke but Willow goes the extra step.

Other than that, it’s a very nice facility and very helpful pharmacists. First time i went they were out of some things and seriously the price of gummies is absolutely ridiculous. You can get 100mg gummies in a 5 pack for $10 elsewhere. They are selling 10 20mg gummies for $70+? It’s absurd how they price these.This pharmacy is way higher priced, don’t understand that.

I switched to Capital Wellness in Baton Rouge and their prices are so much lower then this place and has the same flower, same vape, same everything. Same strength flower and it way cheaper. I suggest everyone switch and try Capital Welness veruses this place if you have a way to get there. They are awesome. Just try them and go look on theor website. They got prices and brands and strains on their website, just like this place. This place is ripping people off.

I see this flower program as nothing more than extortion of the sick and those in need of this medicine. THC % shouldn't dictate price and $500-$600+ for 28 grams should be criminal. Better quality flower can readily be found in "legal" states sub $100. With that said, this "pharmacy" is charging a 20%-30%+ premium over other approved pharmacies in the state for the exact same product. There's no chance to see or smell the product before purchase and online images are stock photos. Popcorn/shake is being sold as whole flower, is dry and lacks the potency as described. I know better..and many are realizing that they are being taken, some going as far as out of state for medicine, or sadly going back to the black market for medicine. This is nothing more than a cash grab on the backs of the imfirmed. Shameful.

Most people are still going to see their “guy”. They are always out of cartridges too, which have a price that is almost 3x that of other states or suppliers. This is Louisiana funded drug dealing and the state is definitely getting its cut.

My first time there it felt really weird. It like when I go see Tyrone or Leroy the street pharmaceutical company in the hood I like have to bring my own scales and talk him down from $10 per gram to $ 7 or $8 and usually pass around 1 or 3 to get the head right . It was just a experience that was good and staff was very helpful and the packaging that it comes in always comes in handy

I’m giving three stars only because of the woman who typically works the front. Everyone else is extremely nice and picking up my prescription is very easy and fast. However, I came in today and the lady was extremely rude to me and a guy who also came in. I wasn’t having the best day and had some pretty bad brain fog to where I couldn’t focus. She was on the phone and I politely waited for her to get off the phone. She then talked to me like I was a small child, who didn’t know anything. Rudely demanding ID and to get it out now. Mind you, I was fumbling with my wallet. I understand people have bad days at work and I know people have had to deal with rude people, but do not take it out on two bystanders who simply were just there to pick up their prescriptions with no problems. I am not bashing this woman, but do better. Otherwise, the online ordering is very convenient and everyone else is extremely nice. The environment is clean and organized.
