Just a quick shout out about Nathan!His happy face and greeting is always showing when he’s present, no matter if he is my bud tender or not. He goes out his way to say hello, making me feel special and individual. When he is my tender, Nate is always giving me good suggestions and new blend availabilities. He’s always willing to help without being pushy!In a more personal level, Nate is also fun to talk to about his music and drumming passion. All in all, he always satisfies to make you feel good when you’re in the store. He is a really nice guy, knowing how to treat people, being a great asset to Maribis and their customers!Keep up the good work, Nate! You always put a smile on my face, bud! 🤙🏼
*updated review*. I’m guessing they have seen my review and decided to take away all of my life points away. Is this really how you treat loyal customers that spend hundreds of dollars in your store? I recommend to future customers to spend their hard earned money somewhere else. This dispensary doesn’t care about their customers at all.**To the owner of this establishment, please read my review** I’ve been buying from this dispensary for years now, and never once I had a problem with anyone until now. The manager that worked on 10-17-25 around 5:20pm was very rude and disrespectful towards me for no reason. She kept giving attitude to me when I was generally confused about the new policy. I was asking questions to help me better understand the policy, but she proceed to rudely say “I’m not going to sit here and argue with you”. I calmly told her that I’m not trying to argue with her and that I’m just genuinely asking questions about the new policy. Majority of your workers recognize me and never had an issue with me, and I always tipped them because they gave good service and advice these past year. This isn’t the first time I had an issue with that manager, the first time she chose to ignore me and didn’t serve me, but I chose to ignore her rude manner because I really love your dispensary and the products that you sell. Especially the kind workers who have served me before. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and to get treated like this by the manager of my favorite place is a slap to the face.
I love this store and the deals they bring Don’t get me wrong. But I’ve never seen any bud tender Uneager to be a bartender before like these two guy that are There in the evening. I asked them questions about products and comparisons, and they give me a few word answer. all my experiences I’ve had with bud tenders They are really Eager To find a product that’s best for you. They’re very eager to just help you before you even get to the counter . These guys seem like they barely want take your order. Super low energy and need more customer service skills.
I female 43 and a long-long time medical cannabis card holder “surprised? ( obviously )I stopped by yesterday and “ Trinity “approached and informed me at the door that “ I was banned and wasn’t allowed to shop here any longer. Why ? for leaving a review” and for my interaction with one of the tellers “ALEX”( the first review was 4 stars - and I really meant well and I mentioned all the good stuff :0) and didn’t name a sole. However, I did compliment ERIC. He is my favorite and the best employee there. A senior employee as I like to refer to Eric as. 🥰I have been shopping and spending tons and tons of money here since opening day. Ask anyone of the workers. Look at my transactions like we did at the Rosemont Location. Shopped weekly. Most months. Never not one issue for almost 3 years and NOW out of no where? I get BANNED? Maribus don’t think this is odd? Because Alex is a bad employee. Very rude in fact. My very last visit I got Alex as my teller. Asked “Alex” about Apple Pay. He freaked out on me for no reason. Raised his voice. Embarrassed me and kept over talking me and speaking rather loudly in front of other customers. He should be able to answer simple questions about a money transactions. He should be able to have a normal conversation without anger like that. Maybe more experience is needed . As you see all the bad reviews this location has.Get NEW employees.:0)I followed up and contacted the BBB and management to report the employees and their actions.
Came from Milwaukee so I’m not super familiar with brands and strains. My bud tender really came thru with the recommendations and I left super satisfied with my experience. I wish I remembered his name but it’s the black dude with the clean dreads. Thank you bro
I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Maribis on Mannheim Rd, especially Trinity. His customer service is absolutely phenomenal — the kind of service that makes you feel seen, understood, and truly cared for. I have PTSD and severe social anxiety, so walking into any store can be overwhelming for me. Trinity consistently goes above and beyond to make the experience comfortable, stress-free, and even enjoyable.He has an incredible way of listening to what I need, asking the right questions, and then walking me through options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge is outstanding — he remembers my preferences, explains products clearly, and helps me find exactly what will work best for my needs every single time. Even on my worst days, when it’s hard for me to talk or make decisions, he’s patient, understanding, and reassuring.The quality of service I’ve received from Trinity is honestly unmatched. First time here and Rory really took care of me. They did a fantastic job of interpersonal convo. It was also my birthday so just a cherry of top of my day. Rory also made me a membership so I'll def come back. Great promotional prices and deals as well.
They don't offer medicinal discounts for those with a card. This is a recreational "dispensary" only.Very friendly service and rewards system for customers. Selection is good and their product is good as well. Recreational pricing, no tax discount for medical card holders.
Unfortunately, don't go in the morning. Customer service is great, very friendly and helpful. However, now ONLY 1 worker in the morning, so even if you order online, too bad, you still have to wait for walk in customers to pick and choose. Not cool.
Not much to say about the place as I went in and just picked up some pre-rolls. Unless I'm missing something, I do believe I didn't get everything I purchased. I got about half a gram less in the Terp Stix than I did the Sour Diesel yet they were both a gram of each.I think the Terp Stix (bottom cone) was to be two cones, but there was only one when I opened it. The Sour Diesel cone is for comparison since it is 1g
I was a regular and they would always try to over charge me so I mentioned it ever since they been giving me old wax and I know someone that work there that told me they be swtiching new wax with the old wax and put new packaging to pass off as as new the owners should start sealing there bedforgrow and marbis or products. You guys can mess around catch a civil suit / law suit

This place is straight, horrible overpriced over taxed hidden taxes that they’re creating on their own. Do not shop here under any circumstances I was desperate in the area thought I could get a deal and I feel ripped off and every other place in every state of Illinois offers you a free something or a discount this place does not horrible. Staff was good. Very nice, but the management or whoever’s pulling the shots you’re gonna bankrupt this place within the next month because no one will shop here as I urge no one to shop here. They’re only in it for the money go to EarthMed go anywhere, but here trust me two thumbs down.

Trinity and Joslyn were super helpful and super friendly! Amazing customer service! My wife and I walked in there super clueless. They took their time and explained how the different products worked and helped us find exactly what we needed! I definitely recommend this place! It’s super clean and organized!
Typically a great place, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I placed an order today Friday the 8th at 6:30. However, I got to the location and the doors were locked. No sign and nobody answered the phone. Online it says they close at 9. Ended up going to a different dispensary a few minutes away.
Closed early before 8:50pm. Second time driving out to this location. Friday night says Open till 9. Drove 35 minutes just to drive back. Woo! Jk they had the store party and failed to put a Sign on the door / website for everyone else who showed up. Won't be returning.
It's too many dispensaries in the area to be treated badly by these businesses. Security was awful and not personable, they already have the bullet proof window welcoming you when you enter and they are right by a police station, I waited for two hours for my order to "process" and it still wasn't ready like they have to cook it ir something. Google says they're open, but they're not. It is thanksgiving. No holiday hours posted on the door or website. Wasting peoples time and losing money in the process. Seen so far like 8 cars pull up and drive away. Waited til 8am from 7am and still no one...poor management!

The employees are really friendly and super helpful. The stock is hit or miss, they’re constantly sold out of things but also constantly restocking. The online points redemption system is pretty bad, redeemed for an item only to come in and be told it Couldn’t be redeemed with points. I recommend just redeeming your points at the counter and not online in advance because I’ve had multiple problems with my orders getting cancelled.
I was impressed with the look and vibe of my first dispensary visit here in Westchester. The young man named Trinity, who served me did an excellent job. I ended up going with 3.5 g of sour diesel for $50. I will be going back whenever my plug goes on vacation again.
